How can you NOT love KK? The staff is always super friendly and upbeat. The coffee is as good as anyone's and better than most. I love the donut selection (I am a custard filled fan) and when the "Hot" sign is on, I know I am in a for a treat. IMHO, this is one of those places which makes Huntsville special (I know they are not the only one, allow me my fantasy, okay?).

I am a sucker for the hot fresh doughnut sign. It's a problem for me because this Krispy Kreme location is right on the way home. I've already been twice and I've lived here less than 2 weeks! But there is nothing like the piping hot, melt in your mouth goodness of a Krispy Kreme freshly picked off of the conveyor belt. Luckily, I can't eat too many or I feel sick. My max is two.

Eating these will take time off your life, but it's worth it. Heavenly melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Once you eat them fresh off the conveyor belt/oven, you'll never want grocery store/boxed donuts again. This is the Holy Grail of fried dough and sugar!

This location was absolutely filthy. The floor had trash all over it, the tables were littered with emptied doughnut bags, boxes, and the tabletops were sticky. The coffee was weak, and tasted like dishwater. The doughnuts of course are awesome, but the degree of filthiness makes one wonder if the donuts might be at risk of contamination. Service was okay, nothing special.

It should be a criminal offense to call these lard biscuits "Donuts". If you want a REAL doughnut, go across the street to Dunkin.

What can I say... Don't know why anyone wouldn't like those hot glazed doughnuts from Krispy Kreme, there's nothing like them. You have to get them here hot and not from some gas station.

Simply put, these donuts are drugs.

Krispy Kreme has been a special treat my entire life. Whether it was convincing my visiting grandfather to drive to the other end of town for them because in my mind, as a small child, it was "just around the corner" or dashing in on my way to work to grab a dozen to share and a big cup of coffee just for me, Krispy Kreme has always been there. Watch for the "Hot Now" sign to get a real treat!

Love Krispy Kreme. I live in the NE now and I'm so bummed that KK didn't catch on up here. Whenever I'm visiting my sister in Madison, we make it a point to get some doughnuts. I gave this location 4 stars as the staff was rude when we went a few weeks ago and the drive-thru got our order wrong.

When I see that Hot Now sign on its like crack! They are very very good! The store itself is old and very 50's 60'sish but it's always clean. The people who work there are usually nice and helpful. The food however is always spot on. So so good! All in all go, treat your self to a hot doughnut!!!

The first time I came to this place 5 years ago I was horribly disappointed. The hot fresh donut sign was on and lit. SO, being from Atlanta and having awesome experiences at those KK's I thought what the heck. I went through the drive thru and bought a dozen glazed. Only to realize a while down the road that the donuts weren't hot and fresh at all but stale and cold. Thanks a lot. So fast forward to last weekend. We were out in Huntsville and I thought my daughter would like to see what's up at the KK. So we stopped by. She loved watching them make donuts, which is cool. They were making a jelly stuffed kind at the time. The bathrooms were clean and the restaurant was pretty clean as well. So I decided to order a mixed dozen and some decaf. The coffee wasn't as decaf as I'd have liked. Which got to me. The outside of the cream filled were dry. The kruellers were dry in and out. Stale, to me. The glazed were ok...just like you'd get in the grocery store, but not even warm. The others were ok, but nothing fabulous. I was terribly disappointed. I went online and complained and I've gotten some feedback from the store manager, Macey. She said to come in and she'd make it right. That's all fine and good, but I live 30 miles away and I'm about to pop my child out at any moment. I'm not in the mood to do all that right now. Especially considering the luck I've had with this place. Plus, the donuts are so expensive now! They are up to 6.99 a dozen! WTH! That's insane. It's just flour, yeast, and sugar. Come on now folks! The coffee is a little high, too, for just brewed. It's 1.50+ for a small. I miss Dunkin' Donuts! I wish we had one anywhere around here. But alas, there are none anywhere near here.

Every town in the south should have an old-school Krispy Kreme where you can watch the donuts being made. I can never eat less than 3, so I try to never go, but if you want good donuts here they are.
