Service sucks! Food is almost inedible. Big screens have lousy pictures. I go because my daughters love the Chicken wraps and they have Andygator on tap.

I've been to BWW all over the USA. This one is better than most but it is still BWW. The wings are okay -- have had better. The fries are terrible. The service is hit or miss; this one was better than most. The thing we all like about BWW is the size and number of TVs. Other than that, it is a place to avoid. Few chains know how to do things right.

It may be a chain, but I'm fairly enamored with this place for two reasons: 1) The boneless wings in their Honey Barbecue Sauce are my favorite wings ever. The sauce is fantastic because it has an addictive spicy aftertaste. Dipping it in ranch makes for excellent pub grub. 2) You can play trivia at your table without having to sit at the bar! Bring a big group, ask for a trivia computer, and have a great time discovering who has the most useless knowledge and who needs to read a little more in his or her spare time.

Just a sports bar and restaurant that is pretty overpriced for what you get. If you get a burger, some wings, and a drink, itll be $20 after tax, and you can go elsewhere for better. Me and 4 friends liked the environment when we went, but afterwards when we realized we dropped $110 and didnt even order any beers, we had to call it a done deal on ever going here again....its just too pricey now! A side note: If you want a incredible deal on wings that blows BWW out of the water, and if your in Dothan, AL try Wings and Things...$5 for 20 BONELESS wings in 30 different sauces,....now thats a deal!

The menu descriptions are over-the-top and ridiculous ie "extreme insane fries!!" and such. It reminds me of a warehouse with a million tvs. The food was ok and the staff was nice enough.

I would give 5 stars, but there big screens use projectors and the picture is terrible. As far as food goes, I love their wings. They are juicy and not dried out like baumhowers wings. I have acid reflux so I have to go mild on the sauce. It had a good flavor and just a little kick so you know you are eating hot wings.

My boyfriend and I were craving some wings, so we went here for dinner this past Friday. We were greeted and seated immediately and the hostess was well presented. Our server, Audrey, got our drinks in very quickly and was ready for any questions we had for her. We ordered a large traditional split between the medium, dry buffalo, and the jammin' jalapeño. We got our wings SUPER fast (from a food runner or another server), but our carrot and celery sticks were missing. It wasn't that big of a deal to us, so we just asked Audrey for them when she came back to check on us. She had no issue resolving our problem. Overall, the food and service was amazing. Audrey never failed to refill our drinks and fix problems. Definitely ask for her!

I'm giving 3 stars bc the chic at the bar, Stacey WAS helpful & they have big TV's & a decent beer selection!... BUT apparently IF you want nice, crispy, non-soggy wings, you MUST specify "extra-crispy" ??? I'm sorry, but in my world o'wings, this should be automatic! Amirite? Anyways, I voiced my displeasure & was given an extra-crispy 2nd go'round... I know, I know... someone prob spit in them!! eh, they weren't too bad!

We've been coming here for years and I've seen them slowly and sadly decline. Stopped in for lunch today and it was a nightmare, it took out waitress 15 mins to acknowledge us and take the drink orders and around 20 -25 mins to receive our food which was horrible. Unfortunately this was our last trip here, we'll be looking for a new wing joint in Mobile.

As this is pretty much the only one in Mobile, everyone goes here. But as I come back down to visit family and friends here, the first thing I did was come eat here to watch the NBA finals of 2015. As always, the wings are great. Though, as a first visit back here in forever, my friends and I had bad service. Yeah it was packed and all but at least keep up with the drink refills. There were times where we had to sit for 15 minutes just to get a refill on our drinks. Like at least keep up with that ya know? Afterwards, I came back a few days later during the day. It was a slow time. It was just a couple friends and I just trying to enjoy our meal. Though, our waitress was very awkward towards us. She kept asking us if we were done and if we needed boxes but we didn't. We were just taking our time eating. Especially if we got some spicy wings. One time when she was leaving our table after she asked if we were still okay, she said she was bored and just stared at us awkwardly. I didn't like it obviously. I was just trying to eat my food. Other than that, this bww is alright but it's the only one in Mobile.

Buffalo Wild Wings is always a great option for lunch or dinner. Wings are always good not to mention the different sauce options. Highly recommend the spicy garlic and if your up for the challenge get some mango habanero.

I've been to many wings places from local pub, atomic wings, fancy restaurant to you name it. The wings here are small, which is ok, but with spotty sauce, uneven and extreme salty crust. The boneless wing has no bone and no meat either! The plate we ordered was also missing coleslaw and carrot and celery. The waiter didn't ask for which ranch or blue cheese dressing. Service is spotty and seem not happy to work there. Don't waste your money. Go to KFC Instead!

Was very impressed! My family ordered fried pickles (yum), steak wrap (large and filling), kid slammer (little man ate all), and boneless wings in an asian sauce (sweet and SPICY). Lunch menu was a little limited, so it turned into a $30 lunch outing; more than we typically spend, but would go again!

This BWW used to be the best place to go to in Mobile, in my opinion. They had excellent service and great attitudes, which is why I always went back; I always knew I was going to have a good time, eat some great food, and enjoy the best draft beer I could ask for. It seems that it has gone down hill recently. The past two times my wife and I went there it was a bad experience. The first bad experience started right when we walked in. We asked for a booth, (as I seen there were 3 available) but were told that there was no booths available. Then I had to point out that there were 3 available. This turned into a 10 min argument with the hostess, and 2 servers who joined in at different times trying to tell us that the booths weren't available. At one point one of the servers told us that we couldn't sit at the booths because they were dirty. I was like seriously. At that time the "Army" in me came out lol. Yes I started giving orders and taking control of the situation. Long story short cut; I told them we could wait 5 min for them to clean one off, that it was ok that we would wait because that's what we wanted; so they finally gave up and did what they were told. This whole time I'm thinking to myself what is this crap, I'm a paying costumer, and are costumer not always right anymore? After we were seated the rest of the time was filled with lazy, I don't care about my job type of service. I assume it was like so because of us just simply wanting 1 of 3 available booths which required an argument to get. The second and last bad experience was yesterday a little after 1pm, with only a few tables filled. We were seated where we wanted, we got our drinks, and ordered and received our appetizers and received them in the usual quick manner, then ordered our food. After 30min of not getting our food I asked our waiter what the hold up was; he said the kitchen was busy while continuing to walk away. We usually get our food about 10 to 15 min after the order is placed. So finally after 30 more min he brought our food to our table; I looked at him and said "this is ridiculous your not even that busy here", looking confused and stuttering off some unexplained words he quickly walked away. The food was still great and the beer was still pretty good, but these people seemed to have forgot what customer service is. I must say I was kind of angry at this time and my wife noticed and decided she would handle it. So she went and found a manager and brought her back to the table and we were then told in what I assume was some kind of apology that it is what it is. I was like um no, then proceeded to tell the manager how to do her job. I told her that she is responsible for what goes on and is to be aware of what goes on in the restaurant. She told me that the general manager was in the back at one point, so that tells me she should have been out front doing her job. I also pointed out the fact that our server was totally not fit for the job, that the only training he probably got was how to write down orders, and that there is more to a servers job than to write down orders, and that it was managements fault for not properly training this and other servers. Well if your still reading this I thank you and hope you have enjoyed my review. I only said so much because I want to make my point and 2 because I'm sad that they let me down so much that I will never go back. I also don't want anybody else to have a bad experience or to have to deal with the crap I had to deal with. I take this seriously because I feel like I lost some hard earned money for a place that used to be great to a place that turned to crap. Thank you!
