What kind of donut place doesn't list donuts on the menu? This one. Headed to Krispy Kreme where you know what donuts they have.

Dont bother ordering coffee at the drive thru. It will only infuriate you when you have to repeat the order 4 times and its still wrong.

Terrible customer service. What's the point of having a speaker in the drive thru when you have to repeat your entire order 4+ times? Got up to the window and all they had us for was a large iced coffee & had to repeat it all again. At least our food and drinks were good or else I would have gladly spoken to the manager.

I go to this Dunkin donuts at least three times a week for early morning coffee and I order through the drive thru, by the time I pull around my coffee is waiting on me. Super sweet and quick service.

We walked in and waited 5 minutes for the cashier to finish chit chatting and take our order. She gave no acknowledgement, no "I'll be right with you", no "hello", no nothing. Rude! Won't be back!

I had a great experience staff was friendly and got my entire order correct (3 adults 1 kid worth of food). I came in early on Saturday morning so there were a few people but it wasn't packed. It was fast friendly and efficient. The food was standard dunkin donuts taste and they were fully stocked on munchkins. I was happy. I'm guessing they probably hired new staff based on old review or did a retraining. Very good customer service now

Dunkin Donuts is a good addition to the dunut scene. Krispy Kreme is totally delicious and I'm totally a fan. When I asked the Dunkin Donut manager about differences he gladly offered good information. The major difference is that the Dunkin Donuts are baked instead of fried. Lots of options, flavors, etc. interesting variety of drinks. Not a bad option for unhealthy delights!

5 stars for its sheer existence in this ever-growing town. I love my Peet's, I love my Blue Bottle and I will ALWAYS love Dunkin Donuts, but please note that I do not come here for the donuts. I come here for the drinks! Flavored iced coffees! Hot or ices lattes! Coffee freezes! Favorite drink of all time - Iced Caramel Swirl Latte with Whipped Cream. This location has a drive-thru window too!

I was a little skeptical about going to a Dunkin Donuts in lower Alabama but I was pleasantly surprised after I visited this hidden gem. I talked to a manager who had attended the Dunkin University in Boston (didn't know there was such a place) so the store is up to speed with the other locations in the North East. It's new as of this past February and it is clean and well maintained, the selection of donuts looked fresher than what you'd find in the Boston area. I was very happy with the coffee, bagels, and donuts. Hopefully more Dunkin Donut locations will open up in the South soon!

I go to this Dunkin donuts at least three times a week for early morning coffee and I order through the drive thru, by the time I pull around my coffee is waiting on me. Super sweet and quick service.

We walked in and waited 5 minutes for the cashier to finish chit chatting and take our order. She gave no acknowledgement, no "I'll be right with you", no "hello", no nothing. Rude! Won't be back!

Dont bother ordering coffee at the drive thru. It will only infuriate you when you have to repeat the order 4 times and its still wrong.

Terrible customer service. What's the point of having a speaker in the drive thru when you have to repeat your entire order 4+ times? Got up to the window and all they had us for was a large iced coffee & had to repeat it all again. At least our food and drinks were good or else I would have gladly spoken to the manager.
