Jason F.
I ate here this past weekend with my girlfriend for dinner. We had originally been looking for an Italian place but after talking the the nice lady at the front desk of the Hilton, we settled on here. Since it is inside the Hilton, there is not too much to say about it. The decor is minimal but the tables are covered in white table cloths and they have booths, tables and lounge like seats. My girlfriend and I decided to start off our meal by splitting the mahi mahi sticks. There were 4 of them on a platter which also came with 3 dipping sauces: teriyaki, tartar and a sweet chili sauce. The breaking on the mahi mahi was nice and had a good spice in it and the sauces paired well with the fish. Sadly the fish was the worst part of it since it was overcooked which made it rubbery and tough. Still, with the breading and toppings we quickly finished them. For our entrees I decided on the linguine with blackened chicken, tasso and shrimp while my girlfriend had the eggplant stack. Both of them came with a fairly nice starter salad which had nice lettuce (read as no iceberg), bacon bits, tomato and a hard boiled egg. We both thought it was good and I especially enjoyed the vinaigrette which was a bit more sour than normal. I also really enjoyed my meal as the sauce had a nice little spice while there was ample amounts of chicken in it. Between the spices from the blackening and my sauce, it almost had a sausage type flavor. The shrimp were also good and cooked perfectly which made up for the earlier mahi mahi mishap. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here in the future. It may not be my first choice but I did enjoy almost all of my food, thought the portion sizes were large and the prices were decent as well.
