I'm not sure why this restaurant even bothers to have curbside to go when the staff is too lazy to bring it out. After the hostess baulked at our request for curbside to go, she then said it would take 30-40 mins. So we cancelled our order and went to another place. As we drove past O charlies just 10 mins later, we noticed their parking lot was like a ghost town. She didn't want to walk out so she decided to "punish" us by trying to make us wait. Backfired on you though ---you missed out on A LOT of future biz and you lost out on good tippers. Which is a rarity around here these days. Way to go lazy O Charley's staff!

Don't normally review chain restaurants but it is great to know they haven't compromised quality of the food like so many other chains have (ie Friday's). Excellent server too.

Went there 11/18/11 Service was terrible, our tea went unfilled till we asked twice, we also asked for sweet & were brought unsweetened . My daughters Mac & cheese was frozen sent it back & it still came back cold with bits of ice in it, her chicken tenders were over cooked. I never received my potato soap but it was on the tab at check out. terrible experience, will not be going back for a while.

Excellent food every time we eat here. The service is awesome and prompt and waitresses always seem to be proactive. This one in Foley is definitely one of the better places to eat in town.

I honestly have to say I was expecting average at best when I first came in just because it seemed like your typical chain restaurant but I have to say I am absolutely blown away by the service! I was traveling on business and sat at the bar. Despite it being slow the bartender (Monica) was very upbeat, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be serving me. She was prompt and attentive to me, everyone else at the bar, and her service well where servers were ringing in drinks. For me good service can make a average meal exceptional and they absolutely nailed it here. BUT the meal was wayyyy better so much better than average! I got the salmon, green beans, and a baked potato. All was exceptional. Fresh, perfectly cooked salmon and delicious sides- kudos! I've paid more than double at other restaurants for the same meal and this was MUCH better. The manager also delivered my meal personally and checked in with me during my meal which was a really great touch (unfortunately I don't recall his name!) Having been part of the restaurant industry in a past life I pick apart EVERY little detail when I go places and I'm happy to say that every other staff member that I over heard with their tables seemed to be just as happy and cheerful as Monica. Thank y'all for a wonderful meal, exceptional service, and great Southern hospitality! Best service I've had in a while and for me that is what means the most. I'll definitely be back when I'm in your area.

It is nice that they have a lunch menu with options that you can quickly pick from for your lunch break... however, the service is so slow here that you won't be able to get back to the office in time for you 1:00 appointment no matter how fast or simple your order is. If you are in a hurry, don't come here. The food isn't really that great either. This is a typical chain restaurant with typical tasteless food.

The problem started as soon as we walked in for dinner last night; 20 minute wait with half the restaurant empty because they didn't have enough staff working, the manager running the hottest stand was rude, the waitress that we got was better than we were expecting and the food was ok. I doubt we will eat here again while we are in Foley.

Had an average meal here last night. We were a group of 4 and sat in the bar area. 2 of us are healthy eaters, there was not a lot of options. Our server was nice but forgot our utensils and a side salad. Somehow the hot food came out before my dinner which was a modified fancy salad. We waited 20 minutes or so for our check. Food was just ok nothing to brag about.

Oh, Oh, O'Charlies. Kinda smelled a chain as I pulled into the parking lot. But being thousands of miles from home and hungry we went in. Anyone that has read my reviews knows I don't like chains. This one seems to be a distant but better looking cousin of the 9's... The food here was not bad. I had one of their "new items". It was a grilled Cajun salmon with shrimp & a cream sauce. Sickly sweet service. Decent prices. Again very tiny mixed drinks. One huge problem lost them a star. Food came out too fast. App spicy jack cheese wedges (real good) and salad (again good) came out at the same time. Before we were even done with those here comes the main course.

OOOOH, O'Charley's, how I've missed you!!! I grew up on this chain, and after living on the west coast for the last 8 years it was a very over due treat getting to eat at the Foley location. Their rolls are to die for. Oh, I love their rolls...and loaded potato soup...and salads, and desserts, and chicken fingers, and the honey mustard dressing should be sold by the gallon. I could go on, but you get the idea. Hungry just thinking about it. Yes, it's a chain. Yes, I'm a food snob normally, but I can't help it. O'Charley's is just GOOD!

You really don't expect greatness at a chain restaurant but this O'Charley's has their share of locals and the servers want to know you. The food I've had has been really good. I like the filet, rare, sweet potato fries and either a Caesar salad or the yummy, scurmcious potato cheese soup. Yes, I did double the starch but once you taste this soup you, too will be hooked. Friendly servers, fast service and good eating for a chain restaurant. Oh, don't even think about Not eating the rolls. They are fresh baked and delicious!!

Being locals we decided to dine t O'Charley's to avoid the crowds further south with Spring Break. The service was appaling, a new waiter who hadn't clue how to take an order correctly or how to speak with customers. We heard him apologise to neighboring tables and ourselves no fewer than 14 times in less than an hour. Took over 20 minutes to get our drinks, another hour to have our meal delivered to the table. The rolls were never refilled andwe were never asked if we would like additional drinks. When our meal did fianlly arrive my Steak and Ribs were beyond horrible. The asparagus side was heavily salted and oily, the ribs were so over cooked they looked like shoe leather. When we requested a manager to come tot he table one finally did show up and his comment that he "knew the meal coming to our table would likely be sent back as he noticed it was over cooked in the kitchen " hardly inspired confidence when he offered to replace it with soup or a dessert. We had him take it off the bill and left. Despite it being less than 10 minutes from our home we will not be returning for dinner. There is simply no excuse for the poor serivce and food quality given. If you are heading to the Oulet Mall or the Beach you should definetly pass on having dinner at the Foley O'Charleys.
