The problem is the cost. Great Harvest is a wonderful chain, where each location is locally owned. They're known for their delicious, whole ingredient breads. They pride themselves in milling their own flour of the highest quality. So right off the bat, you know you're not going to pay the price of a wonder bread. However, there was still a bit of sticker shock, when I saw that I was charged about $9 per loaf. It's good, but not that good. We pay around $5 at most at the GH in KS. I understand this is AK and all, but...just wow. I mean, though I try to watch my spending, I am willing to pay a reasonable amount for better quality. It's just I don't think this is reasonable. So though the customer service was wonderful and the bread just as good as back home with some new stuff that I've never tried before, I cannot say that I will ever be coming back here.

Love the bread and cookies! The staff is friendly. Good sandwiches for lunch time. They have coffee, trail mixes, and giant samples of bread.
(5)James P.
I really enjoyed my lunch here. They had really tasty fresh bread and sandwiches you could customize - I had a Chicken Salad on Asiago cheese Bread. Yummy!!
(5)Nicole G.
I've never been to a bad great harvest, they are always nice and the bread is always fresh! The cookies are great and the sandwiches are so yummy! I could eat their bread everyday!
(5)Norven C.
This place is great. I'm surprised it's not more, because here's the reality: this place is as good as it gets. First off, they let you sample multiple types of bread which are given to you in BIG portions. Second, their bread is pretty good. Recommend the White Chocolate and Cherry bread or just the whole wheat bread. I've taken dates here, I've taken family here, and I've taken friends here. No one has ever been anything short of delighted. You won't be either.
(5)Brittany R.
The bread is delicious and everyone that works there is incredibly nice and helpful! Just tried their sandwiches the other day and they are awesome!! A little pricey but well worth it.
(5)Kaitie S.
Good sandwiches but there are no soups offered! And there is very little seating for dining in.
(3)Kathy G.
Normally I love Great Harvest Bread Co. I look for them wherever I travel. Today though I was treated very rudely at this location. When I asked about pricing for day old bread, I was informed that "that may be how they do it in the states but not here." Funny, I thought AK was part of the United States! I will continue to visit Great Harvest stores in the "states" but not here. Bread here was very expensive! $3 more per loaf than in the "states."
(2)D Y.
Great breads, great people, great service! I've been to their other stores in CA as well and they are just as fantastic! Love this place!
(5)Anoop N.
Best breads ever! Awesome sandwiches, great service.. Best part is you can try breads before you buy.. Lot of options in sweets and savory breads.. We tried salmon spread sandwich, veggie and eggs sandwich and at least 5 different breads.. Everything was very tasty.. We ended up buying lot of breads
(5)Gianna F.
Delicious food, good coffee, huge samples! My favorite cheat breakfast is the egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with herb and garlic spread. I always get a half and it's more than enough! Staff is friendly. The wait for food is typically quick even if it's crowded.
(5)Bridget G.
Best. Bread. Ever. Brought the Parmesan basil back to Hawaii yesterday and it's gone now. So yummy and the workers are so sweet. You walk in and they immediately offer you a slice of bread with butter. Huge selection and the line goes quickly. Will be back next time I visit Alaska.
(5)Sean G.
Oh Great Harvest, Let me start by just saying thank you. Today I woke up sick and tried everything to feel better and to keep food down. It was not until around 2 when I was able to try again at lunch and when I did I was in the area so I stopped in. Your bread sample and smile probably made my day. You have my faviorate bread right now and yes its worth every penny! I grabbed a loaf and then tried the bacon, egg sandwich on honey wheat. This was the one thing my body needed, other than fluids, meds and a break. It was the one thing that made me feel way better. The staff as always was great smiles all around I always feel welcome here and am always happy when I leave. Thanks for making my day and my sandwich!
(4)Angela D.
Yummy bread! They give you a generous sample just for walking in! And I love, love, love that they serve breakfast sandwiches until 3pm!
(5)Rachel S.
