Drive through is quick as I frequent everyday around 12pm. The staff is much better than about 6 months ago. Everyone seems much more friendly. Only complaint is that the inside isn't as inviting as other Starbucks I've been to before. It's just not a place I'd want to hang out for hours.

Drive-thru was a little busy in the morning, but when I'm stuck working in the middle of nowhere I do not complain about the fact that the Starbucks is busy. Just glad there was one!

I've never had a bad experience at this Starbucks. Super friendly and very courteous and always fast. There was one time though that it took a bit longer, I didn't really even notice I was waiting for a long time, and they didn't charge me for my drink. Who else does that? LOVE this Starbucks!

Went there on a Sunday morning awhile back. There was a continuous flowing line inside, but it wasn't super busy. The cashier was new and in training. So she was messing up a lot; that can be overlooked since she's new and all. What ticked me was the "seasoned" workers, whom were being quite rude to her. While we waited for our breakfast sandwich, an off-worker came in with her daughter. She was chatting with the other workers at the pick-up counter. She set her child on the counter and started to comb her hair. Ew, disgusting! It's the freaking counter where they put out coffee cups and sandwiches! I don't want freaking kids hair anywhere my drink and food! Thank goodness I already had my drink and was just waiting for the breakfast sandwich. The other workers didn't say anything. They just chatted up with her while she combed and braided the kid's hair; they were talking about the new cashier and how she messed up all morning. There were other customers in the store and around the pick-up counter as well. Very unprofessional. I didn't wait for my sandwich, which took over 15 minutes to freaking nuked up. They said one of the "ovens" broke so they were only using one. They were giving out hot sandwich to the drive-thru left to right while I waited. So I asked for refund and left. Haven't return since... The drinks (latte and black coffee) were just like any other Starbucks.
