This place is family run and the husband and a few other relatives do the cooking. he's an amazing cook and has a vast array of recipes and cooking knowledge. The food is a mix menu of items from Europe, and Thailand, and some Vietnamese like the PHO, which is amazing. The service is always good, seated right away as you can seat yourself, simple but homey, excellent menu. The quality of the food is super fresh, always hot, and served relatively fast. I recommend any of the PHO options which are big so come with an appetite. The prices are a little high, but it's Alaska, so I'm sure you're used to it. But over excellent food, great service, run by great people. Definitely a must try if you haven't been.

Very good dish and very friendly folks which is a rare commodity here in Fairbanks, AK. I ordered Beef salad a large side of sticky rice and Basil rolls. I was actually told about this spot from the cook at Aloha BBQ so glad for the heads up!

I eat a lot of Thai and normally judge a Thai restaurant based on the pad Thai. I got two dishes for take out, the pad Thai and drunken noodles. Pad Thai was mediocre. Very dry and not much flavor. The drunken noodles had good flavor and lots is sauce but the noodles were way over done. The Thai iced tea was verrrry sweet, too sweet if you ask me. Pros: huge portions Cons: expensive, taste is average

I judge Thai Restaurants with shrimp and pad Thai. Here, the shrimp pad Thai was Dry and flavorless. The spice just wasn't there. Eating pad Thai should be an awesome flavor experience. The tofu was waaaay too chewy and the shrimp was way hotter than everything else, and the noodles were cooler than everything else. The only thing that tasted like it was cooked at the same time was the scallions and vegetables. The sauce was very delicious though, it was perfectly spicy and just what I was looking for. If everything tastes as good as the sauce on it, I may have given a much better review. I would only go back if I haven't eaten for a week or something like that. I'm still looking for the best Pad Thai ever. This one won't be very high.

I love this place! Never disappointed! I alway order the Salmon curry and it so good! Alway make sure you try their iced Thai green tea!

The food was delicious. However, I feel it's overpriced with the way the restaurant looks and feel like a hole in the wall.

We ordered Green curry, two bowls of steamed rice, and a noodle soup. The taste were not bad but the amount might be small for man. By the way, there was no noodle in the noodle soup.

The only thing I can say on the negative is, it was too much food. I grew up when you had to clean your plate and now my stomach hurts again. I had the Pad Thai and it was wonderful. Nice family owned place with personal interest in the food being the best. This will be a favorite when I'm in town.

This was the third Thai restaurant I went to in Fairbanks and I've finally found great Thai food. I've tried Bahn Thai and the highly rated Thai House. The other two wouldn't make my food Thai Hot as requested and the taste was ok. I grew up eating awesome Thai food in Hawaii and with Siam Square, I've finally hit the jackpot. I don't understand the other reviews. Thai food in general is not cheap, and I found the prices to be reasonable and the flavor of their food is authentic. I won't have to try the other zillions of thai restaurants in Fairbanks, I've found my favorite!! This place is awesome!!!

We were visiting Fairbanks for a quick Xmas getaway vacation to North Pole and Chena Hot Springs. Nothing was open on Christmas Eve but luckily Siam Square was open. The food hit the spot especially since we were craving Thai food. Pad Thai portion was huge and the soup (forgot the name but it had a variety of seafood with coconut milk in it) was delicious along with the the Thai ice coffee (a little too sweet for me) and a fresh spring roll for an appetizer was a complete meal for me and my husband.

I love Vietnamese pho. I mean LOVE it. So when I saw it on the menu of this Thai place I had to give it a try. Not bad! I can't put my finger on what is different but it wasn't exactly authentic. Came with usual condiments of basil, cilantro and bean sprouts but had lemon instead of lime and also came with crushed peanuts on the side. Again, pretty good and definitely fixed my pho craving. Gets 4 stars because $13.95 for pho is ridiculous, even for Fairbanks! Makes me wonder how they do on Thai food! I will definitely come back again and try other dishes.

One of my favorite Thai restaurants in the country! The decor is divey. When you enter you'll see what look like aisles in a small grocery store, but the food is legit. I've had their curries each time and they're delicious. I like my Thai food spicy and they really deliver here when you ask them to up the spice level. More of a lunch or casual dinner place.

Reasonable prices, tasty dishes (except pho combo soup but this may be because of personal preferences), and mom-n-pop style friendly service. Overall its okay.

good food, prices are typical fairbanks pricing leaning more on the pricier side, mom n pop run so don't expect blazing service speed but overall a good place to satisfy your thai food craving

Overall a good value for the price you pay. Good portions and very friendly service. The menu is quite extensive, but they have pictures of the menu items on the walls. So if you are not sure what you want, this helps. Also if you are familiar with traditional pho, I don't recommend you to order from here. Pho here has chunky meast and a greasy broth.

Third Thai restaurant we have gone to on the Fairbanks Area. They have bubble tea which is a bonus. Prices were reasonable. Food was tasty and spicy. My wife got pad garlic and I got green curry. Both dishes were fresh, but the new cook burned the garlic on one dish. Overall, prices are reasonable. Some reviews state it is expensive, but for Alaska the price is spot on to the area.

I wouldn't go here. I got a bunch of food that was really expensive but didn't taste good. I got the veggie spring rolls, which were decent until I realized that the bail inside was getting moldy. I also ordered the pad thai, and got an enormous portion of noodles, eggs and rice. but the noodles were too sweet and the chicken seemed like poor quality. I think this place sacrifices quality for quantity, but the prices sure don't reflect that.

The Environment is cool but very divey like someone else said. Food was extremely expensive, Food was Ok but not worth the 49$ Tab Thai Tea was Good and Average price But the pad Thais were Too expensive. overall i would say if you have the cash then go, otherwise find another Thai restaurant

Craving soup and order a delivery to my hotel. Food arrived in 45 minutes as promised. Was it pricey. yep but it's part of the convenience of delivery. They charge an extra 15 % for delivery. Had the meatball noodle soup, grill beef and sticky rice with mango. and an order of rice...total $45 not including tip

The first thing I must say, this place was SPOTLESS !! I was really impressed with the fact that not even the condiments on the lazy-susan on the table had any old drips or dried bits, as most restaurants do. We had the calamari in chili sauce as an appetizer and it was fantastic, this could easily become a favorite of ours at this restaurant. I had the duck pho' and my husband had the spicy soup, both very good, not mind blowing great, but very good. Everything was made to order, which took a little longer, but isn't the best food worth waiting for.

What a good spot! It was definitely divey, but the food was delicious. I got the Siam Square noodle soup with beef. It was flavorful, full of garlic, plentiful and delicious. The price was a little more than I expected, but it was a good time. The decor is definitely reminiscent of a cafeteria. On top of selling delicious food, they sell fake designer purses, clothing and some other knick-knacks. The service was legit. The proprietor, who had a grasp on the English language, but had a THICK accent, was very gracious and welcoming. I would definitely go again.

Got takeout from here a couple times and it wasn't that great. Seemed pretty expensive, too, even for Fairbanks.

It's one of the best Thai places I've been in US, regardless the way it looks inside. Big generous portions, the owner cooks himself, must try - Siam Bowl!!!
(5)Amanda P.
I think that this is the best restaurant in Fairbanks. The BBQ pork appetizer, basil spring rolls, and soup are better than I've had in Thailand. The only reason why it's not 5 stars is the price... Some items are worth it, some aren't. Some portions are big, so two can split a $12 entree easily, but a $20 entree might barely feed one. Go on a Wednesday night when the owner is working. He is a talented chef and happily takes requests and orders. The "European" menu is awesome too.