I had the ham and egg breakfast sandwich with the garlic spread and it was VERY good, but I was also there to sit and chill, maybe read the paper, but this place didn't really have that kind of environment... The staff was a little annoying signing obnoxiously and there was no wifi. I had a slice of their cini roll with walnuts and raisins and that was good too!! More of a place to pick up than sit and relax, but their food is good... I prefer house of bread :)
(3)Ann B.
Confession: sometimes before my second job, I run in here for a free sample as a pick me up on a 12 hour work day. But! I always buy a loaf a bread (hey, I'm no moocher). I love the sandwiches here, although the meat could be more plentiful. Regardless, the ingredients always taste very fresh and I get full - albeit, on bread. I like having the opportunity to try breads before purchase, then I'm an easy sell. The loafs last quite a while and the bread itself is quite dense, if you're into that kind of texture (who the hell isn't?!). I am not a big fan of sourdough, but their sourdough is subtle enough that I really enjoy it! My firm gets gift baskets from great harvest around Christmas time, so I can also vouch for the delicious dessert styled breads. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Lastly, Great Harvest uses honey as a sweetener instead of high fructose corn syrup which is a wonderfully healthy upgrade.
(5)Bill K.
This place makes great breads of all kinds and let's you taste them before you purchase. I get bread from great harvest in Austin Texas all the time so it was refreshing to see a new place here in anchorage. They also make sandwiches here unlike Austin. The sandwiches were very good although I would have like my bread toasted. I got the veggie and my wife got the spicy hummus. Both very good. Recommended. You should sample some bread first as your sandwich can be made on any kind of bread. For desert try the cinnamon tea cake bread.
(4)Heather M.
Awesome. Went here because we had a tour and service tends to be slower on AK compared to the New York area. Food was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I lived here this would be my coffee stop each day. Great coffee items, breakfast sandwiches and bakery items. Check this place out you won't be disappointed.
(5)George C.
Every time we stop by GHBC we are amazed at the scores of Sourdoughs that hit this place for their free slice of bread with butter and to buy a one or more of their breads, muffins, and rolls. I don't know what to tell you to get you to join us and make this one of your have to stop by places. Just give 'em a try and be sure to ask for a 10 gets you a free loaf card.
(5)Desiree M.
If your looking for a sweet or bread this is place to go to! Their Ham and Cheese sweet is to die for! You can try most things on their menu for free to the left of the registers. Keep in mind many things do sell out by early morning as everything is made fresh daily. There coffee is just okay, nothing to write home about. The ginormous cinnamon roll is scrumptious! Try this place out, i'm sure you will be back :)
(5)Spencer K.
Absolutely the most delicious bread in the entire world. They also give the biggest samples. It is a very effective marketing technique because you end up buying a loaf of whatever you try. They also have a great range of sandwiches until 3pm. We have tried the hot BLT panini and the Dirk's Spicy Veggie. The BLT was great. The Spicy Veggie was particularly fantastic.
(5)Geo G.
Purchased the cinnamon bread. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures, as we ate it ALL in about 2.5 seconds. Amazing! Yummy!!
(5)Cristobal C.
Free samples! The cinnamon role should be banned. It turns the kids into demons. The jalepino jack corn bread is killer. They have good sandwiches too.
(4)Michael P.
The smell of the place alone is worth the trip. LoL! I love the how they do lunch by you writing your name on a sheet of paper then selecting what you want. When your sandwich is ready they call your name. Way better than subway!
(5)Erika T.
I always drive by this place and I finally went in for lunch and was not disappointed. They offered me a sample as soon as I went in and was surprised when she gave me a huge slice! I made my own sandwich with the bread i tried I believe it was some sort of cheese one. Service was prompt and the sandwich was delicious. The bread takes sandwiches to another level. Overall, a must try in Anchorage!
(5)A S.
- Smells great inside. - Free Samples! Yay! - Very busy every time I've gone there, but the employees were still pleasant. - Love the cinnamon rolls! Love them so much, I must limit my access. - Too pricey for me to buy bread there regularly, but for spec
(4)Madi H.
