Great beer selection and variety. Tasty bar food (appetizers and pizza) that runs late night. I added a star back because they finally have solid pricing for their beers and my check wasn't quite as big a surprise on my last visit. Prices are now more consistent than they were at the beginning of summer. A good place to go late night, during sport events, and during winter. Be prepared to leave smelling like smoke. It's a smoker friendly establishment.

Pretty run-of-the mill. Located in a strip mall, not the most welcoming place or "neighborhood." Some flyers were posted to raise money for a guy who was murdered nearby recently. Servers were very bad. Had to practically beg to get a beer. Went to watch a hockey game and two different homeless-looking drunks (absolutely shitfaced at 2 PM) tried to start fights with me. Beer is cheap but you're getting what you pay for. Maybe (hopefully) service is better in evenings.

Upgrade review: So we been hungry so we call Red fox and they said it will take 30 minute to be done, But it took 45 minute instead of 30 minute. I been waiting for the pizza to be done. Anyway I have nothing to say about this place. I have said it on my 1st review on this one.

Neat little hang out spot and they have good wings. Lots of pool tables too. I went the night of bunnycon, so it was packed. Service sucked and it took forever to get out food, but I understand they were literally packed out. Hopefully, it isn't like that on a normal night.

Nice little sports bar with plenty of pool tables in back. They have a small selection of draft beers and plenty of pool tables in back. The kitchen serves up the usual bar food fares and there is a jukebox out front. Pretty basic but there's nothing wrong with that. The staff are friendly and you get a pretty diverse crowd which draws from all over Fairbanks, including the University. My only real complaint is that they allow smoking indoors.

What a shit hole, smelly and gross. The breakfast food was great. Perfect place for Sunday Funday. Great TV's for sports viewing. Great pool tables.... I am not certain this looks like a good or bad review. Great place.

The red fox is my kind of bar, they have plenty of pool tables, good food (although the service is a little slow), and always has good people in there. Great place to grab a beer and a burger for lunch or to unwind after a long week.

The beer in Alaska is always amazing! When Bud Light & Heineken is only in bottles and the local brew on tap, that's always a great sign! Great beer isn't how many you can down in an evening, but the flavor & character that defines a brew. Beer here is Arctic cold, served in frosty mugs, so frickin' frosty, beer's foam starts to crystallize and ice over, like taping the surface of a glacier and getting Alaskan Amber. Their pizza here remains supreme. Cornmeal dusted, hand tossed crust. We ordered their special that had a bunch of different cheeses, probably caribou or reindeer sausage and roasted veggies. It's been awhile, so the details are slipping. Yes, it's a divey smoking bar, but worth the secondhand cancer for the stellar frosty beer and pizza.

Bad service. Better bars in Fairbanks. Don't play music you want, they will skip it. Skimpy selection. It was decent a few years back, now it's disappointing.

Staff was always friendly. Food is eh. One time the burger was really well-done, but the next time was better. The food tends to be really greasy, more so than most bar food. There isn't anything special about the drink selection; standard fare for a sports bar. I wish it was smoke free. I love the smell of pipe smoke, but old cigarette smoke is just rancid and bad.

I was recently in Fairbanks with a few friends, and found this bar to be hang out spot for most young locals. They have pool tables, darts, video games, and a juke box for your listening pleasure. The drinks were good, and were moderately priced. They have food but the kitchen closes around 10p. The staff just like most people in Fairbanks was very nice, and made sure we didnt need anything. So if your ever in Fairbanks, check this spot out. You will feel like a native Alaskan.

Bar-wise this place gets 2 stars but the pizza is to die for! It may be the best in Alaska and it's definitely the best in Fairbanks. I don't mind eating in once in a while so I can drink beer and chat with my BF but it's extremely smokey and usually kinda cold. The waitstaff tends to be disinterested but occasionally you get one that has a smile to greet you with. So my recommendation would be to call in and take out. The pizza is worth it and the price to food quality ratio is high. I'm not a vegetarian and I LOVE sausage pizza but I usually get the vegetarian with pineapple and jalapenos, SOO good! If you do eat in treat yourself with either the fried zucchini or kibbles and bits appetizer.

Very cool bar/restaurant. Staff is very friendly and very attentive to all our needs. Food was plentiful, fresh, hot and quickly served. There are 6 or 7 pool tables as you walk away from the dining area toward the rear of the room. Music was from a juke box and just the right volume to enjoy, but not overwhelm anyone trying to eat and hold a conversation. Not exactly convenient, but close enough to make the trip out worth your while. I will go back before I leave town. If you're here, you should stop by too.

The 1 star is for the waitress who was pleasant enough and the coke was cold. The food quality is best explained by what was left in our baskets when we left the bar. My cheeseburger was missing one bite and one onion ring. My husband's hot wing basket was missing one as well. His VERY, VERY hot wings consisted of over-cooked then flash-fried tiny wings with half a bottle of Frank's hot sauce dumped on them. Needless to say, we were not impressed and will not be back.

Great pizza. Beer is there, order 2 at a time if u wanna drink an not wait. Lunch menu is fairly priced for fairbanks, an its usually good. I wish places made their own burger patties, but I'm always satisfied with the combo + jalepenos sometimes pinneapple pizza. DEBBIE SOLD, place isn't the same or better I think..
