Anytime I'm craving delicious ice cream this is the place I end up. The people working have always been friendly and typically engage in some sort of casual conversation with you while they're making your order. They have tons of options for ice cream creations, I even saw bubblegum as a topping. Which was weird but I guess kids like crazy things sometimes. I'm more of a traditionalist, rocky road please, thanks. If you're looking for some good ice cream this is the place for you.

Well, I think I waited 5 minutes before someone noticed me standing waiting. But I was finally noticed and the girl was nice enough. Got my chocolate shake & was on my way.

My husband and I stopped in here last night after a long day of shopping.. Being new to fort Richardson we were looking for something that had familiarity which marble slab does.. It is much like cold stone creamery! Except after being rudely greeted with the robotic welcome to marble slab and waited on with no communication what so ever.. Then we were charged a whopping 15.03 for our 2 small ice creams the same as I get at cold stone for 8.00:) after handing over my card and about choking as I took a bite of my not so flavorful ice cream, the very rude girl asked if I would like a stamp card... My instant response was NO! I don't think well be returning to Marble Slab anytime soon!

I don't know why people go to Marble Slab and Coldstone, eat their ice cream, and THEN complain about the cost. 1. It is written on the board behind the counter. 2. You can ask for a sample before you choose your flavor. 3. You are in Alaska. 4. You bought it. I really like this place, and in my opinion it is quite comparable to Coldstone (if not better). Plus, they have chocolate cake-batter ice cream, and it doesn't get better than that! Look for coupons in the val-pack that sneakily makes its way into your mailbox. We have gotten a few buy one, get one coupons. For the very once-in-a-while treat, especially after a movie or shopping, it is divine.

Always yummy and Lucas won my sons heart when he flipped his his ice cream up in the air like a pizza and caught it in a cup. I got the salted caramel with bananas and it was delicious.

I walked in and Prince was playing. (If I had it my way, that would end my review because I love him) [sigh] The place was immaculate, no sticky stuff on the tables. The staff were so sweet, they had very positive demeanors which is something I need when I am buying a cup of peanut butter fluff and chocolate ice cream with whip cream and drizzled caramel with candy pieces. I neeeed the positive vibes :D There were feel good labels in front of the ice cream cartons- "homemade" I can take that. It is in my opinion better than Cold Stone- it is the new and improved Cold Stone. Price was decent- it was not cheap but not outrageous if it is a rare treat (as it is for me, I had a case of the Tuesdays) take a gander, ask for a taste, go with a group, go with a date, go by yourself- you deserve it!

Walked in, looked at the menu and all the flavors, decided on a malt. Another customer walked in and was promptly attended to, no one helped us or even asked if we were ordering so we walked out.

I thought this place was okay. I always liked cold stone but thought it was over priced. Here you can get unlimited toppings without paying for each one. They have amazing different types of waffle cones with all different things around the edges. They were super busy when we were there which would lead me to believe they are popular. I had the cotton candy ice cream, my wish was that it was a sorbet and not ice cream. I do not like ice cream and at basken and robins their cotton candy does not have an ice cream base. Their sorbet flavors are horrible! I felt ill after eating it. I will not be back here. I will be going back to Basken and Robins.

We thoroughly enjoy coming here for icecream or shakes. Customer service is always courteous, and funny at times. I love that they don't charge extra for toppings. I recommend getting their club card to receive a free ice cream or yogurt cone upon completion.

We had ice cream here after Pho Saigon. We thought it was the best ice cream we've had since Bank Street in Ottawa, Ontario. After a google check we found out it was also Marble Slab Creamery. It is a very popular place just like the one in Ottawa. We'll be back before we leave Anchorage. Then we'll hit Ottawa in July!

Reminds me of Cold Stone as far as set-up. Customer service was great. The lady was energetic and patient. I like that there's no extra charge for toppings. My husband and I both bought small bowls and two kids size bowls and spent $19.

Great place to grab a cold snack on warm Alaskan nights or even on -20 nights. Service is always warm and friendly.