I had a great experience at Great Harvest. I missed the complimentary breakfast at the Embassy Suites next door, so I lumbered over to see if I could find osmething small for breakfast. I ordered a soy chai latte (which was amazing!!) and was offered a huge, steaming slice of their cinnamon roll as a free sample. Everything was delicious and the staff were very friendly!
(4)Food E.
YUM! I come here weekly. If you have any questions, Hunter is a superb sales associate. He is knowledgeable and keeps the lines in order. He respects his customers and those who have been waiting.
(5)Emma C.
Love this place. Love the butter and honey-butter. Love the wonderfully huge free sample slices. Love the FLAVOR of the breads! They pack a punch. And I'm a very picky bread and baked-goods eater. Go on in and get your free samples! Buy what you like, and at roughly $6-8/loaf, it's so much more affordable and more delicious tasting than Fire Island Rustic Bakery (an apparently popular place in town, though I can't figure out why). OTHER GOOD BAKE SHOPS I'd recommend: The French Oven, The Flying Dutchman
(5)T C.
Hmm, strange. I had written a legit review awhile ago, but the overlords must have deemed it insulting, so it had been removed. But, no matter. I would update the review if it still existed, because I am more than pleased with my experiences with GH now. They don't use HFCS like they did before, but use honey for sweeteners. Me likey that. Their breads are good, albeit a little dense at times. The honey white and whole wheat are really heavy breads, which if you don't stabilize the piece while it is being lovingly carried to the toaster, it could flop over and break in half. But that's good that the bread is so chock-ful of fiber. Definitely not light, fluffy bread if that's what you're looking for, but they have some really good, hearty breads. The staff is very friendly, too. Last time I went there, the girl scored me a free loaf, since I was indecisive over which one I wanted to get (boyfriend does not prefer the healthier, nuttier, fiber-y breads like I do, and I pained over the decision over sacrificing my fibrous desires for his tastebuds). That was enough to prompt me to write a new review. They close pretty early, though; 6pm, which makes it hard for people who are getting off of work at 5 or so. I managed to get there in time before they closed, which might explain the free loaf I got (no complaints for that, though!) The girl said they donate the leftovers to Bean's. Awesome! I love it when places don't just trash their food, but give it back to the community. GH has a five-star for me, now. Prices might be high, but I like a good, hearty crumb.
(5)Samantha R.
Love love LOVE this place.. Great breads, awesome baked goods and even better, efficient service! They're always friendly and welcoming. Though I love everything I've ever tried, white chocolate cherry is the way to go! And I never leave without buying their cookies. I'm not much of a sandwich person, but note to the company: please oh please bring your chicken curry sandwich back!!
(5)Tim G.
Always a great place to take the family for lunch. Everyone (kids included) can find something that they enjoy. Prices are high but not outrageous.
(5)Patricia H.
This is my favorite place to get bread. Their honey white bread is awesome and better than candy! lol Seriously, the employees are always friendly and they always offer samples. in the mornings they offer savory rolls that top any breakfast sandwhich that I have ever had,
(5)Joy G.
For the love of all that is holy and health conscious... these people should go to jail! The evil people I work with are always bringing in stuff from Great Harvest. Such divine baked goods... things I don't even know what to call. Big fluffy most THINGS that have all of breakfast embedded in the bread. AB-SO-LUTE-LY DELISH! EVIL. STAY AWAY CARBOHOLICS!!!!!! You WILL fall off the wagon if you step foot in this place.
(5)Randy M.
Outstanding bread selection. I cannot believe the size of the samples you get either. We purchased scones and muffins one morning, then a hearty loaf the next. I really, really wish this were closer to home!
(5)Mary C.
It just doesn't get any better than Great Harvest. Wonderful fresh baked goods everyday, just walking into the cafe is a delight to the senses. I've purchased treats for the office, gift baskets, and even lunch there and have never been disappointed. The workers are always cheerful and quick. Their bread is divine. And so many choices! Just love it here, these guys rock!
