Charming coffee shop with plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of nondairy milk options and clean quiet places to work. Will be back!

If you go to any other coffee joint in Ogden, stop. This is to espresso drinkers what LOTR is to fantasy geeks. My weapon of choice is an Americano which is super easy to tell if you've burnt the espresso. In my time coming here, I've had one burnt espresso. One. That's fabulous compared to the one or two good americanos I've had at other joints. Seriously, you're fooling yourself if you go anywhere else for espresso. Just, stop. Please. Let natural selection do it's thing. One coffee shop to rule them all...

After much search for a delicious dirty iced chai latte here in Ogden, I stumbled upon this coffee shop. What's great about it is not only the discreet location that offers a cozy and personal cafe experience, but also the friendly staff! The menu is simple. But you can't beat the quality. I thoroughly enjoyed my caprese quiche that was savory and light. The chai was smooth and refreshing with lots of spice and an espresso kick. Con (but not really a con): They didn't serve a Flat White. Which is a microfoam latte originating from Australia. (Usually, the barista will include pretty latte art on the flat white.)I requested it for my next visit, so hopefully it gets added to the menu in the near future! Make sure to stop by!

Had an iced coffee that has put all other iced coffees to shame. Having gone a few times, this is by far my favorite coffee place around. Coffee is fantastic, prices are reasonable, seems like a decent place to just chill, indoor or outside on a cool day. If you like eclectic locals with excellent offerings, add this one to your list for sure. Only negative note is the parking scenario... basically there's none to speak of. Streetside is about it, but small complaint really.

Great find. When I find myself back up here, I will pay them another visit. Great people, food and drink. A must if you're in ogden for a morning breakfast meeting.
(5)Tasha C.
One of my favorite gems to visit in Ogden. Great location and secluded from the busy downtown area of Ogden. Some really good signature drinks!
(5)Heather Z.
The coffee is ok and so is the pastries. Quite little place with high prices and rude service. The atmosphere has an artsy and intelligent feel that goes out the window when your trying to find a clean table.
(2)Tyler A.
Best coffee shop in Ogden and northern SLC. Atmosphere is great, coffee is outstanding, and the people are even better.
(5)Chelsea W.
My favorite little coffee shop ever! Pleasant comfortable atmosphere, friendly baristas and most importantly, everything edible is delicious!! They use my favorite locally roasted coffee and it ALWAYS tastes just how I like it! Get you perk at the Merc!
(5)Amanda H.
I have zero idea how anyone can ever say anything bad about this place . This place, their coffee, the staff , all morning MAKERS. I'm a zombie in the morning and there is nothing like grumbling into a coffee shop to be greeted by such rad people. They're not in your face, annoyingly fakey nice. Just regular, genuine , good people, making the neighborhood better . They are the epitome of the east bench and if that means anything to you then you will "get it" . There's a pocket of people that have passion about the GOOD things that are here in Ogden and any day you walk into this place you will be reminded that you are here in that circle. I love the merc And I love what they stand for
(5)Melissa J.
I don't live in Ogden anymore, but visit twice a year. Every time I am in Ogden I go to the Merc nearly everyday. I love this place!!! It has such a cozy feel and the coffee is local! the baristas are super nice and always strike up a conversation. I love the egg sandwich with avocado, and the turnovers are amazing!!! The coffee is simply delicious! Perfectly balanced, not bitter, and roasted locally. If you order another drink besides plain coffee, it is perfect. The baristas make it with the perfect amount of sweetness. I got to check out the new location in South Ogden last time I was in town and it is just as great as the other location, but if your not into coffee the south Ogden location has coke on tap. You must try this place if you are in Ogden!
(5)Joseph R.
The breakfast sandwich comprised of egg, spinach, and tomato on a croissant. It tasted conspicuously like a croissant with egg, spinach, and tomato. See also: Delicious.
(4)Eddie R.
This is a great little coffee shop with a great environment. the serves is great and super friendly. parking is kind of tricky though,
(4)Michelle F.
