The All-American experience! Their hamburgers, chicken tenders, and slaw dogs are all amazing! Milkshakes and malts galore. Sit outside. They have picnic tables with or without the shade. Truly a hometown jewel. Have an ice cream cone, and feel like a kid again.

Love this place. A real Heflin landmark, it has roots going back to the 1940s, so we can assume it has won a market test. The food is not expensive and generally not healthy, which in the South--where life is an event to be enjoyed--is a great combination. It's all good. Plus, it's a cash-only business! As the social philosopher Shawn Spencer from Psych might say, "Suck it, IRS!" The only mysterious aspect of this business is, with a name like Tasty Dip, why don't they sell Skoal? Tasty Dip is well worth the stop whenever driving through Heflin.

Best burger you will find for miles and miles around. We love this place. They also make amazing ice cream desserts.

This a great little road side place that served all American meals. They only accept cash. There are tables outside the business but no inside dining. They have really good soft serve ice cream and you get a lot of food for little money.
