Went in for lunch and ordered from the "FAST lunch" menu. SLOOOOOW service! Normal food not bad just took too long. Waitress made the excuse that the long wait time was due to a large party. Sorry sorry

I went here twice while in town for the weekend. Both times our servers were nice but didn't seem to know what they're doing. While being served, they got my order wrong giving me a side salad instead of fish tacos, ran out of wheat tortillas and sweet tea. The food, once it arrived, was fairly good. The servers were very quick in fixing my order. They ran out of wheat tortillas and sweet tea too. If it's on your menu, you should have it or indicate to your table that it's gone before they order. The atmosphere wasn't great. It was so loud, we had to yell to hear each other. Our server could hardly hear us as well. Plus, they never have any local craft beer options on tap which is a shame. Overall, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. However, there are kind people there so there's room for improvement!

Service was slow and there were only 5-6 customers here for a late lunch. The bartender was more interested in having a conversation with a coworker than checking on my food. The mojito was good though.

I am a fan of sports bars (especially bars with Guiness on draft) and my first two experiences with this BWW were enjoyable. The first time I sat at the bar for a game and received good service from the bartender. The second time, I went alone and grabbed my own table to work on some school work and catch a few plays during a game. My waitress promptly greeted me, told me the specials, and thoroughly answered my questions about the menu. Her service was outstanding as she not only offered me draft samples when I told her that I enjoy trying different beers from various breweries, but she also gave a great upgrade recommendation from cheese burger sliders to the steak sliders. I don't mind driving up a restaurant tab so long as my experience is worth it and on both occassions, it certainly was. Normally I would give a restaurant 5 stars for this type of service, however I've worked in restaurants before and true evaluation comes from its dynamics during busy hours. I will definitely go back and if everything is as exceptional as I have experienced thus far, then I will gladly upgrade to 5 stars.

Terrible wings, on two occasions and both times the wings were not good. Made my family and me sick afterwards. I expected better since I used to go to the one in Las Vegas. Very disappointed.

Decent place. Good value. Food was Ok. With a motto like "Wings, Beer, Sports" - you get what you pay for. We did get a military discount. Sevice was Ok.

Very good place for groups of friends or to watch the game (duh). I've been four different times with four different groups of people. The food is consistently good as are the drinks from the bar, but the service is pretty slow - even when they aren't busy. I don't know what's going on with the kitchen staff, but they need to get it together. How do you skip over an order of 20 wings and 2 appetizers?? It's my first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings and I have no problem visiting another location as the atmosphere is welcoming and lively.

Sad just plan old sad Co-worker and i tried it for lunch and it took forever to get the "lunch special " waitress gave us a line about a big table order but they were seated and eating when we walked in.

Ok, we haven't been here in over a year because of food, and service. Our service was great, but the food still SUCKS. I don't know what the kitchen staff problem is, but Damn. It's been bad,and still is.

Service was extremely slow and the bar tender was less than cheerful. It took is about 15 mins to get 2 sweet teas and about 30 mins for us to get our wings. There were about 10 people in the restaurant so there wasn't really any excuse for the poor & slow service. When the wings came out they were skimpy on the sauce I was going to ask for more but was afraid of what the wait would be. Will try again but skeptical on when I will return.

This place BLOWS. We have been here probably 20 times because it is more convenient to our house than the Decatur location. However this is the absolute last time. Sometime this year (2015) the manager(s) decided they were losing too much money by offering a military discount. One day months ago my husband and I visited. I typically pay and offer my military ID card. We were told they don't give discounts to anyone with a military ID except for the service member themselves. Is this illegal? F*c^, who knows, but it's awful service and don't think for one second that I won't put the word out there. Being a spouse or a child of a military member is less appreciable to the community - according to BWW. They'd be better off not offering a discount at all, because it's insulting. Last time we were there we gave them my husband's ID card and they took off $0.67 from our $19.xx bill. Really?! They can't math. So, due to that, I gave the server a $0.67 tip. I never tip so poorly but this was super insulting. We will never give them our business again. If I had a Facebook I'd post this on the BWW page and my own. Never again.

