Great service, got seated right away and had drinks and food within minutes of ordering. Food was good and the prices were reasonable.

Got a receipt in the bottom of my sweet tea, showed the manager and he said this was the second time in 2 days that it's occurred, that he would "look into the problem"...then charged me for the drink still. Never coming back

Have eaten at several BW3 around the country and this is a very nice location. It is brand new and runs pretty good. Went here with a party off 10, and they did a great job of handling our dinners and drinks. Fun place to play trivia. Ask for a game tablet and for them to put trivia on one of the smaller tvs.

I travel extensively and have visited many BWW locations. I eat the majority of my meals out. Until today, all of my experiences at BWW locations have been positive. With 3 hostesses at the hostess station, we were seated quickly. We then waited for someone to take our drink order. After waiting 15 minutes and appearing to be invisible to the staff, we decided it would be best to go elsewhere. We left without anyone asking us if we enjoyed our experience or if there was a problem. The staff appeared to be more interested in socializing amongst themselves than focusing on the customers. I have to rate this locations service as poor

Food was good but frustrated that I tried to do a call-in order to pick up for myself and my co-workers and no one answered the phone. Drove to the location and placed the order in person and the wait-time was pretty reasonable. Close to the office so the drive to wasn't so bad but PICK UP THE PHONE or better yet, web-order PLEASE!

For their first week, they're doing great! Went in around 2pm. Parking lot was full but not packed. Great seating. Fast service. A few slipups, but nothing to keep me from coming back again and again.

I've been here three times. My first experience was decent as I had an excellent server and my food was decent. The same can't be said for my last two visits. My servers looked and acted like they where toked-up. Food was delivered incorrectly with errors to the order each time. As a former server, I get that mess-ups happen, but the demeanor and the lack of professionalism of the servers shows me that management also has issues at this location. I will wait a few months until I try this location again.
