Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Great pizza and friendly people. Just went in for carry-out pizza to take back to the hotel and was very impressed with how nice of the employees were. The pizzas are 2 for 1 and are very good.

Great food & service! Our server seemed ecstatic about her job, which was so refreshing. She got us everything we needed while still being able to carry on conversation all over the room. Mom & Pop style in heaven. We got a Stromboli and calzone and took half of each home for dinner. They were over stuffed and delicious. Also saw that they have a buy one, get one pizza special. Awesome!

Very disappointing. Was told this was very good but sadly....not!!! Ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with Sweet Tea and Salad. Salad had an extreme amount of white core and very little green leaf. Italian dressing was ok but not worth writing home about. The chicken was a pre-breaded frozen patty, and the pasta was not fresh. The sauce was the worst. It tasted like it was made from canned tomato juice and sauce and then add a little Italian seasoning with an over abundant amount of cinnamon. I was unable to eat even one quarter of the meal because the flavor was disgusting. When I told the manager she said she didn't believe me because she was always told it was the best in the state of Alabama. The service left a lot to be desired as well. Not very happy to be working at this establishment. I will not be returning to the place for anything other than maybe the bathroom and a glass of Tea. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. Stay away at all cost.

My wife and I both ordered cheeseburger/fries. Just so-so. Meat was not very tasty- like a frozen meat patty should taste I guess. Pizza buffet didn't look very appetizing.

Best pizza in town hands down; however staff leaves a lot to be desired plus owner comes off as mean and or rude. Food is good though. Only place in town that I know of that serves lamb.

This wasn't even in the top 100 restaurants I've ever been to. The food was okay, atmosphere is terrible and the entire staff looked miserable. Our waiter smiled a total of one time. I haven't tried their pizza but if it's anything like their pasta sauce, I'll pass. There was no saving grace for this place. You can't blend tomato paste, throw in some generic "Italian season" and call it Italian. Save your time, money and patience.

Really good food and the they should sell their ranch dressing by the drum!! We've been there a lot and its consistent every time and their pizza is great! The service is great an everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. Go alone or bring the family, this place does it right but bring an empty stomach.. They give u more than enough to fill up on! Great place.

Good food and service. I just wish the pizza crust was more crispy :)

One of my favorite places to eat when I'm in the Albertville area. The pizza is very good, as are most all the dishes I've sampled. My favorite is their chicken souvlaki. It comes with tomatoes, onion, fries, pita bread, and a serving of cucumber dip.
