This Chili's is one of my go-to spots when I can't decide what I want to eat. I've had a number of items on the menu but it's usually between Chipotle Chicken Crispers and fajitas. My food usually comes out pretty quickly and tastes fine. The service is pretty standard. The payment kiosks are more in the way than helpful.

Went there for dinner and first thing that did not seem right was a stinch that was noticeable when I walked in the door. After sitting dowm, I noticed dust on the ceiling and vents. The floor was filthy. I got up and left. Imagine what the kitchen looks like.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Bad smell. The waitresses were very unconcerned. Unprofessional staff. Very unclean resturant. Tables and condiments where sticky. I left before placing my order. Avoid this place.

Had the 1/2 rack of ribs. Worse ribs ever. Never had rad ribs with no meat at all. $14 for 6 piece of bones brushed with BBQ sauce.

First they tried to tell me me I that I can't order something off the menu because it was after 4 even thought the menu has an after 4 pricing and they were rude and then I waited 30 minute and my salad never came. for my bowl of soup they literally brought me a ramekin of soup. I finally said I am done with this and when I complained the manager was condescending and said the reason my salad wasn't ready because I asked for it without croutons. Go to the one on Carl T Jones they are always great.

Went there for lunch for the first time and was really impressed. The food was great! We had extremely nice and friendly service. And the building is very clean and nice. Definitely would recommend!

Our server Friday night was obviously swamped, and another couple we knew who were there around the same time said the same of their server on the other side of the restaurant. Sad that there were three or four hostesses just standing around looking bored while the wait staff seemed frantic. On the plus side, they did give us our drinks (non-alcoholic) for free in exchange. The food was great, as were the prices. We took advantage of the three course meal for two for $20. It was well worth the wait, and with a gift card and a great deal we managed to leave paying only the tip!

Absolutely poor. I've been here before and this time was awful! We were going to a concert and told the server we were on a time constraint. She took 5-10mins to get our water and drinks. 15-20 for appetizer and we never got the entree. At 55mins we had to leave. The manger came and apologized, but I've been a server/manager before. If its that bad, fix it and make it to where the guest has to come back! The manger said "I hope you come back". Hmm maybe. I might have had a bad night but I here service sucks here a lot!

It was excellent. Much better than our experience at the Chili's in Baltimore, Maryland. Anyway, the chips and salsa was great, the food the corn on the cop, everything! It was like 9 PM when we got there but still saw a lot of people. Must've gotten a late dinner. Service was also quick and our waiter was friendly. Hope to be back! Next off...Steak 'n' Shake!

We decided to go here for dinner one night, mostly because we had a gift card, and I wasn't super impressed (not that I expected to be). I'll start with the fact that all of the wait staff seemed great. Our waiter was super friendly and checked on us regularly. It seemed like everyone knew to help each other out if someone was busy (for example a different server brought out our food), which I know is technically what waiters are supposed to do, but these days its not always as common as it should be. My disappointment was the food. It was your pretty standard chain restaurant stuff, it wasn't bad or anything, just nothing to write home about. Overall, with so many other restaurants fairly nearby, I would recommend trying something else.

We just left chili's. I am stuffed and my wallet is still intact! The service was wonderful, and we loved the food. We did the 2 for 20 deal and got the Texas Cheese Fries, Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and then followed it with a great dessert! Three courses, for 2 people, for around $26 after tax, you can't beat it! Very delicious food!

This is a really good place to go eat. We've been to this location many times with family and/or friends. I love the Skillet Queso and chips. We had the ribs this time and finished with leftovers to take home. Our server was really good and attentive.

Slow, Slow, Slow... Wow... Seriously? I've been here three times (gotta give it a few attempts) and each time the server took forever to greet us and serve our table. Food did come out with a decent quality, but when it takes fifteen minutes (when it's not busy) just to get our drink ordered, that is a little unreasonable. The second and third time the place was almost empty, with hardly any customers but a lot of staff--so I am not understanding that issue. The waitress today was a little rude, even off to the start, but I guess everyone has bad days. The other two staff were very nice, but they were exceptionally slow at serving the table.

I had never eaten at this particular Chili's before, but I will from now on. The food is as good as any other Chili's, but what stands out the most about my night was the service. I have never gotten this quality of service anywhere else. Our waiter was 100 percent on point. He brought us out first drink refill before our appetizers even came, and then he brought us SIX MORE throughout the evening. He came back to check on us every ten minutes or so, and we never once had to flag him down. I was so impressed, I left a 40 percent tip. If you go, ask to be seated in John's area. This guy will do his damndest to make sure you're satisfied.

Went in about 4 pm on Sunday and sat in the bar. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin med rare just like the picture. The steak, broccoli, and mashed potatoes were good. Service was friendly and quick. With the tablets no waiting for the bill.
