Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Always good, always fresh, always fast, always plentiful, always affordable....it's probably a good think they DON'T deliver to Gordon Drive or they'd be here two or three nights a week! Worth the drive across the causeway and the ONLY place I eat Chinese in Morgan County.

Not bad. There are few good options in this area, and this might be the best, but it's nothing more than decent, plentiful, cheap Chinese food. Also, steer clear of the steamed dumplings--too doughy.

Because the general review from the local Yelp community was positive, I decided to go enjoy dinner here the other night. Upon arrival it was quite apparent that their main business nitch was take-out...but there are a couple tables for dining in. I elected take-out. I wish that I knew names, but the nice lady working the counter appeared to perhaps be the spouse of the guy cooking...ah ha, this is a local family business...awesome. I took away my usual, hot & sour soup, pork chow mein (veggi), and pork egg foo young. It was ready very quickly, and while my hotel was maybe 30-minutes away, when I did sit down to eat...it was HOT...!!! My meal was awesome, very tasty. Portion size okay, taste was awesome, price was agreeable...my meal was perfect. So listen, local business...these are your friends and neighbors...give them a try, show your support. I will be back...!!!

This restaurant is just around the corner from my house so we eat there when we want good, fast, and inexpensive Chinese food. Everything is cooked to order so it always comes out piping hot. The owners are locals and are super nice. Their main business is during lunch and takeout service. Highly recommended!

This wasn't one of the best Chinese food restaurants I've ever had. However I'm from California so my standards my be little higher than those who have only lived here in the South. It wasn't bad but it wasn't something I would go out and try again....well unless I couldn't find a better Chinese restaurant.

This place is always consistent in taste and service. So good. Call ahead and they'll have it ready for you. Sesame chicken is a fav!

Good food, good price...hole in the wall Chinese. Piss poor egg rolls but not a deal breaker

Hidden gem in a strip mall. Every time I am in town, I hit this Chinese restaurant. The food is excellent and the service is always friendly. You can even call in your order and drive up to the window to pick it up.

As good a Chinese place as you can find in a strip mall, everything is fresh. Best in Decatur area by far. Good prices/portions and service is efficient too. Seating is limited, Friday and Saturday night plus some weekday lunch times may find you waiting for a table.

This is, by far, the best (Americanized) Chinese food I've ever had. The portions are huge for the price. Their lunch menu is excellent. Great establishment.

Great portions, great taste. The crab Rangoon is sweet, soft but still crispy. The general tso's chicken is sweet and spicy, the perfect combination. The sauce is more red than a lot of Chinese restaurants which is what I like the best. The chicken is battered perfectly, no large mouthfuls of breaking at this restaurant. Service is friendly and quick.
