The food and service were both amazing! The steak was cooked to perfection. I visit this location several times a week and will continue to do so.

We live right around the corner and have been here three times. Twice for dinner and once for brunch. I ordered the pecan crusted chicken salad. The chicken was so over done it was not edible. Other time I went for the catfish and we sat at the bar. I actually sent the dish back because it was cold. Don't even let me embellish on their terrible brunch just don't do it.

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon, was not really busy when we got here but gradually got busy. Ordered the Hand battered Fish and Shrimp platter which came with fries. The fish was Atlantic Cod and it was some of the best cod fish I've had out because usually when I get Cod the fish is heavily battered, this was much better. The shrimp was popcorn sized and had a parmesan crust. For my drink, I had the House-made Strawberry Lemonade and it was delicious. Staff was very polite and attentive, great service. Enjoyed it and looking forward for the next visit.

My husband and I used to eat at this location weekly but lately we have been having bad experiences. They CANNOT cook a steak. And their mixed drinks arent very good. Their margaritas have a bunch of salt at the bottom of the glass, ew. And the last time I was there I hot one of their new summer drinks and it was extremely sweet and couldnt taste a hint of alcohol.

Stopped in on a Tuesday for lunch place is busy. We had good service and the food was good too. The only negative was that Brittany our server refilled my wife's unsweet tea with sweet tea. I forgot when the manager came by to check on us to tell her.

This experience would have been just like any other if not for our waitress, Andrea. A true professional will catch my eye, and she definitely hit the mark. Never was there a drink unfilled, a request ungranted, or a special unexplained. BOTTOM LINE: Typical fern joint (see list "fern joints"), made untypical by the likes of Andrea.

I had a great caesar salad with chicken. The chicken was really moist and the dressing wasnt overwhelming like it often is. We sat at the bar and the staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. Nice atmosphere and very close to our hotel. Great night!

Average chain restaurant food. They make all their pies from scratch, but don't like that pies are all they offer for dessert. Tater tot fondue is rednecky, but fun for kids. Alfredo sauce tasted bland.

Mother's Day party of 7. We were told a 30 minute wait because they were obviously very busy. After 50 minutes of waiting, we checked in with hostess who said we had already been seated. Um, no and none of the family ever heard our name called and were waiting in the inside lobby area. We then asked how long will it take now to seat us? Same hostess replied, "I have no idea." Well we used to come to OCs about once every three weeks. "I have no idea" if this family of locals will ever be back!!

Decent food, nothing to brag about. Good atmosphere. Service was Ok. I am a business traveler and wanted to make a call. I made the call after I ordered. The server kept trying to communicate while I was clearly on the phone. Seemed to do this unusually often. Aside from that it is a pretty average restaurant.

Stopped in Sunday afternoon and they weren't busy at all but service would indicate otherwise. Had to ask for silverware for our appetizer. Never got any plates for it or the bread which came right before the meal. Manager even stopped by while we are our bread on our napkins and never offered plates. I didn't bother to ask because I would probably wait til after dinner was served to receive them. Food was ok. Nothing that would make me come back for more. It was typical chain restaurant, reheated styled food.

Not sure what is going on with this location. At one time, it was minimum 30 minute waits, but now a Saturday night at 7:00 pm, only about 15 people in the room has to tell you something. We tried, and found out. The two things with this visit were: 1. They were out of the apple vinaigrette my wife always likes on the California Chicken Salad. 2. I tried the new Seafood Trio on the menu... It came to the table like the cook threw the items up in the air and let them get on the plate where they land. Not a very appealing dish when I got it. Appears there is a " I don't really care " attitude from management (and kitchen) of this location. Wait staff are really trying (our guy was very apologetic and tried very hard to make sure we were OK), but I could sense a feeling of discouragement. Pretty much see in most all of their faces. Not the first visit at this location were we had issues.... Think it will be our last..

Update: I don't know what has happened to O'Charley's but they have seriously let us down on more than one occasion. I know that people have bad days but I would say the last 2 or 3 times we visited, we left disappointed. Now we only go to O'Charley's when someone requests going there for a special occasion. It's sad because we loved this place when we first moved here.
