I always enjoy my food at Logans. We came at 530p on a Saturday. Of course it was packed but it was good. The only compliant I have is our baked potatoes were tiny other than that it was good.

Visited this establishment today. My food was delicious (brewskis onion sirloin), service was fine, and speed was to be expected for a steakhouse. As usual the steaks were not cooked to temperature, but who knows how to cook a steak in one of these places anymore? I always ask for one degree lighter than I will accept it and it usually works. Either way, I do recommend this establishment.

I travel for a living and I go to Logans all over the United States. Logan needs to close this branch or fix it, in its present state it is not worthy of Logan's name.

Although a pleasant atmosphere, this Logans completely drops the ball when it somes to the quality of food you'd expect at a table service chain restaurant. In our 3 visits we've sampled various menu items only to be disappointed each time. The food was undercooked, overcooked, or just plain bad. Our young daughters call it "Logan's Road Kill".

Visiting from Pensacola. It is the filthiest Logan's I have ever been in. And I have traveled all over the country.

You never can tell...I agree with the previous reviewer who said that it's "hit and miss". If the food is good, chances are, the service is terrible. About a year and a half ago, my husband and I decided we were never going to eat there again after having the same waitress 4-6 consecutive times who, apparently, doesn't care whether she makes a tip or not. I really can't understand how she hasn't gotten fired. Sorry, just being honest. The food has never been BAD, it's just not quite as good as other places you may go for the same prices. We did eat there a few nights ago b/c of their 2 meals for $13.99 that they've been advertising. I guess it's "okay" if you just want a standard meal. The service did seem better. I saw that same waitress there...her poor customers:(

Lousy food, slow service, even the peanuts were stale. Table next to us sent everything back, so it wasnt just us.

Not sure why I expected better. Probably wishful thinking. There doesn't seem to be any decent steak houses in Dothan. Have eaten here once before and was hoping it was better and it was...this time it was not awful. The waitress was terrific. The rib eye steak was fatty and full of gristle. The steamed broccoli was the saving grace for it was perfectly done.

After having such a great meal the first time I dined at Logan's I went back again, this time on a Friday night, big mistake! We waited about 20 minutes, the place was packed so it was no big deal. Our server was friendly but besides taking our drink and food order that is all we saw of him during our meal. They forgot our salads so they ended up coming with our meals. It seems like they rushed to make our meals even though it was a long wait to get them so we were all disappointed in the overall quality. My fish was overcooked, my buddies steak was undercooked, and the sides were blah. We would have let our server know but he was no where to be found. Avoid this place on the weekends!

Bad Service, Horrible Food, Poor Management. The quality of this visit went from Bad to Worse to Horrible. First, we were seated and the front end staff did not let the server know we were seated. (STRIKE 1) This is an internal communication problem. When the server arrived, she had a snarky comment about not being told she had a table. We were waited on more than 10 minutes after being seated. Our order was taken. Drinks and rolls arrived in a reasonably fast manner. The food was brought to the table by the manager. It looked okay. But the Ribeye, while cooked perfectly, was HORRIBLE. It was full of gristle and stringy. (STRIKE 2). Refill times were acceptable, but the server had a bad attitude from her arrival at the table and it NEVER improved. The final blow came when we got the bill. I had ordered asparagus "add to any entree for only 99 cents" as a side (clearly marked on the menu) and when I pointed it out to the server, she said to me "that is not what is said." I reminded her that I pointed to the menu item when I ordered it and said "add the 99 cent asparagus!" (STRIKE 3) The server had already been snotty enough and I simply paid the bill! I DID leave a proper tip. More than proper considering her attitude. I said all of that to say this...you have PERMANENTLY lost a customer. I will not only NOT return to any of your stores, I will actively encourage OTHERS not to patronize you establishments. This store has continually gone down hill for months now. It is poorly managed and filled with employees who have nasty attitudes. I can tell you this, I would have FIRED this young lady on the spot had I been the owner!

This place is awful. Aside from the exceedingly slow service, and having to hunt for our own silverware, and a server who seemed annoyed to be there, the food was inedible. I ordered the platter, steak, shrimp, two sides- Skewered vegetables and skewered mushrooms. Now, I don't expect the dinner to look like the picture, but I didn't expect it to be laughably unlike it either. There was approximately one tablespoon of rice pilaf, as an example. I believe the food was either cooked by an 8 year old with a butane torch, or by someone who hates food. One side of everything was charred black, like a marshmallow at a campfire that's been on too long. Black steak, black zucchini, black tomatoes, black mushrooms. The flip side was either untouched by the flames, or passed quickly over it. Combine horrid food with a surly, incompetent serving staff and exceedingly long wait time, you have the exact opposite experience you look for in a restaurant. Logan's in Dothan is that. Avoid.

Had a great time in here. The food was decent. Had great prices for the family. The chicken was a little dry and the fries were cold. The rolls are great.

We hadn't been to Logan's in a while so we thought we'd give it another try. Big mistake. They served my son raw lobster. He became sick immediately after eating. The baked sweet potatoes my husband and I got were under cooked. My husband had ordered sweet potato fries by the way. The grilled shrimp is so peppery you can't eat it. The table next to us sent their food back too. My son's salad never came. They also did not serve any sauces that should have come with our food. Logan's is permanently off our list now. Oh and this dinner experience was $136 after tip for 4 people. Way too much for the quality and the experience. Like the smushed fly on the window next to our table, we're done.

The absolute worst service I have ever received. Our waitress never even came to our table. We had to stop other servers and ask them to find our server, and they would end up coming back or sending the manager over to serve us because our server was too bogged down with a party of 8 in the same area that we were seated on. We saw the servers setting down with their tables and talking while we sat waiting for service. We had to ask for servers to go check on our food, and when we got our food it tasted as if it had been setting under the warmer for a while. At the end of the night we spoke with the manager about how our server never came to our table, and how a new server was never assigned to us. The manager would not accept responsibility, and continued to make excuses for the poor service because he said they were so busy. The place was pretty much empty and waiters were setting at tables with their friends. I will never go back to this logan's again. I am still upset with the lack of service, and lack of responsibility the management showed.

Just visited this place tonight. It was awful. Really. I don't know how they could mess up the taste of a rib-eye so badly, the grilled shrimp wasn't very good, and the fried shrimp were just o.k. I left most of the food on the plate. Three of us ate with no alcohol and the bill was $75. Way over-priced, but any price wouldn't have been worth the bad experience. The waitress was clueless, the food took a really long time to come and she had to go back and get 3 things she forgot, including silverware! She apologized for the long wait and explained the kitchen was very busy, but there were empty tables and booths everywhere. If you decide to try this place, I hope you have much better luck than we did...

Too loud. Food average at best. Loud music greatly reduces any assets provided by the atmosphere here. I have tried this place several times and the experience has been the same every time. DISAPPOINTING!
