The food was cool and didn't have enough sauce on it. I've always had great service at other restaurants. Then the driver takes his time to give me my 9 dollars in change all in ones not only did he have to use all of his 1's but he had several 5's. Very rude so $1 for him that he still didn't deserve.

After years of lousy service I had stopped ordering dominos pizza. On this lazy weekend however I decide to give it another shot. Called in my order and was pleasantly surprised at the kindness in the mans voice. Knowing this might not be true in person I opted to pick up my order. To my surprise, on my arrival, I was once again greeting and thanked for stopping by. Must say, I was impressed and left a great tip. Go Domino's!

I order lunch from here often and the service is great. I usually pick it up but had delivery today. The pizza arrived fast, hot and fresh. The spinach artisan pizza is a must try!

Okay, I'm not saying this is like eating Frank Stitt's food, but this is probably the best delivery pizza you can get in Birmingham. In fact, I think it's probably the best delivery pizza I've ever gotten (remember, Slice doesn't deliver, and it's gone soggy by the time you get it home anyway). For some reason, this Domino's is not the goo-on-cardboard I remember from school. It's actually quite tasty - and blazing fast. When I was in college in Santa Fe, NM, there was a restaurant in town in a railroad car that had great New Mexican cuisine (think TexMex but with fresh vegetables and a much lighter but spicier chile). I am still convinced that the chef there was psychic. You'd order, and the food would be there before you took two sips of your drink. I believe I am witnessing the same phenomenon with this Domino's. Sure, they have the little "Pete the Pizzamaker" flash thing that's supposed to tell you when your food will arrive, but I know that the real-life chefs are kicking Pete's behind. I just ordered, and I think it's about 50/50 whether the food will get here or I'll finish this review first. I suppose I could cheat and quit writing now, but that wouldn't be very fair, would it? So let me tell you about the Domino's sandwiches. I was highly suspicious that they could make a decent sandwich. After all, I didn't remember the pizza being wonderful. But dang! the habanero chicken is wonderfully delicious, and the chicken parm isn't bad, either - my boss's favorite when we're working late. like now :-( You can tell that the bread is made from the same dough as the pizza crust, but that's not a bad thing, there's plenty of chicken and cheese and whatever else you tell them to load onto the sandwich, and you can even have them put extra in there. Plus, it keeps well for lunch the next day. Do NOT be fooled by the desserts, however. They aren't much good. But are you really ordering cake from Domino's? Don't do it. But everything else here is really excellent.

Pretty much the only pizza place I will order from in the downtown area! Always arrives on time. Even on a Friday night at 6pm it arrived super hot, fresh and in 20 minutes! Not to mention the delivery driver had a great attitude and was very friendly!! Zero complaints!

Yes I'm leaving a yelp review for dominos... I live around the corner so always order pick up or just show up and order when I arrive. This store has the nicest, friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a franchise restaurant. Whoever is in charge for the moral and staffing is doing an incredible job. These people are legit and I honestly look forward to coming in

So, it's late, I just got off work and I really don't feel like cooking. I called them and asked if they were still delivering & the lady was a little hesitate but kind and said it depended on my address. Well apparently I'm close enough, so she very helpfully took my order, talked me into some sauces I really didn't need but I'm starving so everything sounds good. My food came in like 20 minutes very hot (I burnt the roof of my mouth being impatient) & the delivery guy was very sweet! I really didn't expect him to be that quick so I didn't have my money prepared so he entertained my pug while I got my money together and I gave him a nice tip, he deserved it!
