Pretty standard fare and like any other O'Charley's. Much like a Ruby Tuesday, TGIF, or Applebee's. This particular one was clean, fast, and we had a very attentive waitress and the manager stopped in to see how our meal was. I was satisfied with the quality of the food and the price.

Ocharleys, applebees, tgifridays, ruby tuesday, chilis, zea...they all are the same... gutted their menus, raised prices, shrank portions, lowered quality (lot of canned and salted down, pre cooked/processed food) and focused on expanding liquor menu. Took my cousin out here 3 months ago, for us to have two cokes, and a appetizer was $18.50! YES EIGHTEEN DOLLARS!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Food was great! I had the grilled salmon with broccoli and it was perfect for lunch. We were seated in a booth in the bar area. The bartender was also our server. He was attentive during the meal, but never cleared our plates. We had after lunch coffee surrounded by our lunch plates...ugh. I would go back here, but would want to sit in the restaurant.

I haven't been to an O'Charley's in a while, but this was a disappointment. It's hard to believe a server could be TOO solicitous, but it was annoying. If I'm not making eye contact, I don't want to engage in chit-chat. It's nothing personal. Sometimes I'm tired, worried, or just want to zone out and be "off." I guess it could be worse -- they were friendly, just one was definitely trying way too hard. Food was so-so. They didn't take my Foursquare free appetizer coupon because it was free pie Wednesday. I ordered it anyway because I didn't want look cheap. Server took it off the ticket since I didn't get the pie, which was nice. Soup was cold, rolls over cooked, steak was prepared right (medium rare) but was too charred on the outside and was tough, with too much gristle. Just a poor cut. It was one of those meals I didn't hate but sure didn't love. I'm not likely to return. YMMV.

Food and service we good, what you would expect from this well-known chain restaurant. We had a few items from the menu including an appetizer and a couple entrees for our party of 2. Good food at a decent price; and they have a few specific items on the menu that we get a craving for every once in a while.

Food was good but nothing to write home about. Had to wait for a while on drinks and never got the extra bread we asked for. Not a biggie. But they did put mayo on my sandwich when i requested it be left off. Still not a biggie. It was good but not great.

If you're into Applebee's type faire then this is your place! Nondescript food that makes you say......eh. Totally forgettable experience.

Hadn't been here in a while ... now I remember why!!! Empty tables but took 15 minutes to seat us. Obviously understaffed that day, but the manager couldn't seem to care. Our server worked very hard. However, we waited 40 minutes for our food - and that was a simply lunch special. We would have had fun chatting, but it's so crazy loud in there you can't hear each other! Manager walked by several uncleared tables without pitching in. Then manager barked at one of the other servers to move faster and faster - in front of customers. Obviously the problems start at the top. Food was adequate - barely. Taking myself off the O'Charley's email coupon list - won't be returning.