(5)Amanda C.
Great Harvest Bread Co. has a location near where I grew up, in Berkeley, CA. I remember the first time my friend brought me there for a slice of bread. We walked in, they asked if we'd like a slice, they whacked off a HUGE chunk of bread, and then we helped ourselves to complimentary butter and honey. No, I found out, we were not getting the VIP treatment. This is the drill at Great Harvest. What you do after getting your free slice is up to you. You could: A) Pretend like you're mulling over your many carb-tastic options while devouring your slice and then "decide" you don't really need a whole loaf of bread. or you could: B) Admit to yourself and the world that the only reason you came to Great Harvest was a free slice of a bread, leaving immediately upon procurement. or: C) Actually stick around and BUY bread too! Considering I'm too proud to come in for free slices, I usually go for option C (unless I'm with my boyfriend's mom and then I blame our "slice and ditch" on her). It is not a poor choice to stick around and buy bread. There's a reason they give this stuff out for free! The cinnamon roll, the sourdough, the whole wheat, the "dakota..." almost everything is not just good - it's Great! Check out their website for a rotating bread menu with specials! Keep Great Harvest in mind the next time you need bread... just ate a loaf of their sourdough last night with homemade broccoli cheddar soup.... 'twas PERFECTION!!
(5)Dane S.
I absolutely love going to this place. The bread is awesome and the staff are always super friendly. The only way this place could improve is if they opened another location closer to the base so I wouldn't have to drive so far to eat their delicious sandwiches. The cinnamon rolls and cookies are also amazing. I need a 6th star to rate Great Harvest appropriately!
(5)Christopher I.
If it was cheaper this would get 5 stars... The bread is fantastic and you always get at least one GIANT sample of any bread you want with butter, which could be a meal unto itself. Baguettes are particularly delicious and cheaper, if you're on a budget. After 3 pm they reduce their HUGE savory rolls (think a sticky bun with cheese and mushrooms instead of sweet stuff) to $1 making them a great bargain stop!
(4)K S.
I love the Great Harvest Bread Company! I usually only make it home once a year around the holidays, and picking up the holiday order that my mom puts in is one of my first orders of business! I generally detest white chocolate, but I really like their white chocolate cherry bread. I also like the gingerbread cookies, pumpkin chocolate chip bread and cinnamon swirl bread. In fact, I've never had anything I haven't liked! They always have generous samples at the store when you go in, and their sandwiches have been a yummy addition. The store can get packed, and you should definitely plan on putting in an advance order or getting there first thing in the morning if you want any holiday goodies.
(4)James P.
(5)Liane M.
YUMMY in my tummy! They make great breads! Hot breads are pulled from the oven from 9:30 am - 1 pm daily. Cinnamon Chip is the family favorite. Stop by and sample their breads til you determine your own favorite. Choose from Cinnamon Swirl, White Chocolate Cheery, Parmesian Basil rustic, Raisin Walnut Rustic, Cranberry Orange, Asiago Pesto and many more. I often give bread baskets to teachers and business associates for Holiday gifts. They are always appreciated. They also make some seasonal specialties such as Hunny Bunnies.
(5)Jess H.
One word: SANDWICH. Great Harvest in Anchorage dominates delicious simple sandwiches on excellent bread - the people of Anchorage don't know what they have available at their fingertips. Seriously - this place rocks. 1. It's cheap. 2. The bread is so soft and flavorful. 3. The fillings are endless. 4. And you can taste a free sample of their white chocolate bread while you wait! I've been to many other G. Harvest locales in the United States and this is the BEST one I've encountered.
(5)Benjamin H.
It's hard to say anything bad about this place. Great bread, decent coffee. Happy workers. Sometimes they sing! I only wish that had later hours so I could stop in after work.
(4)John O.
