Interesting contrast from most of the reviews I have seen posted to date. We had an excellent server named Brandon who knew the menu, was professional and attentive. He made us feel special. To quote him when he did not write the orders (worrying us somewhat) "I am not just a pretty face". He was correct. The orders (despite additions and omissions) were perfect. The food was hot, quick to appear and in large portions. Some of their new items are really good and I would recommend them highly. I cannot explain the other reviews I have seen but based on what we witnessed last night, it is worth a try. If all their servers are now like this young man Brandon they will become highly successful. It is amazing how a cheerful, talented waiter can make an evening a wonderful success. The pretzel rolls are wonderful as are their flatbread offerings. Actually the sandwiches are also really large and tasty. Good job guys!

The bartender/server (Michelle) was very friendly and efficient. The food, however, was not worth eating. I ordered the new chicken taco plate....yuck!! The highlight of my visit was meeting a beautiful woman who sat next to me at the bar. I would go back again just to see her.

Horrible horrible horrible. Food was bland, overcooked and greasy. 3 out of the 4 beers we ordered weren't available. This is the LAST time I will ever eat here.

The food is ok. The service is consistently slow. Each time I visit this location the time for the food to arrive to the table is much too long. This time I ordered to-go and it took 52 minutes to finally receive my order.

So. I'm sitting in the bar of this chilli's right now. I was met with slow service, cold beer, a warm smile from the waitress, and cold food. My fries tasted like they were in the refrigerator. We could here people screaming at one another on the kitchen. Our waitress would go back there for lengthily sessions, hopefully begging them to make the food. We are here because I got a gift certificate for Christmas. It did not work in convincing me to return with my own money.

We had a great Chili's experience. We have ate at Chili's all over the US: Houston, Dallas, Bay Area California and now Alabama. Service was great here, food was hot! Love the on the table iPad's for calling server or ordering appetizer's! Drink refills were on point and we will be back!

This was a great place at one time, but their service and food quality have continued to deteriorate. My friend and went their last night. We ordered buffalo wings with fries for an appetizer. The wings came out Luke warm without the fries. When we ask about the fries, the waitress told us they were cooking some fresh ones. She brought them out and we literally cold. The last time I visited this restaurant. I had such a bad experience I wrote the corporate office on the website. I never had a response. I will not give them a third chance

Server seemed agitated at first then warmed slightly. Ordered table side guacamole, got regular guacamole. When I asked about it, we were told they don't make it table side anymore, it's made in the back. However it was not fresh like the table side guacamole that we always order. As we ordered our meals, they were out of various items and the server stated it was because it was Sunday. It took over 30 minutes to get our food even though the restaurant had less than 10 customers. When we got our food, instead of a kid's cheeseburger, my son got 2 sliders. His mashed potatoes were also lukewarm and hard. My margarita grilled chicken seemed like a half sized portion and it was tough. Felt like they were clearing out the refrigerator of leftover food to fill our order.

Not sure if they got better or what, but our experience was not anywhere close to how everyone else describes it. We had great service and food was tasty and served hot. On par or even slightly above what I would normally expect from a Chilli's. We typically come for the appetizers, and that 's what we got, and loved them all. We shared one and then each ordered one for our meals.

Went there for lunch and I got the Turkey Avocado bacon sandwich. Well I asked for no onions and when I got it, it was loaded with onions. It was grilled and they had put so much butter on it that it was greasy. The fries were cold and the service was sub par. There were several times that our drinks were empty and we had to get another server to fill them. Now it was around 1 pm so the lunch rush was over and they were not busy. Also we got the chips and salsa and the chips were so salty we couldn't eat them and when we said something to the waitress she said ya that's how we sell them. I am done giving Chili's a chance. Everyone I have been to across the Midwest in the past year has been horrible. They used to be a good restaurant and now they are not even remotely good. They have lost yet another customer.

Looked at the menu to try new things and saw they do table guacamole and she didn't want to do it just said it comes out the same from the kitchen. That's not the point!

This was an all around bad experience. The only positive was the chips and salsa. Waited for a very long time for our food and when we finally received it, it was terrible. The kids chicken fingers were raw in the middle and my plate is pictured you can gather your own opinion about it. My salad was brought out with my entree. I'm not sure what they were thinking. Never again.

This is my last visit! Food was cold. Service stunk! Worst of all, server overcharged me, knew he did, and then waited to see if I'd catch it. NO! Never, EVER again!

We like eating here because it's consistent, but not this time. The server was more interested in sidework than her table. No drinks till the food arrived and that took a while since it sat under the heat lamp. Never came back, had to wait to pay. This is not normal and they train their servers better than that. I had the 1/2 club and soup, she had mac and cheese with broccoli and milk. Sandwich was good, the soup came later becuse the server stated that she had it in the microwave. My daughter's broccoli was microwaved and she said that it just didn't taste good. We really like Chili's, my wife likes the ribs and I reall dig their salads. So this was out of the norm for them on this visit.

Normally I trust the Chili's chain. This one is an exception. After 3 HORRIBLE visits, I surrender! The last time, I took a friend. She asked me if she had done something to offend our waiter. He walked past us so many times without making eye contact, speaking to us, refilling our drinks, seeing if he could do anything to help us - it was embarrassing! Other local friends have had similar experiences. Friends with 2 young kids waited 15 mins. for menus and drinks and 30 minutes for their food. I have had coupons for FREE food, and I just tear the coupons up. Adequate food cannot make up for substandard service and pathetic management. Stick a fork in me - I'm done! And there ARE lots of other choices on the very same block!

Bad, just find another place to eat, normally Chilies is a great place, but the few times I tried to eat here I have been disappointed, my last visit I just left after waiting to be seated...long story, short, I was ignored and the only employee that even saw us just walked around me without ever acknowledging that we were even there......sorry, the owner should loose their franchise, I hope you are reading this!

Needed something for dinner, didnt want to cook. Last time I went for pickup, i ordered inside, and the girl taking my order all but chased me out of the restaurant to my car to wait there. Today, the young lady helping me offered me to sit there at takeout, at the bar, or in my car, much better. The food was acceptable- make your own meal - i did salmon and shrimp. The shrimp were 40-60 count, come on people, get real. There were only 8-10 on the plate, the salmon was slightly dry but was tasty. The mashed potatoes were dry. the broccoli, why does every restaurant use broccoli as its go to vegy now?, was crunchy.

Went here today for lunch and it was a bad decision. I had chips and salsa for starters and the grilled chicken sandwich as an entree. First off, salsa should not be the consistency of water. My pressure probably went through the roof with the amount of salt on the chips. Secondly, the grilled chicken sandwich had a watered down honey mustard dressing and wilted lettuce. I was just totally disappointed in this place. The only bright spot was that the server was nice. I will not be patronizing this business anytime soon.

Just left there very disappointed in the service and the waiter could have cared less and the manager cared even less after waiting for 30 minutes for our food we asked for it to go and that took another 15 minutes because they got my husbands order wrong. I am so disgusted.

Normally eat here once every few weeks because it's near our house and in our regular rotation. Foods normally pretty average and service the same. Tonight we were seated and for at least 8-10 minutes we never had a server come by. Plenty walked by... None stopped. We thought if service is this bad before we order, what's it going to be like after? We decided to not find out.
