When it comes down to it, I can summarize Buck's in three points: 1. Very very tasty pizza 2. Priced fairly 3. Generously loaded with quality toppings Will surely come back for a second visit.

Once again... I order food and they say it will be here in 40 min. Over a hour later it shows up cold. I try to enjoy this place but the service makes it hard to.

The food is great! But today, the service was much to be desired. We walk in and the sign says "Seat Yourself." The server comes out and says "We're Closing at 3 pm today. The open sign was turn off. " I ask" what time is it?" Her reply was 2:55. I apologized got up and left. As I think about the situation I have a few questions. First, if the open sign was off why was the door unlocked? Second, when did 2:55 become 3 pm? Like I said, the food is great , but today the service was much to be desired. It will be a while before I go back.

My husband and I love Bucks! Food is always good & staff friendly & helpful! We love ANY of their Pizzas, salads, sandwiches, really anything we've ordered has been great! Bucks IS our place for pizza! We eat in, pick up to go or have them deliver! No matter how we order the food is always GREAT! We're so glad bucks has made it in their Alabaster location! The foods okay tasting. Concerned about cleanliness. We were the first customers of the day on 6/12 and the restrooms were a filthy mess. Actually considered leaving before ordering.

Really wanted to like this place, the atmosphere was cool and the prices were reasonable, but we ordered several different food items and they all were pretty bland/flavorless. The waitress also took our order wrong resulting in one of our kids getting a Stromboli that lacked his favorite ingredient. That wouldn't have been a big deal, but they replaced the requested ingredient with one that he hates.

If you're looking for a great night out with the family or to watch a sports game on a 10 ft projector, then you definitely need to come to Bucks! The food is delicious and fresh and the service is even better. I am also proud to say that the owner, Hunter did make his way around to talk to each table and ask how everything was. He even asked my kids how they liked it. Very thoughtful! The prices could be a bit lower but all in all it has a great atmosphere and we will be back for sure!

We made the mistake of having our soccer party here. The hour long wait for food that was preordered, the cold food when it did arrive, and being told by the owner "Never again. Don't come back" when the deal was over? Don't worry, we won't be back. Customer service an feedback at its finest.