Past 3 times I've been here have been garbage...no hostess and cold wings all the while you have multiple staff members who seem inept or careless about their jobs. Right now I see a group of 4 people waiting for a hostess to seat them yet place is less than half full...again, GARBAGE. Advise everyone to just make the extra trip to the bdubs in jones valley

Visited on 9/8/2014 One nice thing about chain restaurants is consistency throughout the chain around the country. Bdubs tastes the same here as it does in Vegas, New Mexico, Arizona or anywhere else. The one thing that stood out to me about this one, however was the service. The waitress (April H.) was extremely polite and offered me a sample of a sauce I was curious about, something that no Bdubs that I've been to has ever done. She let me sample the Korean BBQ sauce Bdubs is offering (which was awful). When I declined to have the sauce put on my wings after tasting it, she politely asked which sauce I actually did want. She made the experience very pleasant, despite being busy that night. She brought our food and beverages out in an expedient manner and was very polite and patient with us the entire time. She made my stay in the Holiday Inn across the street, and Huntsville, Alabama that much more enjoyable.

This is a great B Dubs. I eat at B Dubs all over the country due to my job and well, I love wings. The service was great. On the ball, always making sure I was good. Wings were out FAST! They don't skimp on the sauce which is major problem I have had at some other B Dubs. Great job! Keep it up! Favorites are Mango Habanero, Caribbean Jerk and Parmesan Garlic... Temporary Ghost Pepper wings are hot but lack good flavor. Common to all B Dubs though.

Staying at the Holiday Inn near BWW, being from San Antonio our group wanted to watch the Spurs, and figured this was the best bet. Now, to be fair I am not a fan of this place anywhere, it is normally excessively loud, and the food is slow, it is a universal trait of BWWs. This one though, was exceptionally bad. The staff was nice enough, the manager did change the TV over to the Spurs game for our group, server was nice enough, but like others wrote, didn't seem to have a clue. Our food took about 40 minutes to come to the table, three orders of wings, and one order of the "Garden Crasher", here is a description: "Enjoy fresh carrots, celery, red peppers, cucumbers and Kalamata olives. Served with hummus and cucumber sauce for dipping. As a bonus, we've also included warm, soft, buttery Mediterranean style bread." The server came by and apologized for our food taking so long and said "They are finishing up the Garden Crasher, that is what took so long." What? Cutting veggies is the hold up? The best part was when we got our food, our wings were all cold, nicely played BWWs. Don't want to go back, this bad, even by chain standards.

Ugh... What a disappointment! The service is SO slow and the food is not up to the standard of other BWW locations. Our biggest mistake was having a large group (11). We had to wait a long time for two tables near each other to become available. I don't blame anyone for this, just thought I'd mention it. We all got drinks at the bar and just hung out until we could sit. Our waitress was completely scatterbrained. She claimed she was writing everything down but then she came back a few times after we ordered to "double check" what we wanted. After we ate and asked for our checks it took approximately 45 minutes and MANY trips back and forth from the computer to our table before we were finally able to leave. It really shouldn't have been so hard, we nearly all had wings and most of us didn't order any more drinks. Now, the food was bland and sad. I got the same thing I get at every BWW, and it has never been so mild. Spicy garlic should actually be spicy, and Asian zing should have some freaking ZING! So yeah... Boo!
(2)
Rob S.
Food was good, like most BWWs but the service was lackluster. We waited for about 10 mins just to order drinks and then about another 10 before we saw anyone to order. May have just been too busy for the staff, will give another try again, I'm sure.

Not as bad as people say, however we did come on a Sunday night. The waitress was nice and fast, she also checked on us a couple of times. She did though get my wife's drink wrong but not that big of deal. All in all not bad, the food got here fast and it was hot and fresh. There were about 50osh people int the restaurant. The place could have been cleaner but what can you expect from an old slowly dying shopping mall thats partly in the slum's Other than that I had a good visit!