Passing through Ogden on a road trip, I needed coffee! So I looked at Yelp to guide me and ended up here. So happy we did - the neighborhood is so nice, and when I walked into the shop I fell in love with it! I didn't want to leave :) the staff was so friendly, I didn't get our baristas name but we bonded over her Beyonce shirt. I got iced coffee which was spectacular, and one of their freshly home made lemon turnovers which was equally fabulous. I would come back to Ogden if only to stop in Kaffe Mercantile again.
(5)Kat D.
Nom. I come here every sunday for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Great breakfast bagels with spinach, bacon, egg, cheese all warmed up to be a delicious concoction. The coffee is good and they also sell packaged organic beans and such for you to take home.
(4)Adiel C.
What a cute and quaint coffee shop! The coffee is served in an eclectic array of coffee mugs. The coffee and pastries are perfect. I had to try the lavender Italian soda after my walk and it to was perfect. The staff is awesome and friendly. They have a texting service where you can text your order. Genius idea if you're heading to work and don't have time to stop and wait. There's even away to pay haven't tried that yet but I am working on being more tech savvy. Maybe next time!

To amend my previous review, the owner reached out to me to let me know that the pet issue has been a problem that has been in the process of being addressed. While the problem has not been resolved, I felt compelled to rate my review higher, as I never had a problem with the establishment itself. I've noticed that people bringing their pets into stores seems to be a recurring theme in Utah, so it may just be an artifact of the culture here. In fact, Utah in general seems to live by an avoid-conflict-at-all-costs mantra, which is odd, because everyone will always be super passive-aggressive about it later. I'm not guilt-free, as I wrote a scathing review about Kaffe Mercantile when I could have spoken up and called out the asshole customers personally. In fact, the owner even offered me a gift certificate for my poor experience. I thanked him, and reminded him that the issue was with the inconsiderate customers, not really the cafe itself. I get that they should have been more assertive, but when 90% of your customers all just brought their pets in, it may be a tad difficult to kick them out and still retain their business. I was assured that pets would be much less of an issue in the future, and based on the thoughtfulness of the owner, I will absolutely return.

Came to visit my family here in Ogden I'm from Cali and u love visiting tea and coffee shops. Came here after reading the reviews and well its a cute place I ordered a vanilla latte iced nothing special my sis ordered a green tea iced hmmm it was the worst ever service was ok we went like 10 min before closing so the barista looked tired. I'll give it another try in my next visit hopefully I get satisfied this time. Btw I loved the lil shop too
(3)Johanna H.
Amazing lattes, yummy blueberry scones, cool atmosphere, fun items for purchase, and the barista even gave us a HUGE zucchini from her garden!
(5)Yu W.
Totally worth my detour on my way from SLC to Antelope Islands state park. Very friendly stuff, cute coffee shop. I had a blueberry muffin and breakfast croissant sandwich, both are simply amazing. Love this place!!
(5)DB D.
People, you couldn't ask for a better neighborhood coffee shop! Situated in a quaint old home off the main street, Cafe Mercantile delivers a huge dose of comforting familiarity every time I visit. Their staff greats you with a smile and professionally serve up a great tasting coffee, regardless of your specialty. They also serve up a fantastic, yet simple breakfast bagel and other items Free WiFi, comfortable seating inside and out makes this one of the best cafes I've been to.
(5)Sarah J.
Cutest little shop with amazing products. Drink a pink lady and eat a lemon bar and your life will be complete. The staff is also great - super helpful and friendly!
(5)Kristina M.