Great Harvest Bread Co and FIre Island take the top spots for bakeries in Anchorage. This place is really great....everything here is scrumptious. Muffins, cookies, cinnamon rolls, etc...it's all fantastic. Upon entering, your nostrils are filled with the "odeur" of flour, sugar, and warm Alaskan carb lovin. You are greeted with a friendly "hello" from the uber friendly (and cute) staff that works here, and a massive sample of the fruits of Great Harvest. From there, it gets difficult.......because you have to make a decision on what to select to satisfy your carb crave. If you like sweet, may I suggest the best cinnamon roll in Anchorage? Hands down THE best cinnamon roll I have ever eaten...nuts, raisins, amazing creme cheese..........WOW. Take it home and pop it in the oven or microwave for a few minutes.......thank me later ! Coffee here is great, too, with a full service espresso bar. A hot Americano is a great way to wash down that brick of a cinnamon roll.... You can pick up a loaf of amazing bread, that comes in all sorts of different types - freshly baked that day. Not cheap but.....hey.....welcome to Alaska. All in all, a great place in Anchorage to get your pastry on. Enjoy!
(5)Kelcey K.
I came here in only to grab something small before our flightseeing. But the breads here are sold in loaves and huge ones too! They had limited grab and go kinda bread. But we took away a cinnamon chip scone and blueberry scone. OMG, we LURVE these scones! Especially the cinnamon chip! the outside of the scone was hard, but as you work your way to the center, it becomes soft and fluffy. The cinnamon chips were a great addition to the texture of the scone. best scones I've ever had!
(5)Eugenia P.
My goodness, I live in Seattle and I LOVE visiting home Christmas time to visit THIS Great Harvest to get my samples (they are so generous with their samples), smell the yummy fresh baked breads, and pick up my coffee. = breakfast! I usually do so when I am picking up my bread gift baskets for family and friends, which are expensive but very worth it! I looooove the White Chocolate Cherry bread. SOOO good. I tried to get it here in Seattle but they said it's seasonal and only available in February (it was December and the Anchorage one always has it during the holidays). Anyways people are really nice and the day before Christmas the line was one "S" and a half and everyone was still cheery to pick up their breads... this place is awesome! Oh I love their wheat breads too! Yummay.
(5)Christopher B.
Loves me some Great Harvest!! We go there quite a bit for lunch sandwiches. I could live off the asiago and the cinnamon swirl breads. Great Harvest is to humans as birch bark is to moose!!! Get sum!!
(4)RJ J.
I have had tried most of their bread and it is all good. A little on the pricey side, but what in Anchorage isn't? The staff is excellent, the lunch sandwiches are fantastic, and I am hooked.
(4)eryn r.
i want to live here. i think next time i go i will bring some camping gear and set up in the corner. the people who work there are all nice, so i don't think they'll mind. Day 39: the bakery crew has started feeding me leftover trailmix. I think they are concerned my carbohydrates level is too high from all the bread...
(5)Maryn M.
I can't think of a better way to be welcomed into Alaska than starting our trip with breakfast at this amazing bakery! Their staff was so helpful, accommodating, and SMILING at 8am!!! Mushroom, spinach cheese bread, cinnamon chip whole wheat sliced loaf, cheese and ham roll, white chocolate cherry bread... we sampled them all ...and they sell Nantucket Nectars :) (Joy G's review is spot-on as well!!)
(5)Lanie F.
Was in Anchorage for work...wanted to bring my group a little treat...stopped by to pick up some goodies and fell in love with this place. The aromas alone were amazing! Listened to my fellow yelpers and tried the white chocolate cherry bread. PEOPLE - THIS IS NO JOKE!! This bread is unbelievable! Yummiee!!!!
(5)Olivia W.
I went in again today and got bread samples- the Apple Crisp something soemthing was so amazing. My family ate the WHOLE $9 loaf in one sitting; especially good with butter on top. You have to try this bakery before leaving Anchorage even if it is just for some samples. Good quality bread that has love baked in free of charge. Also, ordering sandwiches are also good for lunch or something. The way they do things it is virtually impossible for them to mess it up unless you mark something you didnt mean to because you fill the sheet out and give it to them! Good way to run things in such a busy place! :D
(5)Jo S.
