Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I've had lunch twice here. Very friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the food is fresh, made to order, and very good. I like the salsa bar. You can really customize your order since it's a Subway-style line where you pick your toppings and condiments. Had the Homewrecker Burrito on my last visit...no complaints! Polished it off. Not bad for a girl. We've ordered catering from Moe's a few times now and they really do a fantastic job. Great prices, service and setup. Partygoers love the food. Place your catering order in person, they treat you very nicely.

I've eaten here a few times and the service and food has been consistent. You're getting food that you could make yourself. When you dine here, you are not getting food with a lot of flavor. Don't expect flavorful authentic Mexican.

the nachos are the bomb.com ! they're a little too much for just one person, I recommend sharing them!

Horrible service!!! Not only did they over charge my credit card $10 they won't honor the punch cards anymore. Have enough for a free meal but Jenny said no. Avoid this place. Overpriced anyway

I guess this is an ok place to stop if you need something quick that's not fast food (greasy/fried). But I'm not that impressed. I got a salad, and it wasn't horrible but all the ingredients seemed like canned or prepackaged items, not fresh. The steak was flavorless. Staff, although plentiful, were slow and seemed confused at my simple order. The floor was dirty (greasy and crumbs everywhere), half the tables were dirty (I've learned to be thankful in Mobile just to find one clean), and the finishes in the dining room could use a touchup (e.g., severely peeling paint). Pro: I love the salsa bar. The drink machine is cool. Kids eat free on Tuesdays. This place gets two stars because I was not completely insulted by the service or grossed out by the food. It's pretty sad that is now my standard for success in this town.

I like Moe's. A lot....but not this particular Moe's. Good: the food was clean, fresh, warm. Bad: There were several workers sitting at a table by the door when we entered and 3 behind the line.....we didn't get a loud "Welcome to Moe's!!!" In fact, we didn't get any. We even stood looking at the menu and wasn't acknowledged. The guy taking the initial order didn't look to happy to be there. You can barely hear him mumble. He didn't seem too energetic the way he carelessly slung the tortilla into the warmer. Next, the toppings, instead of usually letting some liquid from the salsa and beans drain for a sec, he just slung it all on resulting in a watery mess. Not cool. I witnessed a girl roll a burrito and she did great. Rolled it nice and tight. Foil was pressed neatly. The way you'd expect. I, unfortunately, had Mr. Grumpy roll mine. He rolled it all loose, sides not evenly tucked in and foil was a wreck. Each bite resulted in tons of air and space for the innards to float and fall out. Took it apart and made nachos. I felt my burrito was disrespected. Highly. I don't expect this from Moe's. Lastly, the salsa bar was a wreck. Spills everywhere and seemed someone mixed them all. Overall it was a "meh" experience. Food was Moe's quality but presentation and the attitude of the staff just didn't cut it. We felt we were bothering them by just being there and the eating area could of been cleaner.