I was in Ogden for Thanksgiving and had a hankering for a good chai. Like usually, I pulled out my handy-dandy Yelp and went a'browsin. Kaffe Mercantile had 5 stars with 47 reviews, impressive! It was close enough, so we headed over. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. Totally cool little shop, and I love the area. (My boyfriend's sister made note that it's kind of a run-down area. Not sure if that's true, but if it is, I think it's awesome they're bringing in business there.) The barista was unfriendly and almost a bit rude, the other gal working with him never said a word. I ordered a vanilla iced chai, easy enough. When I asked what came on the breakfast sandwich, he responded like I was an idiot. Sorry your board is confusing, bro. He gave me my drink and a straw after I paid, and then began helping the person behind me -- before I even moved! The gal had over-filled my drink and when I stuck the straw in, it spilled onto the lid and dripped onto the counter. Not wanting to leave my mess (or get myself too messy), I kindly asked for a napkin. He looked down at me, and then continued to help the lady behind me. I stood where I was and after a minute, my boyfriend ended up bringing me a napkin. Not coo, bro. We stepped aside and waited for my sandwich, taking in the atmosphere. Like I said, totally cool little shop. I was turned off by the Costco croissants being stored in the freezer though.. Not only are you buying store bought, but you can't even buy them fresh? My sandwich was really good, however. I got it on a cheese bagel, that they warmed up. The eggs were plentiful and the bacon was crispy -- yum! The Basics include egg, cheese, tomato and spinach. I got no tomato and ended up pulling off the spinach (turns out I don't like it warm). There are a few options as far as add-ons, I, obviously, got bacon. The chai was good, too. Just the right amount of syrup, not too sweet. It wasn't the worst place, but my experience wasn't the best. I'll probably try somewhere new next time...
(3)Jessica J.
You know it's a good sign when you can already smell great coffee when you first step out of your car (especially when you parked across the street). Helpful friendly staff, who played along nicely as I asked them to make all of my decisions for me (what kind of milk to put in my chai, what snack to get- A turnover, which filling-pumpkin, whether it should be heated or not.) I'm bad with decisions, and theirs were spot on. :) The pumpkin chai was great (and I've been searching in vain for a good one ever since borders coffee shops closed), as was the pumpkin turnover. But to top it all off, it was a fun, cute little shop with a great ambience, good indoor and outdoor patio seating, and those fun, quirky little gifts that you can only ever find at fun, quirky little coffee shops. This is the kind of place that I find and recommend to everyone I know. What a pleasant surprise! I will definitely be back.
(5)Amber M.
This cute little coffee Shop has Ibis Coffee! I love Ibis Coffee! The owners are cute and sweet. The shop is really cute. It's a really nice place!
(4)Megan A.
Adorable little coffee shop on a mostly-residential street. Needed a place to meet for a work meeting & since I'm from outta town I relied on Yelp. Too bad both of our coffees were terrible. My iced coffee had little ice, had coffee grinds floating in it, & was poured to the middle of the dome cap? My colleague's cappuccino was un-drinkable. Maybe it was just our barista this morning? Went to Starbucks down the road for our next meeting & had no issues with our drinks.
(2)Bryan D.
Best coffee shop in UTAH, hands down. Amazing atmosphere complete with locally sourced products and artwork, friendly people who remember me every time I come in, and only the highest quality locally roasted, organic coffees to choose from. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a change from Grounds for Coffee's bland brew.
(5)Wallace W.
In Ogden for a quick meeting and looked on Yelp for a tip on a place for breakfast. Kaffe Merc came up with the best reviews so I came by to try it out. I ordered the 20 oz. cappuccino and a breakfast sandwich which I had served on a croissant. The sandwich was flavorful with very fresh ingredients on a very tasty croissant. The cappuccino was also good with a lot of frothy steamed milk on top and a tasty coffee underneath. The restaurant itself is very nice with a clean modern decor and I enjoyed the reading materials there as I was solo. I would give an extra half star if possible to 3.5 stars. The only downside I see was that the cost for a coffee and sandwich, served from the counter came in at over $12 with a tip. Why should a tip be given at all when no one serves the food to you? Just because the employees may be underpaid in the first place? But, the suggested tip comes up automatically on the square payment platform used by the shop and one feels like a jerk if you don't give the minimum suggested 20% tip. Maybe if it had a 5% and a 10% option it would have been more reasonable. Sorry to rant but I felt like I was being held hostage while I made my payment. Other than that I did like the food. Just a bit pricy.