I have been here before and absolutely love their bread! The employees are all super helpful and friendly, the surroundings are modern and tidy, and the restrooms are always clean. Also they let you sample the bread, and the sample is quite generous. The only thing I have to nit-pick at is the price of some of their specialty loafs. $14.99 for the white chocolate cherry loaf is a little ridiculous. Good prices for the basic honey wheat and white though ($5-6 usually).
(4)Marty R.
Everything the make is so delicious! The dill eye is amazing and the selection is different all the time!
(5)Andy T.
When it comes to fresh bread in Anchorage this is the place to go nothing comes close. Try the whole wheat, cinnamon chip, white chocolate cherry breads. These are the family favorites. When you stop in you can have a free sample with some butter. FANTASTIC! The staff is always great! Keep up the great work that you all do.
(4)Becca C.
Pretty nice place with lovely wafting aromas of le pan coming through the door. I sampled the cinnamon bread which was really good. Wish they had smaller sizes instead of dinner-party portions.
(4)Tracy S.
I love this place. The bread is fresh and they give you nice sized samples. Today I got a really warm & gooey piece of the White Chocolate Cherry bread *sigh* heaven! The sandwiches are fantastic and you can choose one of their specialty breads to give it even more flavor. Definitely a must try for lunch!
(5)Tammy B.
The only problem with Great Harvest is that you WILL eat an entire loaf of bread in a day. I recently was assigned the task of getting munchy food for a small reception at work. I brought a selection from Great Harvest (Cinnamon chip bread, rustic Parmesan sourdough, tea cake, cherry chocolate chip bread, and some kind of cheesy bread) along with some spreads and fruit. The food was devoured in record time and my boss told me it was the first time he has seen all of the food get eaten at a reception like that. Score for me. And they give you a sample of bread at the door. Yes, the breads are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for! The bread here is fabulous. And if you bring it to a work event, you might just get a raise! Thank you Great Harvest!!
(5)Kris P.
Love the cinnamon chip bread. The cinnamon tea cake was awesome. Used it as a birthday cake.
(5)Jay C.
Love this place. Wide variety of breads (you can check their schedule to see each day's list), plus espresso, desserts, & sandwiches. Plus, FREE SAMPLES! Very kid-friendly & supportive of the Anchorage community. Awesome...
(5)Carmen M.
Love this place! Always friendly customer service, large samples, and the bread is, of course, delicious. Try the white chocolate raspberry bread!
(5)Lisa C.
Love Love Love!!! They are absolutely amazing. When you walk in they give you free samples to try anything they have made that day and the samples are HUGE. Have not had one bad thing there. All I have to say is just go and see for yourself you will not be disappointed. My favorite was the pumpkin swirl they served over the holidays. They are a tad pricey but come on you can't get bread like this in the supermarket.
(5)T B.
Great variety of bread and de-licious!! I would certainly recommend this place for home made speciality breads. Try their samples, huge portions enough to fill you up if you are hungry and then decide for yourself. I'll be back!!
(4)Geordie B C.
Happy to say, "it's still good!' I have not purchased anything here since I moved out of Anchorage 10 years ago. I'd forgotten about the place until a co- worker started bringing loaves into the office! Today I got a hot sample of that pumpkin-chocolate chip loaf. YUM is right!! And the butter sitting there, begging to be spread on it...wow!! I got a cinnamon chip scone and carrot-raisin muffin and both were $2. This is a far cry from the cost and quality of the so-called fresh baked goods you get that are mass produced and shipped out to virtually every coffee shop in town. Big Thumbs Up to Great Harvest.
(5)John P.
I got a very nice gift recently and it was for a bunch of "freebies" from the Great Harvest Bread Company, in the form of gift certificates. I was a little leary, and may have passed on this place altogether, had it not been for this gift. That would of been my bad...my very very bad. I love fresh bread, and love loafs of freshly baked French Bread the best. I have to tell you way up here bakeries have been known to faultier and fall, but this place will hold its own. When you walk in your mouth starts to water, PERIOD. The freshness of the breads and goodies makes it hard to leave once you walk in. I tried the French Bread, fresh Wheat Bread and a bagel...the prices are a little deep, BUT the taste makes it worthwhile...give them a try, you won't be sorry..
