Decent food for a national chain, better than average for healthy choices available, very quick service.

I love the soup at this restaurant, and their bread is excellent as well :) I go here at least once a week to get lunch before work, and they are always super fast at preparing the food, and you get plenty for your money. The service is friendly, and they keep the restaurant really clean.

the highest amount of stars any national chain eatery can earn from me is 3 due to automatic loss of stars for being a chain. this relatively new panera location earned its 3 stars tonite! met up with a friend for dinner. we both wanted to eat on the cheap, and in a setting where we could have a leisurely conversation with a fair amount of privacy and no pressure to leave our table when we were done our meal. tho i don't go often, i've always liked the food i've gotten at panera - they do what they do well - but this one takes the cake for service & atmosphere. not only was the cashier who took my order friendly, but she was also competent and didn't screw up my order (nor did those who prepared the food) which is more than i can say for the dolts at the springfield panera. their dining area is also about twice the size of that location's and tables are spaced appropriately so you are not sitting on top of your neighbors. decor has a bit more of a contemporary flair than the older, kitschier paneras. oh, and as far as the food goes, i lean towards the u-pick-2 combo every time as you can't go wrong with a little variety. tonite's "2" were the mediterranean sandwich and the fuji apple salad, hold the chicken. yes, that's right, panera lovers, the fuji apple salad is back!! not sure why this salad would come & go from the menu as much as it has over the years, but here's hoping it sticks around a good long while this time around. add a side of the multi-grain baguette, and for a mere $7.50, i had no complaints.

If you have a lot of money, and are not very hungery, this is the place to go. My sandwich consisted of 2 pieces of bread, one piece of turkey, a smattering of cheese, perhaps one piece of bacon and mustard. While it was tasty, for $7 I should have gone to the Acme next door and bought the stuff for my own sandwiches...for a week.

This Panera Bread is in a pretty busy location but parking was not bad out back when I was there yesterday. I have been to this location a couple of times and have gotten good service and hot, fresh food each time.

I go here often. Service is quick and friendly, tasty Panera food.

It's a pretty decent panera location. The staff is somewhat friendly. My biggest hoorah is the location is great and they are pretty quick in order preparation. Their biggest downfall is I regularly am missing something from my bag when I get to-go. It's usually baked goods which the cashiers job. I remind them now to make sure I have it all. That being said, on this visit a manager got the pastries for me instead.

This particular Panera is infested with flies. You can see for yourself any day. They're all over the walls and flying around your food. Also, the food is overpriced, and not because it's quality food (but you know this already).

Their salads are always ice cold and runny with water. The chicken is freezing as well in the Cesar salad. They hardly give any dressing and that's really annoying. I wish they put more effort into making these meals. Panera used to be delicious but now it's just disappointing.

Used to be great....just OK now. Always running out of chips. Soup is ALWAYS LUKEWARM OR COLD....MUST ALWAYS REHEAT IN THE MW. Portions are getting smaller....it seems what they did is reduce the size of the breadloafs. Breakfast ends WAY TOO EARLY on Sunday. MOST people go to church and eat breakfast after chuch. Unless you go to a 9:00 AM mass, your out of luck. Why not include at least a breakfast sandwich in your lunch menu on Sunday?? Doesn't seem like too much grief to me.

Went back and tried the ham sandwich. It was very good. The folks working there were friendly and the people making my order got it right :)

I come to this Panera for my work lunch fairly often. The service is super quick, the place is clean and the food is good. They have only gotten my order wrong once out of the many times I've been here. (Hey, that's a good record!)The thing that bummed me out on my last trip there, though, is that they were all out of the lemon chicken orzo soup. I was pretty pumped to down some of that. Overall, I like coming here.

I'm saddened by the decline of customer support at the Paneras I've been to. This particular place could be a gold mine for the company and an oasis of good food and outstanding customer service for the consumer. But it falls flat. From the lack of dairy alternatives to the fact that if you want breakfast, they tell YOU when you can have egg dishes, not the other way around. Seriously, how difficult is it to crack a couple of eggs in a greased pan? Sooooo... I order an egg souffle which I could have used as a hockey puck. Somehow I regretted my decision that day not to have my usual breakfast at Starbucks....

I like Panera because it's predictable- I always know what I'm going to get depending on the order. The desserts are great too- and they are able to accommodate larger groups. I stopped by yesterday for lunch and if we got there just five minutes later we would've waited in the LONG line that formed behind us. There are a few businesses in the area and it looks like a favorite spot. I like the kiddo options- my birds love the go-gurt type stuffs.

I loved that this place opened up so close to home! Panera continues to be one of my favorite places. I actually loved going here for some P's and Q's during grad school. Unfortunately this one is always insanely crowded and typically runs out of soups or sandwich ingredients. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a little annoying and sometimes even traumatizing of you park in the side spaces. This is not a good place to go if you need to chill and study but it's nice enough for a lunch after shopping!

It's the same at all the "P"'s. This one seems smaller. But I came for some Blk bean soup they do pretty decent.

It's not often that I review a big chain but Panera deserves a little of my attention. Let's talk about the seating first. This is a great place to have a conversation! The seating is comfortable, varied, and reasonably widely spaced. Also it's generally not a place for kids. As a result you can have some quiet time with your SO. Now for the coffee. All the basics are there. I'm a latte guy myself and Panera's is not bad. Is it as good as Starbucks? No but it's very respectable. Next is the food. It really is very good chain food. Salads are to die for. Breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Don't expect to pay McD prices but expect real flavor and quality. All in all a very decent place. Stop in on a cold weekend morning and you might be surprised at your experience!

Food was good but a little pricey. Salad was fresh and crispy. Sandwiches were on fresh bread, but had a lot of red onions on them. Staff chose to vacuum while we were eating lunch, more than a little annoying.

This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever eaten at. There are flies and tiny gnats everywhere!!! And it's the fall so there should be none at all... The trashcans are overflowing and, again, have flies surrounding them. We moved twice to get away from the bugs but they are everywhere!!! Skip this place, trust me!

I did an office Lunch & learn & ordered a ton of boxed lunches for delivery. (YUP...Sales rep). The boxed lunches all looked good as they were being pulled out of the large baq, everything perfectly labeled, package was ideal! BUT unfortunately the effort was in the packaging...NOT the food! I think I should have eaten the packaging!!! The smoked turkey sandwich had an over ripe mushy tomatoe...should have been tossed 4 days ago...the turkey was slimy...not fresh at all. The cookie was good...ate that but threw the sandwich away after one bite. It was horrible! Panera use to be one of my favorite stops! But lately I have been so disappointed with all of them. The food use to be prepared "IN house" but now it is made elsewhere and shipped to each location (So I have been told)...and now it is more like "Institutional food"...although... I am not sure I have ever eaten food from an institution...maybe that would be better. Hmmm. The soups at Panera are never hot enough either. I think my future lunches will not be at Panera. Save yourselves and go elsewhere.
