Sat in the bar, so service was ok. Ordered a burger with no bun, lettuce and tomato on the side. Food arrived quickly, I didn't finish the salad from the bar before the food was there, with a bun. The skewered shrimp and broccoli were drenched in butter. For a chain it's what you expect, adequate. 2.5 stars.

The salad bar has a good selection but for $8.99 it is overpriced by about $2 or $3. I ordered the buffalo minis which were $9.99 but they came with the salad bar. The flavor was marginal to not good. The reason for 3 stars is because our server was great. She was attentive and polite, offering recommendations. My girlfriend had the fish tacos and they were awesome. Much better than the buffalo chicken minis.

We ate here this past weekend, and for a Ruby Tuesday, the food was actually decent. I had the Bourbon Glazed Salmon, Sweet Potato Fires and the Rice Pilaf. My girlfriend had some kind of chicken. Both of our meals were good, the salmon was flavorful and sweet and cooked to where it was juicy, it wasn't overcooked like it is at many other places. The rice pilaf was flavorful as were the sweet potato fries, they were very good. I would actually recommend you try them at this restaurant. The server checked on us frequently and overall the restaurant was quiet and peaceful. I was actually surprised due to the number of negative reviews about this restaurant.

This restaurant is a local one. Every once in a while we will give them another chance. However, apart from the salad bar, everything we have tried is of poor taste and quality. Service is hit and miss. Today, not great. Will probably not come back.

The food was very flavorful, but not worth the price you might get for a good steak elsewhere. The service was exquisite and our waiter was attentive, friendly and liked to talk. Overall, good service and bad prices.

So I'm seated in the bar area with a nice little sign on my table that says Appetizers are $5 for happy hour between 4-6pm @ the bar. As I'm seated literally 5 feet from the bar, and thought it would be odd to put the sign on the table I'm seated at only to not offer it, I asked if I could get an appetizer for $5. Imagine my surprise when the manager actually said "no...you have to be sitting at the bar." Really? I'm sitting 5 feet from the bar at a table you put the sign on. Just seems a little ridiculous to me. Oh well, that app sounded good, but just for the principal, I was not going to order it at the regular price. Hope that $2 means a lot to you. You just lost the money on this ticket from me deciding not to get it at all, plus you lost my future business altogether.

Not good. Service barely on low side of adequate, but not busy enough to justify. Cheese sticks tasted like they'd sat too long in the freezer, they were out if a few things, but I never see enough people here for them to be out of anything. And we haven't even received the main course yet.

I really have a difficult time at Ruby Tuesday. I don't understand it honestly. EVERYtime I go, there's a challenge of some sort. I LOVE their salad bar so I continue to try to return. On this trip I ordered salmon and my husband ordered steak. The salmon was cool and sushi. Luckily I like sushi as I will NOT send an item back at a restaurant if I can help it. But let's face it. I didn't order sushi. My husband ordered a medium steak that was like shoe leather. He WILL send his back. They also had difficulty getting the food to the correct table. Placed it on someone else's table first and left it until they conplained that it was not their food THEN took it to the kitchen and turned around and immediately brought it to us. As IF I was not observant. I was going to give them 3 stars and try again at a later date because the staff/manager was SO saddened by the events. We returned a month later and this time my husband ordered a "Chef's Cut" high end steak that was RIDICULOUS!!!ly over cooked, again. They made right on it by cooking another piece but it took SO long that the meal was over by the time he got his steak. The best I can say about THIS Ruby Tuesday is that the salad bar now comes with each meal! Sadly I suspect that this will be an excuse for lack of quality in the near future. It's a shame...as that's the one thing they've ALWAYS had right!

First, cleanliness. Aside from a couple of flies and some sticky (soda/tea) residue that had to be SCRUBBED with a wet rag to be removed, the restaurant was generally clean and up to date. Service was pretty good and our waitress was attentive, offering refills often. Food quality seemed ok for all five of us, and lunch was served in a reasonable time. The overall experience was ok, but not exceptional, hence the 3 star rating. I thought the experience was better than the other two ratings posted here previously.
