What's there to say about a Starbucks. You get what you expect. I just loved how this place felt when I walked inside during a rainy day. it is very small, but not too small. The barista that helped me was extremely friendly and a pleasure to speak with. My Gingerbread Latte and mom's Skinny Peppermint Latte came out perfect, so no complaints there. Visit this location every time I come to Mobile for Thanksgiving and will continue to do so. Come on in and grab a hot java!

Been here quite a bit and the service is always great and they have some really good employees who make the drinks really great. Better than some other locations I have been too. Will be back soon!

One of my two favorite Starbucks in Mobile. It has always had a warm and inviting vibe. I always receive excellent service and delicious coffee. Can't say enough good things about this place.

This place is such a special one to my family. My grandfather came here for years for his daily coffee. He became great friends with the wonderful staff here and now they're like our family. He passed away this weekend and we're here right now enjoying a delicious coffee and remembering my grandfather with these amazing employees. Easily the most welcoming coffee shop in the city, and they make the best drinks too! Come on in and start up a conversation-- you'll be very happy you did.

Always the best customer service at this location. The absolute best staff member that I've come across, and I come here at least twice a week, is Rachel. She is so much fun while she takes your order and is even more of a blast at the window. Because of her amazing and genuine customer service, this will be the only Starbucks I visit in Mobile.

Kind of a small location but it is fine if there aren't too many people here. Wish it was in a better location due to the service road but what can you do, that's how Mobile rolls!

Here is a typical Starbucks and if you like their coffee then clearly there is all the standard amenities. However, they have very very poor WiFi service that is too slow to the point of almost being unusuable. I have complained and they can only say, they do not control the contracts. Starbucks recetly announced that they are getting Google WifFi, but guess what?...not for months at this branch. If you need to use WFi this is not the place to go as it is aggravating and frustrating at best. This unfortuantely is at a branch that has really hard working and very dedicated and plesant people. They are the best of Starbucks but Starbucks central (if there is such a thing) is letting them down because of truly inferior WiFi service. How can a place that excels in its products and clearly in the people working be so substandard in this one aspect of service? Carpe Diem has excellent WiFi as does most of the adjoing fast food places. Get with it Starbucks!!!

Starbucks is still new to Mobile. There are actuallly only three of them in the ENTIRE town. I kind of like that. But I also like the venti soy no-water chai. Which they read as Caramel Macchiato.

I mean, it's Starbucks. what can I say? This one is strategically located right off of 65. So it's convenient to get off and go through the drive though, if you're in a hurry. I don't usually need the drive through. It's got two plush chairs and maybe 4 or 5 small tables for you to relax, surf the web, work or read. The baristas are quite friendly and it's usually pretty quite if the music isn't cranked up too loud. That's all I can really ask of a basic Starbucks.

I used to hate Starbucks. As a coffee/tea enthusiast and proud 25% Italian, I dont like what they've done to Americans' perception of what a coffee house should be. But as much as I hate to admit it, for just over a buck, you can generally get a pretty good cup of coffee (I mean plain coffee) at Starbucks. That said, i'm not so sure this location quite "gets it" yet. The coffee I ordered was not fresh, and the cupcake I ordered was beautiful, but not very tasty. Plus, they decided to close an hour and a half earlier than the sign posted. This is frustrating when the whole reason I came here was to use the $9.99 per day (rip off) internet--I didn't even really care about the coffee. That said, I couldn't really blame them as I was the only one in there. The staff was nice, but I think they need some guidance on how to be good baristas. If you want to get some good coffee, I'd reccomend driving just a couple of blocks to the Panera on Airport Blvd. They have good coffee (though served from dirty thermoses) and might even have free wifi.

I'm from Seattle, let's just put that right out there from the start. Starbucks is now everywhere, though, so there's nothing special about it. It's even here in Mobile, which is pretty much the deep South as I see it, about as far removed from Seattle as you could ever imagine, literally and figuratively. I'm glad I found this one because my days must start with a latte. I ordered up my usual grande nonfat latte. One thing about Starbucks outside of the Pacific Northwest is that they always ask for your name so they can call out your order when it's ready. You know, I never give out my real name in these situations. I always make one up. Since I was in the South, I gave my name as "Ricky Bobby." That got a chuckle from the baristas, which was cool. Very friendly folks here and throughout my travels for the week I was in the Mobile and Pensacola area.
