Excellent organic, healthy options in Sitka. (Very rare...) superfood salad is fantastic and fairly priced.

Had a grilled cheese panini and a green zinger juice. Cute little place with fresh food, juices, smoothies and outdoor seating. Great find.

The food is amazing! I defiantly recommend the Broccoli salad and the buffalo chicken panini.. My favorites. The salads are fresh and paninis made to order right in front of you. My new favorite place to eat in Sitka.

This place is your "one stop shop" for healthy, delicious, farm to table breakfast and lunch eats. I live in Los Angeles, where there are juice bars on every corner so I can tell you from experience that it doesn't get any fresher or more local than this. The produce was delivered right after opening & green juice & made to order acai bowl were one of the best I've ever had. Sandwich and Salad bar was great. Great local coffee served. Enjoy this little gem!!!

This place is such a gem! Spent a few days in Sitka and was really impressed with this place! We went a few times for breakfast- excellent lattes and panini sandwiches! They also have a crepe stand which we have yet to try! Try the cheddar and turkey panini with green apples- toasted to perfection! Delicious!

OMG. I cannot thank Homeport Eatery enough for the freshest most delicious meal I've had in weeks! I work on a cruise ship and we stopped in Sitka for the afternoon. Not a whole lot to do if you're not an excursion, so a friend and I just wandered the town. And we stumbled upon this gem. Different counters for smoothies/juices, coffee/pastries, salads/sandwiches, and alcohol...it's a little overwhelming at first. But once you figure out where you need to go, it's worth it! I had a pesto caprese sandwich on gluten free bread (yes you can get any of their sandwiches on gluten free bread...their crepes can also be put on a gluten free buckwheat wrap)..and the sandwich was everything I had been dreaming about for a while. The potato chips were freshly cut- not oily. The veggie quinoa salad was so fresh and filling. And then to top it off, I got a mango banana smoothie to go. I was so full and satisfied after that lunch, I never even got hungry for dinner! I also have to say everyone was super friendly who worked here. Overall a very pleasant experience and should I ever be in Sitka again, I will be back!

So when I got to Sitka I really wasn't expecting too many fine dining establishments. I did a little bit of shopping and I got pretty hungry when I saw this place and decide to give it a try. So when I walked in on the right hand side I see a crepe bar on the left side I see a whole bunch of baked goods. This place has a little bit of this and a little bit of that a bar and a small gift shop and pretty good food. This spot reminds me of a restaurant in Temecula, Ca called E.A.T market which is like a farm to table restaurant. Homeport is very simple but offers so much goodness for a reasonable price. The employees were nice and some had that funky/cool vibe who would fit into California just fine. I decided to get the Hawaiian panini with pineapple ham and cheese with a bottle of local rootbeer. The panini was pretty good but it really didn't have too much pineapple. I thought it was kind of weird that they already had the sandwiches made in the glass case but maybe it's just me. So I left and did a little bit more shopping I went to a seafood restaurant but I came back for a berry crepe. It was good but it wasn't as sweet as I thought it was going to be. So overall I really like this place if I come Sitka again I will definitely eat here again without a doubt.

Though well traveled by tourists, this shop makes real deli sandwiches. Getting a good Reuben outside of New York is tough enough (hard to find one in Seattle, though they do exist), but you can get a good one at the Homeport in Sitka. This is a good place to get a sandwich, and they have tables in the back where you can usually find a seat.

Fabulous salads and sandwiches. I've had the House Salad and the Superfood Salad as well as the Caprese Sandwich. So good! The carrot cake is amazing as are the lattes. Can't go wrong with any order. The restaurant is set up like a food court with a spot for treats (including cookies, fresh doughnuts, muffins, etc.) Another stand for crepes and juices, and another for salads and paninis. There is also a spot for wine and cheese plates. My new fave! :-) Check it out!

So bummed I didn't get here 5 minutes earlier in the day. I was looking forward to trying a smoothie of raw veggies but that counter was closing up when I arrived. The bakery goods looked delicious but I felt like I should get something of substance. I headed for the turkey/apple/cheese pannini. Awesome flavor. So glad I asked if I could only buy a 1/2 order and they said YES! It isn't marked on the board that you can do that but it can't hurt to ask. I enjoyed my sandwich with a few chips that came with it and a bottle of water. The picinic tables outside were great to enjoy the fresh air on such a beautiful day. Wish I was in town a few more days to try the smoothies, crepes, or baked goods.

This place is a lot of different things all in one space-- a coffee shop, a deli, a crepe stand, and a bar. The coffees are the best we had in town, and the paninis and scones were also great. I wish we had time to try more on the menu. The space is cute, casual, and clean with big windows in the front. The best part is that we found this place to be consistently open. Being in a small town, many stores/restaurants weren't open often or didn't keep any consistent business hours. We found Homeport Eatery to be open every single day we were here. Another awesome thing... We met the owner, and she totally helped us out and opened the deli for us early one day when we had to leave to catch a flight. I didn't expect her to do that, but we really appreciated it!
