What on Earth happened to this little pizza joint? I had the displeasure of dealing with Shannon who claimed she was in charge. I was in the drive through, placed my order and was told to park around front and my order would be right out. I was told it would be around 10 minutes, no problem, I understand they were busy. 20 minutes later, I walked in and got in line, as I'm seeing other people get their pizza and go. It's finally my turn and Sharon is up front and I asked her if they forgot about me. She was very loud and obnoxious. I showed her my receipt, evidently my order was given to another customer. I end up having to wait another 15 minutes for a "Hot and Ready" and ended up with no apology what so ever from this person. Shame on Little Caesar's. I also had a bad experience with Shannon who is evidently the General Manager or something, I could never get a straight answer out of her, when I was visiting the Grelot store. She was in such a hurry to get me out of the line that she forgot my sauces and 2-liter. I called their office to complain and lo and behold, it was little miss Shannon who answered the phone, so that was a dead end. I think we'll stop getting pizza from them for a while, until they have a chance to rotate through employees. :)
