    Worst customer service and food! I'm usually a big fan of Logan's from good past experiences in Pensacola and Eastern Shore with Logan's. This Logan's gives the company a bad name. My waitress was annoyed by giving us another basket of bread and didn't talk to us after she took our order. She also got more annoyed when I ordered a medium rare steak and it was cooked medium well! She never apologized. Never stayed to ask, " Please cut in your steak and make sure it's cooked okay." 3 out of 4 steaks were over cooked at my table. Also a manager never came to us even though I sent my food back. The bathroom smelled and the waitresses all looked like they hated life. Not one smile in the place. To make matters worse, we went back to my car and people were around my car in the parking lot. I drive a Mercedes and felt like I was in the hood. I did not feel safe. Avoid the hassle and go to Eastern Shore. Their manager walks around all the time and the ladies there are so much more welcoming!

    We enjoyed our meal. Jenella was very accommodating and our food very tasty! I had the veggie plate which was seasoned well. My husband really enjoyed the Route 66 burger with the brewskis onions!

    This is the second time I came to this restaurant. The first time I didn't enjoy the wait nor the food since I had to wait at least 45 mins just for the waitress to take our drink order. By then my party and I were ready to place order. The waitress, instead of taking our order all at once, decided to walk off without taking out food order. When she came back with drinks (after another 15min), and after taking our food order. It took another 45 mins to get our food. By then, we're all ready to leave. The wait is the major issue here again my second experience. The food seems off par since I don't remember a "medium cooked" steak to be so dry...again. The ONLY reason why gave this place a 2 star is because of the rolls. I guess its the only dish they can't mess up and get to our table within 45 mins

    Come on. Let's be fair. This is a chain steakhouse. This is not Ruth's. So rate it for the category restaurant it is. Don't pretend it's in the same league as top steakhouses and then bash the restaurant for catering to a crowd who want to dine at a lower price. You get what you pay for. So stop the ridiculous criticisms. If you want a steak you can cut with a fork, then prepare yourself to order steak ala carte', and pay $40 for it...alone. That's what that kind of fare costs. This is a "peanut shells on the floor" chain steakhouse. Some of what they serve is pretty good for the price you pay. It's not top shelf. But it's acceptable for someone eating on a budget. I dine here regularly when I visit a family member who is in Mobile going to school. And some of the food has been pretty good. Some of it...not so much. The big porterhouse is exceptional for the price you pay. I recommend it...medium rare. The prime rib is dry and tough. If you want to order it, make sure to order it about one level more rare than you really want it, because I've had it twice, and each time I've ordered it medium rare it was served medium. The filet is good, but not great. I think their fries are mediocre, their steamed veggies are rather plain an unappealing, and their sweet potato fries are good. Overall, the service is about a "5" on a 10 point scale. The servers are fairly good, and fairly attentive. Parking is more than adequate and the building is easy to access. For a chain steak house I'd say that this restaurant compares with Outback, but may be one small step beneath Outback.

    The steaks were great. We visited in the middle of the day, 3pm, and had no wait to be seated. The server was very attentive to our needs. We have been before and plan on going back soon.

    We have been to this location before with good results. Tonight was not one. We waited too long for our food. 40 min. 15 min for 2nd beer after I ordered it and we were sitting next to the bar. There was a loud mouth sitting at the bar near us cussing and expressing his views. Seemed to be a buddy of the manager. When the food arrived it was cold except for my wife's hamburger, but it was over cooked. The rolls that they sent out before the meal had dirt on them. I have a pic if your interested. The bathrooms were really bad. I would expect this was a real roadhouse but it's not. Your a chain and suppose to be a family restaurant. We didn't send anything back because if you can't do it right the 1st time what's the point. They would just stick in the microwave. When the waitress came to get the bill I told of the problems just so she would know why she didn't get a tip. She didn't even say I'm sorry. Thanks for nothing. Won't be back and neither will any of my friends or family. Good luck. This will be posted on Urban Spoon and Yelp. This was sent to there home office. Don't waste your time or money. Wake Mobile if you don't bitch it will stay the same. It your money.

    Was great price 14.95 for 2 full meals- cheaper than McDonald s, or any other fast food joint. Waitress was awesome, had steak & chicken. Very good.

    Gave two stars cause the waitress tried her best. But the place was an absolute mess. I understand its custom to throw peanut shells on the floor but there were napkins, straw wrappers, and paper cups on the floor the entire time we were here. The wait staff just stepped over stuff. Pictures don't lie. The kitchen took close to an hour to prepare our food, and the restaurant was over half empty. We were sitting 20 minutes before we even got our fresh rolls. The salmon on my wives plate was over cooked. I had a grilled chicken salad which came out without chicken. When my chicken came out it was burnt black around the edges. Definitely won't be back.

    Service was terrible! Our waitress had another table beside us and gave much better service to them from the start! She kept helping them and ignoring us. My husbands steak was covered in salty onions which made the whole steak bad, he spit it out it was so bad. My food, grilled meatloaf was also quite salty. Out of the entire ordeal my drink was never refilled nor was our sons sprite. My husbands drink was refilled with the wrong drink. We had written off Logans and it will stay off our list. Even the ones in Houston are horrible.