(4)Athena G.
The bread is fun and very favorable. You are welcomed at the door with a free sample and the staff is always friendly. The huge cinnamon swirl is our family fav.
(5)Melissa W.
Cherry White Chocolate! The bread here is amazing. Today I used my coupon for a free loaf and brought home a piping hot loaf of honey wheat. Be sure to grab a frequent buyer card and have it stamped each purchase. They also make fantastic sandwiches starting at 11am. They have gift baskets that make pretty great gifts for just about any occasion. Want to treat the office to something special? How about a cinnamon bun the size of your head? All of the staff seem very happy and are helpful. Someone is almost always cleaning when I visit. Fast service, yummy eats, happy place.
(5)Courtney P.
I'm in absolute love with this place, screw that no carb diet nonsense, yummy. I go in once or twice a week to get freshly baked bread, everyone that works there is so nice, they give out big hunks of bread to taste (huge pieces) A cute little place, with wonderful breads and treats (I'm always excited to try something new), and super nice people.
(5)Linda B.
The best bread ever. Huge selection! They hand out HUGE samples! Their stuff is amazing. Great people! Do not miss this place!!
(5)John P.
Went there to get loaves of bread for family friends this Christmas. This place is great. First off, they let you sample multiple types of bread which are given to you in big portions. Second, their bread is pretty good. Recommend the White Chocolate and Cherry bread or just the whole wheat bread. The molasses cookies are pretty good also. Good deals on deliciously baked goodies!
(5)Ellen R.
This place is so super awesome. HUGE samples and the bread is so wonderful! I bought the cinnamon swirl bread the other day . .friendly staff and be sure to get there early . . they run out of the seasonal items quick. You'll be out of luck by the late afternoon. I will come back . .
(5)Benny B.
I come here often (sometimes once a week or more) to buy a loaf usually every time (they give free samples). Yummo, the best bread ever. My very favorite is the Asiago Pesto bread (on Mon. only) & it's $11 bucks or so..it's so, so good.. almost a 'rolled' bread..with the pesto & lots of asiago cheese. Next fav is the Cinnamon Chip bread..with butter, it's heavenly. Also, if you're short on cash - just grab a loaf of the Honey Wheat bread. It's like $6 bucks or something & makes you feel better instantly. :)

YUM! I come here weekly. If you have any questions, Hunter is a superb sales associate. He is knowledgeable and keeps the lines in order. He respects his customers and those who have been waiting.

(5)Dana S.
Great bread, and they give out free samples! Kind of expensive, though.
(4)Boyd S.
The best sandwiches in town made with hot fresh bread and great veggies. It can get crowded at lunch time but you can call ahead and place your order. Also they have the best bread around and you can always get a free slice.

I can't even explain to you how amazing this place is. Please just trust me and go.
(5)Luvto E.
Yummy breads and assorted treats sold here! They also will brew you up some good espresso if desired. The baked goods are all made from scratch with good-for-you ingredients. Be sure to try a sample-- they are usually very generous with them. :-)

(5)D Y.
(5)Angela D.
(3)Bridget G.
Best. Bread.
(4)Geo G.

(4)Lan N.
(2)Joanna F.
Love the bread and cookies! The staff is friendly. Good sandwiches for lunch time. They have coffee, trail mixes, and giant samples of bread.

(4)Kelcey K.
(5)K S.
(4)Liane M.
(4)eryn r.
i want to live here. i think next time i go i will bring some camping gear and set up in the corner. the people who work there are all nice, so i don't think they'll mind. Day 39: the bakery crew has started feeding me leftover trailmix. I think they are concerned my carbohydrates level is too high from all the bread...
(5)John O.
Enjoy!
(4)Maryn M.
