One of the best hamburgers in town. Garlic Cheese Steer w/ fries is my staple, wife gets the Cheese Steer. Be warned, you will be wearing the fragrance O'd Roshell's for the rest of the day.

Me and a buddy of mine went to Roshell's last week for lunch, and if you enjoy great tasting food, and don't mind the Waffle House type atmosphere, then this is the place for you to try. Don't get me wrong, the food beats WH up and down all day long. I got one of those Garlic Burgers, and that thing was huge, greasy and good. My buddy liked his double Garlic Burger also. Service was awesome, especially with it being as busy as it was. Again, if your looking for that place that your more concerned with it being all nice and tidy, then this isn't the place for you to go and eat at. Perhaps you need to call in your order, but if you don't mind that and are just looking for some great, delicious food, then this is it. Price was decent also. I shall return......

Some of the best fried fish in the area. I'd put it against anything on the causeway. Wonderful. Unpretentious. Great burgers also. One of the last old dinners in town.

The is a great "old school" place to grab a bite to eat. Extremely reasonably priced for the amount of food you get. The steer burgers are off the chart good and the feel of the old Mobile restaurant is very nice. But if you go, be sure to have cash or a check. No plastic is accepted here.

Not knowing where to go in the area, we saw lots of cars in their parking lot. Always a good sign. The staff was very polite and the food was excellent. My husband got the Jubilee and I got a cheeseburger. Service was fast and friendly. I liked that the lady at the register said "Thank you, and have a blessed day." Sign said they are open M-F 11-8, closed Sat & Sun. Cash or checks only.

Back after the 2012 tornado closed this little place down for a few weeks. New carpet and updated a bit inside- still the same great taste and friendly folks...BUT always remember to BRING CASH$$ no cc or debit accepted

Roshell's is an old school type of place. Good homemade hamburgers, crinkle cut fries, seafood, and a friendly staff. I had the bacon cheeseburger po-boy which was great. It was a huge burger on French bread. They cooked it on the grill right in front of me and personalized the way I wanted it. It was big enough for two people! Crinkle cut fries were hot and crispy any complemented the burger. If you're in Mobile and want to try something different than McDonald's or 5 Guys, give Roshell' a chance.

Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit...Poboys, oysters, and gumbo... this place is down home! I did some groundwater sampling directly across the street from this place in Mobile... I stared at it all day and knew I was gonna try it for a late lunch. My lil' Cambodian buddy was willing to go all in and we both liked! I was exactly what I thought it would be... southern goodness.

Roshell's is where they have been for at least 20 years. Good plate lunches. Roshell does most of the cooking. Great burgers.
