Chattanooga Wing Factory by far is one of the best, local chicken wing restaurants in Chattanooga. Their sauces are incredibly tasty. They have excellent customer service. And for those who are vegetarian they have vegetarian wings! The location is on the corner of McCallie Ave and S. Willow St. across from the RiteAid near Parkridge Hospital. It is quite literally a "hole in the wall" next to a dive, but please don't let that scare you off. There is seating in side if you decide to stay, but the place is small and there are not very many amenities past some scrumptious food and good service. Their hours are Monday through Thursday 11am to 7pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm. Whether your a local, a new comer, or a guest, I promise it's well worth the trip, the taste, and your time if you are looking for some great wings.

Wow. The flavors are fantastic. So many unique flavors to choose from. Loved the four I tried. As others have mentioned, the wings are pretty small. Not a lot of meat on them. I also had the Chattanoodles which were good. Definitely get a sauce with them, I had it plain and it needed a little something extra.

OMG!!! This is the next big deal in Chattanooga local cuisine. First off I am not a wing fan. The flavors here have changed my thoughts on that however. I went with friends and had the Hawaiian Luau & the pepper Jack wings and the pineapple rice. The rice was only so-so but the wings were awesome. A friend had the noodle so I tried those and they were phenomenal. We also had the Key Lime and Strawberry pie/cake. It was crazy good & I also am not a desert person. I highly recommend this place the only problem I had was the parking and the location. (not the best part of town)

The wings here are smoked not fried and some of the best I have ever eaten. They suggested the blackberry lemonpepper wings and they did not disappoint. I have definitely found my wing place in Chattanooga.

Fabulous sauces, good wings, amazing sliders with primo toppings such as mango salsa, and smoked gouda on a Hawaiian roll. Off the beaten path but a diamond in the rough.

I first found these guys at the Chattanooga Market during a wings competition. I was smitten from the first wing. The signature "go-to" sauce is Blue Dreams, a sweet blue cheese/mustard sauce that is absolutely to die for. The bourbon bliss and pepper jack sauce are also fantastic. The wings are a bit small in size compared to others I've had, but what they lack in size they more than make up in flavor. They smoke the wings prior to frying them so there's a smoky finish to every wing that sets them apart from all competition. They serve the wings with a side of blue cheese or ranch. The other standout is the French fries. You could come just for them and be satisfied with your trip. The red velvet cake is enormous and delicious, you've got to try it. I've heard people say the location isn't the best, which has some merit but I like to think of it as local, off the beaten path, wings place. The owner is a nice guy and always welcoming to his guests. If you're looking for the best wings in Chattanooga... Look no further.

Wins were very good. They are small but are not expensive. They will combine multiple sauces so there are a ton of flavor options. The noodles y ou can get as a side also come with the wing sauce of your choice. Dessert was layered red velvet cheesecake with red velvet cake topped with cream cheese icing. I will definitely be back.

Owner and native Chattanoogan Ronnie is the kind of guy you want to know by first name... he's made a comfortable & easygoing down-home atmosphere where we can all relax and chop it up with our friends. CWC opened in November 2013, and the featured wings are smoked and flavorful - tasty straight from the smoker, also great prepared to your taste with any of Ronnie's large selection of sauces. He also offers sandwiches, salads, vegan and fried options, but the wings are the main attraction. Ask Ronnie about his extensive catering menu, try some-a that sweet-tea, and "earn your wings."

Absolutely some of the best wings I've ever eaten, and that says a lot! We were in the mood for wings and decided to try out Chattanooga Wing Company and man am I glad we did! We went with the blue cheese wings, they were mild wings tossed in blue cheese. These things were INSANELY good!! We ordered 20 and immediately asked for 20 more. On top of that we ordered the empanadas and once again blown away with how great they were. Not your standard empanadas, but nonetheless, amazing. The owner/manager was incredibly helpful and truly appreciated our business! He even gave us some sliders on the house that were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Definitely will go back next time I'm in town!

Excellent food! I had the chatta combo to get a taste of a few things and they were all delicious. Nice small indoor area with jazz playing makes for a great environment. I would recommend this place to anyone.
