I really do appreciate this restaurant. The hibachi and sushi are stellar. The service is great, and we always enjoy ourselves. There is another location as well and I've YELPed about Bamboo Bistro as well. My 44th Birthday last year was a hit because of this wonderful team. One of the better hibachi and sushi restaurants in our area. Reasonable prices, generous portions, and everything has a great, fresh taste. The servers and cooks are very friendly and accommodating. When I want hibachi, this is my first choice.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere was upbeat. We had the Louisiana roll, double tuna and the filet shrimp and scallop hibachi. It was delicious. The owner was onsite and was very professional and friendly. We will definitely return.

I will start by saying the food was fine. I did hibachi and it was cooked well while my boyfriend chose to do sushi and it was just alright but not bad at all. However what really ruined it for me was the service. By far one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. To start the waitress looked as if she had never seen a shower or a hairbrush even once in her life. Aside from that she was not very attentive, walking off while I was ordering still. Also, I could hardly hold a conversation over the noise from around the grills. I understand it is a hibachi restaurant however the layout clearly was not thought through. We chose to sit in a booth away from the grills. I'm not saying we will never go back but I would be very hesitant to return for anything other than takeout.

While I might be prejudiced and spoiled by having a personal friend as my server when I go here, I will say there are a few inconsistencies. The sushi here is amazing, always tasty and beautifully presented. The wait staff is usually on par, but during any holiday, they seem understaffed. When ordering chicken lomein from the kitchen, it has a much different taste and appearance than when ordering from hibachi. Even the staff will tell you it's different. Sometimes it's difficult to tell who the host is, and staff will walk on by without saying a word. Once you've been seated the night goes by without a hitch. Most staff will recognize when you've been there more than once, and will do everything in their power to make every visit special.

Me and a group of friends had dinner here yesterday night. We had hibachi and sushi rolls. The rolls were so good we ordered 2 more. The drinks came out fast and the fish was fresh. We def will come back to this place.

AWESOME! The chef we had was amazing. He was great with the kids and had plenty of jokes for the adults. The food and atmosphere was great. The waitstaff was a little slow but I'm willing to overlook that due to the faboulous time we had.

Sat immediately waitress was really sweet and very descriptive about everything which was helpful since it was my first visit. Great specials although the drink I had wasn't as strong expected. They should offer complimentary wine samples I didn't get glass only because I didn't want to order the wrong flavor

We came here to celebrate my birthday and we were very pleased! We sat on the patio because we brought our Siberian Husky. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive. They have a full bar but we didn't order from the bar. We ordered a sushi roll - Las Vegas - it was delicious, flavorful, and fresh. My husband and I ordered off the hibachi. It came with miso soup, salad, 2 shrimp, noodles, and brown rice. The price I found to be normal for a Japanese steakhouse, not cheap/not too high. I don't look for it to be too long before we go back. We are very happy to have found this little place. Please note the steakhouse sits on a beautiful lake and they have tiny lights all over the patio, music, pool table... Delicious food.

Great service. The manager came over to greet us and gave us complimentary spring rolls and rangoon. They catered to my gluten allergy and gave me some complimentary shrimp. Peggy and Kinu were attentive servers and Jose was very entertaining while cooking the food.

I really love the interior and atmosphere! The servers were super nice. The food was alright. Maybe I just picked the wrong roll... Who knows. The spring rolls were really good though, especially with that yum yum sauce. MM mm. Check it out, try it! The hibachi definitely looked fun, but it always is.

Although the service can be hit and miss here, the food is always amazing! Their double tuna roll is my favorite and they normally do some kind of wine special along with the sushi rolls.

We went here after trying to go to Wasabi on a Sunday around 2, not knowing beforehand that they were closed. What an awesome mistake! Bamboo is great. The rolls I got were tasty and pretty. Not super frilly and dressed up, but pretty nonetheless. The fish in my rolls was tender and fresh. Our server was prompt and nice. We happened upon a couple discounts because of the time we came, too. We had 1 beer, water, 2 appetizers, a bento box type meal, and 3 rolls and our total was about $43 with tax (without tip). I feel like that is a great value for what we received. My husband had leftovers to eat for dinner, too. We will be back!

BEST PLACE for hibachi!!! Our favorite place for hibachi and sushi! My fav is the hibachi shrimp, hibachi teriyaki chicken and my husbands is the hibachi scallops. Great red dragon roll too! Great presentation!

My boyfriend and I just went here for date night. Very nice atmosphere, very nice staff. The salad dressing tasted like French dressing, the miso soup was watery, and the edamame was over-cooked. For the price I think they should try to impress a little more as far as the basics ate concerned. BUT! The sushi had a beautiful presentation that shows the sushi chefs take pride in their work. It tasted pretty good too. My boyfriend got the Hurricane Crunch Roll. It was yummy tempura-filled crunchy-topped goodness. I got the New York Roll. Perfectly cooked tempura shrimp inside, delicious spicy tuna and crunchies on top. The most exciting part of the meal was the dessert. We got the Lychee Ice Cream. It tasted EXACTLY like tart, sweet lychee, and much to our surprise there were little bits of lychee in it!! How delightful!! We're definitely coming back. Hopefully they'll try a little harder on the appetizers next time.

Great sushi! All of our rolls were beautiful and delicious! The price on the rolls was average to what we normally pay. The service was good also! The rest of the food was mediocre. Nothing special! All in all it is a decent restaurant, but nothing spectacular!

I really enjoy going here with my husband and child. We love the soup and salad and of course we try a different sushi roll every time we go. The hibachi bar is fun and the owner is very kind and will make conversation with you. Great atmosphere for dates or large groups.

Went by here and was NOT impressed by the sushi. It was "gamey" tasting and the texture of all the rolls was soft and "mushy" is the best way I know to describe it. The waitress was distant and seemed to be in her own world. Even walked by the table without acknowledging we were even there several times. Maybe it was a bad night for them. The atmosphere was decent, it was a little noisy for my taste But that's just my opinion. I'm undecided on whether or not I'll go back

omg this place is way too expensive. Their sushi rolls are not the best and they are SMALL. No way booboo. I will not be coming back. I mean ..If i'm really drunk then maybe I will ...but no.