I am in a hunt for good cafes for studying around Ogden ~ Layton area, and decided to try Kaffe Mercantile. I liked the atmosphere, coffee, and employees. Here are pros and cons from my perspective: Pros: -Small, but very cute outside area on the back. -I ordered a medium soy latte which was reasonably priced and had stronger taste than other cafes I have tried (which I liked! No need to ask for an extra shot! :) ). -I studied there for hours, so I ordered a small mocha for my second drink as well. I liked it for being not too sweet, but had plenty of flavor still. -There are so many cute art pieces inside! I loved looking at them when I needed a little break from using my laptop! Cons: -Tables are kind of small for studying (but perfect for a coffee date). And, some chairs were a bit wiggly (hope they will get new chairs or fix them soon!). -Street parking. When I went there, there were many cars already, so I had to drive a bit farther. -Quiche was good, but not too special for me. -Wifi was a bit unstable and slow :( Neutral: -Music played was rock (some people may find it distracting while studying. I personally did not care the music/volume since there were quite a few people talking in the cafe anyway). Overall, I liked this cute cafe :) I would go back to this cafe again when my workload isn't too heavy. It is perfect for reading, finishing up small homework, or something like that. I would definitely recommend to my college friends!
(4)John O.
This place is amazing. The pastries are homemade and baked every morning! Have them surprise you with their own latte creations. I have not had a bad one yet.
(5)Aaron E.
We love the croissant breakfast sandwich. We get it with avocado and ham to make it extra special. Great Coffee, Great Staff! We always go to the Chambers Street location.
(5)Michelle P.
I love this place! They have the cutest patio. They will have your coffee ready for you if you are in a hurry.
(5)Jennifer S.
The Merc is one of the best spots in town for a good cuppa & a great atmosphere. Everyone is so nice & warm. The building is beautiful & well maintained (historical registry & all that jazz). Definitely worth a visit. I bring all my out of town friends in for the amazing breakfast sammiches!
(5)Raegan C.
Wide selection of coffee and very good breakfast options. I tried the Logan Canyon roast and it was delicious! Plenty of space and outlets for studying, as well as a friendly staff
(5)R C.
Very friendly and helpful staff! Awesome breakfast assortment and a plethora of local coffee brews to choose from. One of the best coffee shops I've ever been to!
(5)Victor V.
Kaffe Mercantile, I love thee. Firstly let me give you some background, I'm from Northern California. I've had my fair share of coffee shops there, Nevada, Arizona and pretty much every single one in Ogden. This place though, stands out promptly from all but two of the others. I mean this place is the closest one can get towards the nirvana of coffee. 1: The art. You will find dozens of beautiful, local and made-with-heart love all throughout the shop. Paintings, aprons, necklaces, coffee sleeves.. these I consider art because they speak to you. Predominant, and quality cafes back in CA know art is the first step in cultivating the coffee drinkers palette. Visually appreciate your ambience. The wood walls and floors, my gosh. It's breathtaking. 10/10. 2.The ambience. Believe me when I say, the moment you walk in you will have a feeling that you might be in LA, SF, Berkeley or dare I even say Seattle? The ambience gives you this serene, warm and welcoming place. It encourages you to take a seat, follow through with #1, then ponder how at peace you feel. This shop is equally as competent and making their guests feel welcomed just like those in Nor Cal. 10/10 3. The staff. Lance, Nick, and out of never coming in on the same day, the young gentleman, and two lovely ladies. They are the representatives of what embodies the pride and honor of this place. They can make coffee, and make it DAMN GOOD! Not unlike other shops around that train teenagers to fill a cup of coffee. My first drink I ordered here was the classic double espresso. FLAWLESS! No burnt or off flavor here. Going back to the staff, they will learn your names, fast. They treat you as if they had known you forever. I can keep going on about them forever for so many reasons but your contemplating whether this review will cover coffee? It will, but what's coffee if the person making it has no expertise? 10/10. 4: The coffee. They sell Cafe Ibis coffee. Look them up but they're a whole other review. But their coffee, my gosh. I saw a review complain earlier of bitterness being a factor but you have got to remember, we were trained on coffee, sugar and milk. Real coffee is just delicious, plain brewed bitter flavored water but once you get acquainted, bitterness is all but one note. For example, my espresso: creamy, nutty, chocolatey, smooth, powerful and majestic. No sugar, no milk, just expertise and great local coffee. I'm sure they have sweeter items on their menu that are probably beyond delicious, but I cannot lie, never had I had an espresso that was so soul provoking deliciousness. The coffee, is beyond what we humans could ever deserve. 10/10. Lastly, the cons. Just kidding, the cons are just that Lance is easy going, Nick makes great iced Americano's, that their coffees are affordable, they are student friendly, energy efficient, they genuinely care about each guest. I work pretty hard for my money, but believe, every single cent spent here, Kaffe Mercantile is more than worthy of every single one. Come here, get to know the people who help out your economy, and are living one of their passions. You will not regret it. Oh, and make sure you try one of their croissants!
