This is the Red Lobster that my family and I go to about twice a year. It's the only Red Lobster I've ever liked. It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the service is always great, and the food is always good. I've never had a meal gone awry here. I suggest the scallops and shrimp skewers!

Food isn't that great for the price and service is not that great. For example: arrived at 1:20 with a party of 12. We were told 45 minutes, which was fine. After waiting, an hour and 30 min we were seated at a table for 6 and a booth for 4. We didn't even get to sit together after wiatong that long. Just ridiculous.

We had gone here after a car show and there were about 9 or 10 of us at a table. Our waiter was a JERK and he knew it. Threw the drinks down on the table like he was mad and we owed him something! Would cut you off to ask if everything's ok and if we needed anything. Absolute butthole. Talked to the manager and she said it wasn't the first time someone had complained about him. I really wish he would quit and go work as an IT or something because he definitely has the attitude for it. Left with free appetizers for each person in the entire group. The guy resembles Kevin Bacon a little bit. Change your waiter if you get him!!!!

Second Review: This review is based off of my visit on November 30, 2013. I have always said that this restaurant was either a hit or miss.. most of them being misses and well, this time was a miss, a total miss to be exact. First off what what my girlfriend ordered came back to us completely wrong. She ordered The Bar Harbor Lobster Bake which is a pasta dinner with lobster, mussels, shrimp and scallops. What she did receive was a baked lobster, skewered shrimp and shrimp scampi.. I'm not sure what dinner that is but its definitely not what she ordered. As for my meal I again as the first review ordered the admiral's feast; which is a unhealthy festival of fried foods. The shrimp was overcooked, the clam strips were so brittle that they crumbled and the smaller slices of grouper were dried out.. Also we had a coupon for $10 ($5.00 per person) off the baked dinner meals and the waitress would not apply the coupon to our dinner because she made the mistake of putting the order in.. And what my girlfriend received wasn't covered by the coupon.. although it did say "lobster dinners" and her dinner had lobster on it.. This restaurant definitely needs to update their chef.. Their are many more decent restaurants in the Gadsden area that are way less expensive and well.. those have won my loyalty and my business.. I won't be back to this awful restaurant. This place has dropped to unbelievable low quality over the years.. I remember when this place was awesome (as i've been eating there off and on my whole life).. OH WELL.. First Review: I've eaten at this restaurant a lot in the past years and I've had both good and bad experiences here. This review is based on my visit to this restaurant last night, May 18, 2013. This was a couple's visit and we both ordered platter style plates, I ordered the admiral's feast which consisted of the Walt's shrimp, fried flounder, clam strips, bay scallops and "rice". I also had the salad with ranch dressing after I was turned down on my first two choices, which were balsamic vinaigrette and light ranch. As for the food, everything was fine except for the clam strips; they were overcooked badly to the point that most of them were hard and just snapped apart. No real complaints though other than that. The waitress we had was a little on the sarcastic side, which doesn't bother me at all. She kept our glasses full and tended to us at a steady rate, there are no complaints about her. As I said previously, I've had good and bad experiences here, this one leaned more towards the "good" side.

This location is my favorite. Staff is very accomodating...especially our waiter "Tall Paul". Everything is always prepared just the way we like it. It is clean, the restrooms are clean and the wait staff is neat in appearance. The only location I visit these days. LOVE IT!

This is an excellent Red Lobster. The meal is always delivered timely, fresh and still wonderfully hot. I've really never had a bad meal here and that's not always the case in every Red Lobster. The cocktails are good, though light on alcohol.
