I have been here three times in the past three months and every time I visit, The restaurant is half-full but yet always has a 30 to 45 minute wait time.I'm not sure what the problem is but it sounds like a manager issue or they just don't have enough workers. It's disappointing because there's only a few breakfast places to eat at and sit down and it's a shame because I really like the breakfast food there to eat.I won't visit there again until the manager issue and customer service is improved. The IHOP executive should be ashamed that their franchise restaurant it's not giving them the best reputation.

Contrary to the reviews posted, we had a very good experience. We went for breakfast on a busy Sunday morning & was told there would be a 15 min. wait. We waited 6 min. We had a very proficient waitress-immediate brought our drinks, took our order. Food came out 20 minutes later. Overall, pleasant experience.

This IHOP is definitely the worst I've ever been to. I came with my family and we asked for a table for 5. It was a 20 minute wait to get a table, but half of the restaurant was empty. The waitress actually ended up putting 3 of us at one table and the other 2 at another table. WE ONLY HAD 5 PEOPLE! When we asked if we could move the tables together, she said it was a fire hazard. So we all squished together on a tiny coffee table. We got a good laugh out of it so I guess it wasn't too bad. The manager must be the devil because our waitress seemed to be afraid of him/her. The food took about half an hour which I usually don't complain about, but like I said, HALF OF THE PLACE WAS EMPTY! The food was okay. I've had better French toast at other IHOP restaurants. While we were eating, one of the waitresses told another waitress that she was going to stab her in the face. We all laughed at that but there were kids around. There was also a strong scent that was coming out of the kitchen... I honestly couldn't tell if it was a restroom or a kitchen. A blind person couldn't tell the difference. I would suggest going to Cracker Barrel or another IHOP.

Stay away if you want a good breakfast experience. The wait for food is long despite the restaurant not being busy. Its hard to mess up eggs but they did it. The outside was overcooked but the inside was raw. My steak was overcooked, hard and bitter. Service staff was friendly but messed up our orders a few times. We came away very disappointed with our food and with IHOP.

The service was extremely slow, didn't get our food for almost 30 minutes after we ordered and the place wasn't half full. The waitress didn't check on us once while we ate. My over easy eggs had more than just the yokes that were raw, the whole egg was practically raw. Just not worth any amount of money for this breakfast.

I opted to skip the stack of pancakes this time and went for their new California Scrambler. Scrambled eggs with cheese, avocado, and salsa on top. Interesting combination, but yummy. Service was a tad slow, but the servers were friendly.

I had a party of three including a baby, this is a terrible group of people hiding under a franchise name, if I could give advise I would say fire the owner and the entire staff and hire someone that wants to be there. We were never seated, instead we waited for 45 mins while people went up to the manager and screamed at her for lack of service. We then left and went to Cracker Barrel which was nice.

The food was about the best thing in the whole place. It took about 15 mins of ppl walking by us to finally get a server to greet us. Then when I needed a drink refil they put our food down and ignored the empty glass infront of them. I saw my server about 3 times in a hour barely. Not a great experience compared to the one in birmingham.

Got seated right away. Not busy at all. First impression is that it smells terrible. 1st sign we should of left. Then had to wait 5 minutes to get our drink order taken. 2nd sign we should of left. Then 5 more minutes to tell us they were out of orange juice. 3rd sign. (Now it's my fault) really out of orange juice at an IHOP?!? 5 more minutes to take our order.... To be fair she did have three tables.... 20ish minutes to order and then we waited...waited...waited...everyone ran out of drinks with the waitress to not be found... 35 minutes and still no food....at 50 minutes we received our food. It was average food T best but at least it was warm. Pick any other dirty Waffle House before coming to this pancake joint.

Late night customer...just came off the road for a meeting tomorrow, and expected to come in for a quick to-go bite to eat...Waited FOREVER to be served (20minutes)! This place also has a very interesting... very unpleasant smell. It also seems that they haven't mopped the front area in a while since my sandals kept sticking to the floor as a paced back and forth trying to catch the attention of the waitress on call... No bueno Ihop! Save your time and money, and go to waffle house which is where I and another couple (who have also been waiting) are going.

One of the poorest managed Ihop's I have ever stopped at. Was told there was a 20 min wait to be seated at 11am even though over half the tables were empty and cleaned. I couldn't hear myself think over the short order cook screaming in the kitchen. I choose Ihop over Waffle House because I don't like to listening to a cook barking out commands while i'm eating. They were screaming at each other the entire time and at one point the entire kitchen started singing "hit me with your best shot". The dining area was fairly clean but the restrooms were horrible. Our waitress was nice.