(5)Mike O.
Awesome coffee shop. Had a mocha and an egg and bacon on flatbread. Highly recommend Kaffe Mercantile.
(5)Bill P.
Excellent iced coffee. I ordered a croissant with sausage egg cheese spinach and tomatoes. It was a huge sandwich and prepared perfectly. The staff was friendly and courteous. Nice relaxing feel to the place. Will definitely go back!
(5)Shayli L.
This is my favorite coffee shop in Ogden. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is wonderful. They serve cafe ibis coffee that's roasted here in Utah. What I love about the merc is they don't overload your coffee with sugar and flavors. Their lattes are perfect every time. It's the only place you can get a drip coffee that hasn't been sitting out all day or tastes burnt.
(5)Erika S.
Super cute little coffee shop! Bathrooms were really nice (that matters to me! Haha) but obviously what's more important is the coffee. I ordered a caramel latte in a mug; they had every option of milk you can possibly need. It was yummy! Bagels for the kids were good. Hubby's breakfast sandwich was fresh and delicious. I ordered a quiche, which wasn't heated through all the way but it was darn tasty. I loved the vibe in there, will definitely come back.
(4)Stacie L.
Love this little place. Fabulous pastries, fabulous coffee, fabulous atmosphere, fabulous staff...just FABULOUS!
(5)Kristin G.
Quiet, Free Wifi, Great Coffee Downside: not at all cozy for settling down to get a bit of work done... sometimes I get to "escape" from my kids and fam for an hour to get some blogging done. Kaffe Merc would be my go-to, if there were more places to stretch out a bit and work, but there arent... there is seating in the front but its often claimed.
(4)Robert B.
An absolute delight. Totally worth it. Charming place and excellent coffee, you couldn't possibly be disappointed.
(5)Jordan E.
I've found my coffee shop in Ogden! The baristas are great and really know how to make some great drinks! I'm kinda stuck on Mochas for fancy second-coffee. They use excellent roasts and don't overwhelm the drinks with so much chocolate that you can't taste that great espresso! I'm also a fan of their americano's for first coffee, and they never disappoint. The atmosphere is really beautiful. Very craftsman cozy quiet. I did get to sit on the covered porch this fall before the sub-freezing temps hit, but I look forward to the outside area opening back up in the spring! Everyone is super friendly, and their starting to remember me by name... maybe I drink too much coffee? Nah. Oh yes, they have some delicious pastries and I've been known to partake in their yummy breakfast sandwich's when I need a quick first meal!
(5)Nate S.
Beautiful building near my house. Serves Ibis coffee (best in Utah) and stocks double french roast. Free wifi for customers. Really nice staff. Generally excellent environmental and human ethics. Accepts orders by text (801-529-0367). A double shot of awesome.
(5)Chelsi A.
This place is like my well kept secret, although I feel selfish by not telling everyone I know about it. It is very clean, nice, and well kept. The atmosphere is adorable. I love what they've done with the place. It is private and great for studying. The outdoor patio is wonderful. It reminds me of Ogden's version of Two Creek in the Avenues of SLC. The coffee is amazing. I just love this place. I like it better than Grounds because it's more private and quiet and perfect for getting away from the world.
(5)Sonja D.
We love "The Merc!" Great little neighborhood coffee place, right around the corner from our house. Cafe Ibis coffee, yummy baked goods, and friendly employees. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
(5)John W.
Fun little place. Great mocha, very earthy taste. The breakfast sandwich was nice and even had avocado on it. Don't look for this place right on Harrison, it is just around the corner.
(4)Andrew S.
