Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Your typical Americanized Chinese food, with all the usual favorites. The big attraction here is the Sunday lunch special - $2.99 for any number of favorites with chicken fried rice. We got take out: General Tso's Chicken, Broccoli with garlic, Schezuan Beef, and Sesame Chicken. They cook the vegetables with the meat right in front of you, so it's at least somewhat fresh. The portion is just about the right size - enough to sate your hunger, but not enough for leftovers. The place was quite busy at noon on a Sunday with everyone partaking of the lunch special. The same lunch special is $4.95 the other days of the week, as the sign out front advertises. #Yelp365 - 17/365

Great restaurant for Americanized Chinese. Always good food and very friendly service. Serving sizes are generous and each order is cooked fresh. Prices are reasonable too. I go there often.

Food was less than average. The prices were better than most. The staff were not the friendliest that I have experienced.

My family and I eat here often, great food, great price, great people, enough food for dinner and leftovers the following day. Simply said, great spot in Huntsville for takeout. I wish they had more space for dine-in.

I've been looking for a good chinese place after being SERIOUSLY disappointed with the chinese at Ding How II. I've been spoiled because I've lived in a major city for the last few years. I thought for sure I wouldn't find a place but, this place hits the spot. Its really cheap and the food is pretty good. It will NEVER match the deliciousness of my hometown chinese place, but it will be my go to spot as long as I live in Huntsville. Plus, while I was eating there the owner's two little daughters were sitting in the table over. They were the cutest most joyful kids ever. I had a good time, the food was hot, and yummy. Will be back!
