Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

This is one of my favorite restaurant chains for a good price. They have tasty Italian food when you are just looking to get the fix, but not pay top dollar for the experience and the "high" quality Italian cuisine. I'm totally ok with choosing this establishment on a regular basis for its tastiness and price value. Great food from start to finish.

Went here last night with my son, daughter and son-in-law to celebrate my son's 32nd Birthday. I wasn't too keen on going to this location because I haven't been on that part of town in years, I'm an 'over the mountain' kinda girl now. But this is where my kids wanted to go so I went. We got seated at a great table, it was round with 5 seats so we had plenty of room and weren't all squished. Our server was friendly and fun. My son likes to tease with servers at restaurants and this girl went right along with all his jokes (such as asking for 17 orders of bread sticks to go). My son likes to order all his dishes with extra garlic on them (says it keeps the vampires away). Some restaurants don't get the joke and just ignore his request. These people forgot it but when I asked them again they brought him a small cup of crushed garlic to pour over his pasta so he was happy. The food came out quickly but while waiting (we skipped apps) the salad and bread sticks were delicious and the server had no problem grating an entire block of parm on the salad per my son's request. My son ducked outside to avoid the Happy Birthday singing so I asked our server if they could go outside the front door and sing it to him and she said they couldn't go outside because they had $$ on them. Fair enough. I paid the check and we stepped outside to smoke before getting in our cars to leave. I had left my debit card in the check folder. Our server came running outside to return it to me (THANK GOD) and since she was already outside she sang him Happy Birthday :) Great atmosphere and great service.

Nice, standard Olive Garden. I go here for lunch when I need to get away from work and relax some. My food has been hot and the service friendly.

So. I love going to Olive Garden. Always greeted and feel like coming back. This time was a little different. Our waiter said he was new. So, I will give him that. Our table of 3 was his only table. The first thing he did was show us his tattoo. He sent in our order wrong. We wouldn't have known this if he didn't tell us. When he did bring out our food he forgot the chicken on our pasta and had to go back. He made excuses for everything that happened. Honestly, I just want service. Not excuses. During this time a table was sat in his section and because he was trying carry on a conversation with our table he didn't even greet them. After 10 min of just sitting there, They left. On top of that, the manager came out and apologized and told us it was the kitchen's fault. I will still come back. Our waiter over all was super nice but needs to be trained a little more and I think will be a great addition to their staff.

Just a little bit taken back by the slow, slow approach of the server/waitress. Maybe it's just the southern way. I'm a long way from California so I'm trying to be patient and wait for the southern hospitality to kick in. My Olive Garden experience is usually very predictable and pleasant in whatever part of the country I find myself. Something just didn't feel right here.

The service was horrible and the food mediocre. The elderly hostess in a long, black, dowdy dress had a nasty attitude. One would think she'd want to be a good example for the younger employees. As for the service, our party was seated for 20 minutes before they brought out the soup, salads, and breadsticks. Main entrees were served 5 minutes later. Needless to say, the table was overcrowded with food and dishes. Pretty overwhelming for a party of 12. On a positive note, the two young waiters assigned to our table were cordial and sweet. I will not return to this establishment.

LIKED- LIKED - Liked -LIKED -LIKED - Liked They tag teamed servers, not just one for large parties. Disliked - DISLIKED - Disliked - DISLIKED Not good for groups (took a very long time to get main course) Didn't have any mints; but shout out to the hostess/manager (assuming) that came through in the clutch)

Because I was not the only only upset in my group, I do not feel quit so bad in my choice of rating. It was a Saturday night and my dinner group was large but the restaurant was warned way in advance. Also it was not very busy from what I could tell. Organization is key and clearly they struggled. There were about 6 waitresses handling our party. It took at the minimum 45 minutes to get my sangria. Which was asked for several times by me and others. I understand and am patient to an extent but with others around me receiving there drinks then receiving seconds before I get mine, seemed a bit crazy. By this point I choose to take my food to go do to long wait times. The time differences between people receiving just there appetizers told me this would be a while. We were told we could pay for our food at the zoisk kiosk at our table. After I choose my food and paid along with others doing the same, then we were told we could not. So there was the battle of fixing bills and hoping to not be charged twice. Finally getting home with my food(chicken Alfredo)I find the chicken ( there wasn't much) like rubber and is hardly edible and the pasta has an odd taste. I can say the one sangria did taste good. Sadly this event has really killed my want for ever going to Olive Garden. Plus this location is a pain to get to. I hope others have a better experience then I did. Small tables may have better service.

My copilot wanted to go for their lunch soup, salad and breadsticks special. I knew I wasn't a fan on Olive Gardens but it had been years since I had visited one so I agreed to go. It's still a giant disappointment. The salad was drenched in dressing with wilted soggy lettuce. The soup ranged from boring to just awful. Maybe I'll try Olive Garden again in ten years, probably not though.