Great place to work, very good coffee, friendly service. I loved the outdoor seating--quiet and comfortable. A (too) well-kept secret! I imagine I'll be going back often.
(5)Tay B.
I love their chicken salad sandwich and vanilla bean chiller! So yummy! They remember my preferences and are always so nice and accommodating. This will continue to be my favorite kaffe!
(5)Nikolas B.
Delicious coffee! Also, after I ordering and eating a delicious peach turnover, I asked who provided their baked goods. "We make them ourselves." Mind officially blown.
(5)Utah Chic K.
Love the location & atmosphere here. Not a teenage hang out like Grounds, but a little more sophisticated without any stuffiness. People are nice, have great drinks - I love the teas & have heard lots of positives on the coffee. Enjoy sitting on their outdoor patio when the weather is warm. They also offer locals a convenient place to pick up staples such as Winder Dairy Milk, butter, eggs, and have a great selection of teas & local Caffe Ibis Coffee to purchase. Only thing they need to work on is having a consistent supply & quality to their food offerings as they either aren't there (not regularly stocked) or aren't great. I do however love their yogurt parfaits made with locally sourced small batch gourmet granolas. Yum!
(5)Erica F.
We love the "Merc." It is located dangerously close to our house, so I frequent the place a little too often... They take really good care of their customers and genuinely appreciate our business. Often they run really good drink specials, particularly if you go in the slower afternoon. I appreciate that their coffee is fair trade coffee, and some of their other items make me think that they are socially conscious, which is an added bonus. They also feature a good selection of milk alternatives for those who are dairy free. The drinks are always good, and the food is made on the premises. Soon they will apparently be featuring more lunch options, and I can't wait to try that out. As mentioned, they offer free wi-fi. With a toddler who seems to always need a public restroom, I particularly appreciate the cleanliness; the restroom is always sparkling, which makes me think that the kitchen must be the same. The place is always decorated seasonally, and they also feature local artist's art on the walls. Finally, the staff is always friendly and professional. I feel great supporting a place like this.
(5)Rob W.
Kaffe Mercantile is mostly what a coffee shop should be: a beautiful space with excellent coffee. They serve the best coffee I've had in Utah. The building they're in is a beautifully restored Arts & Craft era shop, and it's worth visiting just to soak up this unique atmosphere. The only let down is that the bakery items they serve are... unfortunate. It's a real shame because everything else about this establishment is great.
(4)Jeff B.
Excellent coffee shop. Their mocha chillers hit the spot on the warm summer days, and their lattes are delicious.
(5)Valorie D.
The ONLY place for coffee and atmosphere. It is quaint, quiet and friendly. The coffee is literally the best I've ever had. What more can you ask for? The staff is friendly. They have a little back porch that is just perfect for a relaxing weekend morning of drinking coffee and chatting with friends. I LOVE this place and won't go anywhere else again.
(5)Marcus C.
I live down the street and have passed this place many times. Decided to stop in en route to normal spot for hot cocoa (grounds for coffee) as it is much closer. The hot cocoa was really awesome and I really liked the atmosphere. They have a small collection of newspapers and periodicals (I browsed a Times magazine) that all seemed current. The cocoa was served in an actual mug, something I am not used to seeing, with whip cream and cocoa sprinkled on top. Delicious. I have found my new spot for hot cocoa. Sadly I do not drink coffee so I can not say much for that.
(5)Roxy C.
Perfect coffee shop, well-designed, gorgeous wood, colorful history or reclamation. And shall I mention not only java, teas and juices, but local yummiest and the caprese sandwich... did I say perfect? Oh and wi-fi and an private outdoor patio complete with fountain. Now take home some of the most delightful aromatherapy scented home cleaning supplies and you are in heaven. They have them for kitchen, bath, pets and babies. That about covers all the messes in my life! Try it and tell them Roxy sent you!
(5)Mikaela S.
mmm another delish morning perk planks to kaffe merc. their chai is incredible and they are always so nice to my mini hipster daughter who insists on ordering funny steamers ( she lived in Portland most of her life what can i say?). Always such a pleasant experience coming here and its so nice to have a cafe to go to that reminds me of portlandia.
(4)Jessica V.
