The pizza is always spot on and good, sadly the last 2 out of 3 times i have ordered wings they have come fairly burnt, i would love to see this change. The delivery service tends to teeter on amazing or horrid service. This would also be amazing to see change.

I used to work in a pizza store, if i let the whole top of a pizza side half off and under like this, I'd rush a remake before the customer got there. Huge fail from a terrible company. Never again!

I always like to write something positive when I write a review so here it goes. The employees were very friendly and easy to order from. That being said the pizza and chicken wings were the worst I have ever tasted. I choked down enough to satisfy my hunger for pizza but that was probably because I respected the fact it was the last time I was ever going to eat Dominos.

I really like Domino's Pizza in general (good crust, good specials). I went on a family trip to Juneau last August 2013 and we got a large pepperoni from the Junea branch thinking it would be a failsafe. Delivery was fast and the employee was polite, but Holy Cooooow. The pizza was so stale it was completely inedible. My brother isn't picky about food and neither am I and we couldn't eat an entire slice between the two of us. We threw the pizza out and went to the corner store at 9pm to get some cheerios to snack on. MAJOR FAIL - I don't understand how a Domino's franchise could make pizza that disgusting. I'm back in Eugene eating Domino's right now and it's great. How the Juneau branch could mess up a pepperoni pizza that bad is absolutely unbelievable to me. BE ADVISED: GET YOUR PIZZA ELSEWHERE IN JUNEAU.

Just received the worst service possible and will NEVER order from this Domino's again. The box was not properly put together and the entire pizza slipped out the front of the closed box and landed on the floor. When I called to request a new pizza I was told "those boxes are not bullet proof" and "I delivered it perfectly so what do you want me to do". His only shred of being helpful was that if I brought the delivered pizza back to him he would replace it. He yelled at me, cut me off and then said "see ya later!" and hung up. This is a really small town and there are several other options for pizza. To treat a customer so badly over a $20 pizza is outrageous. NEVER AGAIN.

To say that I had THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE would be a huge, huge understatement. First couple of orders went pretty smooth, so we tipped the drivers pretty well. My husband and I always tip very well to pizza delivery guys. However, for some odd reason after few months later I called and tried to place an order. A guy answered in spanish, I asked for a Hawaiian pizza. He asked to order in spanish. I told him that i don't speak spanish. he said that until I do, he would not take my order. so i said that we are in the states and we speak English here. He laughed and hung up. I called back and a different guy answered, I asked for a manager. Turns out that rude guy was the manager! He answered and story pretty much repeated itself. I was shocked. Being a LEGAL first generation immigrant my self, unlike these knuckleheads, I did not come to a country that actually invited me in and try to make my own rules. Domino's needs to stop hiring ILLEGALS that take jobs away from LEGAL residents and treat Americans like dirt! Hopefully those people read this and learn to be grateful that we have not deported them back to their barracks yet and gave them a chance to work, make money and send it all to Mexico. My family and I would never, ever, ever, ever spend a penny on Dominoes!

I wonder how much spit and other products I have eaten from here over the years??? This is a noon order, I mean how long has he been there an hour? All in all this guy has hung up on me on several separate occasions, what a CKSKR!

I'm impressed with the changes they are makng to improve their pizza, however they need to work on consistency. I would suggest going in to pick up from this location, as my first experience was a fresh hot pizza in 15 minutes with a yummy garlic crust. The second time is the reason for 3 stars, we had it delivered and it was warm but not hot no garlic crust and pizza appeared thrown together plus we ordered cinna stix and they weren't event warm with a dipping sauce that expired over a month ago. Wow! Really talk about no attention to detail. All in all if I had a craving for a Philly cheese steak pizza again I may attempt to do carryout and see if they can redeem themselves. Impressed the first time, dissappointed the second