Great atmosphere and espresso.
(5)Dustin L.
The atmosphere breathes an upscale country style coffeehouse. For me, a great shop should be able to produce consistent high quality lattes. I haven't tried their espresso uten latte, but when the joint is hoppin, the steamed milk suffers. It's never easy to stretch and aerate milk effectively. It seems the production of perfect microfoam is an elusive ideal for many, but KM seems to hit the mark more often than it misses.
(5)Edward Y.
Swung by this place because of the yelp reviews. Wanted to find a nice mom and pops type coffee shop and this place did not disappoint. It's a nice hole in the wall place and very private a nice little escape from the world especially when you're trying to enjoy a good cup of coffee and a book.
(5)Veronica H.
Was visiting for work and found this place on yelp, it met all my expectations. Service was prompt, the space is hygenic, and the coffee was artfully brewed, what else do you need?
(5)Jeanne H.
I have always loved coffee shops. So when I go to visit anywhere, I always use Yelp to help me find one. I don't think I've ever seen one with such awesome reviews and 5 stars after so many reviews - I had to check out Kaffe Mercantile. I had an iced coffee and a slice of the caprese quiche. I love the atmosphere and the covered patio. The staff was super friendly, service was quick, and the food and coffee both were delightful. I don't know when I'll make it back out to Ogden, but you'd better bet when I do, I'll be making a stop here.
(5)Marc R.
A very good place to relax with a cup of coffee. The only thing to note is that it's not really a breakfast place, sort of a coffee and a scone place. (similar menu to Starbucks although much better execution)
(5)J M.
Great service and product. I will definitely be going back!
(5)Ciara J.
Sat in the rear, there's a little nook-bar thing; very cozy and I loved it. I had a dirty Chai with carmel and it was perfect. Not too sweet, but got me up on my toes for sure.
(5)Maritza M.
Oh wow. .... these places only exist in the movies. As a Florida transplant I am venturing out and trying new things..... this is my new favorite place..... great coffee!!!
(5)Armando S.
This is going to be my new coffee joint when ever I go to Ogden, I purchased a hazelnut iced coffee and it was totally delicious! The staff was quick on asking on what I liked, which made my visit quick. Next time I plan on sitting and hanging out with all the cool hipsters.
(5)J J.
Loved this place! Had a kiwi peach iced tea and the croissant breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious. The environment is very welcoming and super hipster, if you're into that. As a matter of fact, I think im going to buy a slouch cap now. Would definitely recommend to others
(5)Andy M.
Excellent drinks, knowledgeable baristas, and delicious food. Go for brunch, and get some quiche!
(5)Sevana N. Daphne D.
A fantastic spot we frequented during our stay in Ogden. Excellent decor and tasty bites along with top notch coffee tucked into an unassuming residential neighborhood made this our go-to place every morning during our stay. The customer service was amazing, too! We will be sure to make this our morning ritual during upcoming visits to Ogden!

(5)Maritza M.
Oh wow. .... these places only exist in the movies. As a Florida transplant I am venturing out and trying new things..... this is my new favorite place..... great coffee!!!
(5)Robert B.
An absolute delight. Totally worth it. Charming place and excellent coffee, you couldn't possibly be disappointed.
(5)Bill P.
Excellent iced coffee. I ordered a croissant with sausage egg cheese spinach and tomatoes. It was a huge sandwich and prepared perfectly. The staff was friendly and courteous. Nice relaxing feel to the place. Will definitely go back!

(4)Shayli L.
(4)Jordan E.
Yum!
(5)Stacie L.
Love this little place. Fabulous pastries, fabulous coffee, fabulous atmosphere, fabulous staff...just FABULOUS!
(5)Eddie R.
This is a great little coffee shop with a great environment. the serves is great and super friendly. parking is kind of tricky though,
(4)Victor V.
(5)Adiel C.

(4)Elizabeth D.
Charming coffee shop with plenty of outdoor seating. Lots of nondairy milk options and clean quiet places to work. Will be back!
(5)Anne S.
(4)Didi R.
(4)Justin O.
(5)D E.
(5)Michelle F.
(4)Edward Y.
(5)
