Coming here today was the perfect choice for a post-Passover breakfast when all I wanted was a bagel. We got there at around 10am and it was very crowded and busy, but the space was big and we found a table. Unfortunately they don't have anyone wiping down the tables regularly, so they were all kind of gunky and gross. (Not sure why this is the case when I saw what I believe to be 3 employees a few seats down from us chatting.) The menu is expansive and actually pretty impressive. Some of the things don't make a ton of sense, like the "buttermatch" bagel, which I believe just means butter on a bagel, or the "well being sandwiches", which are just sandwiches, not to be confused with their healthier/lighter menu. They also have more iced frappe varieties than Starbucks. I ordered a supreme (everything) bagel toasted with light scallion cream cheese. At least I think it was light, because when I asked the cashier if this was available she said she didn't know but she thought so and that was that. My fiance ordered an asiago bagel with chicken salad. The chicken salad was really good, with pieces of celery and chunks of chicken. It's all on the expensive side (a bagel with flavored cream cheese is $3.39) and the bagels are good but actually pretty small (you can get bigger bagels at the bakery at Giant). I also ordered a cappuccino, which I think was fine. I don't know enough about coffee to make a real assessment. Overall: good for a quick breakfast at a cute local joint. If you're looking for something comparable to a NY bagel this is not the place. But if you're just hungry for a carb filled nosh, it's a safe bet.

Really disappointed with the service I received Saturday morning, waited over 20 minutes for a single supreme bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. Staff forgot about my order and was not overly accommodating or apologetic, should have asked for a refund and left.Taste was eh at best you're better off going to Dunkin donuts up the street.

I stopped into Bagel Bin really quickly because I was in the area for a short while. I walked in to grab something to eat on Saturday morning. It was pretty busy at 9:30 or so and I was having a hard time making up my mind. I noticed that their special of the day was a "River Hill chicken salad wrap", which sounded great to me so I ditched my bagel plans and asked for one. The cashier was really friendly, but I guess people don't order that often so when she checked what the code was to write down, it was the same as the code for the chicken caesar wrap. I emphasized to her that I did NOT want a chicken caesar wrap. I got a chicken caesar wrap. Sigh. Everyone was really nice and the place is obviously good, because there was maybe one empty table and people were going in and out with their breakfasts, but I am a little peeved about what happened with my wrap. =/ Maybe I should've stuck with a bagel.

The bagels taste and look like they came from a shitty, grocery bought bag of Lenders Bagels. They're small and unspectacular. The service is sllllllooooooowwwww. While I was in line 3 different people came up to ask about their orders. This place is SUPER inefficient. They also forgot the damn tomatoes on my bagel and cream cheese, which was the only thing I asked for. Just go to the bakery at Giant.

Just a typical bagel place with breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Not amazing bagels by any means, but they're still bagels---prices on breakfast sandwiches are alright and you get a decent amount of egg and meat. I'd come back, not regularly, but it's an was cheap morning breakfast if you're out and about.

I was very very disappointed with my experience here on many levels. I decided to randomly try this place out on my commute to school. I showed up around 7 am, with no one in line in front of me. I ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Now I am used to expensive prices living in the DC area... but almost $3 for a bagel with cream cheese? So it took me about 10 mins to get my toasted bagel which ended up being barely toasted and barely having any cream cheese on it (literally cream cheese on about 1/4 of the bagel). It was too slow of service, poor value, poor quality, and way below my average expectations. If you like true New York style bagels, this is NOT the place for you. I would've rather settled for a McDonald's breakfast sandwich.

This Bagel Bin used to be very good, but it has gone down hill in the last two years, Our church men's group used to meet here every Wednesday morning, but we had to start going somewhere else for several reasons: 1. It was too cold in the winter. They never turned the heat to a temperature that was above freezing. 2. The quality of the food went downhill. 3. This was the kicker - roaches in the bagel bins one morning, so we changed sites.

We went here for the first time today. Yum! I had the egg salad on everything bagel. Having just been in NYC last weekend, the bagel compared pretty well to Lenny's Deli on the Upper West Side. We will definitely be back.

I really don't understand how this place can charge 3 something for a bagel with flavored cream cheese. The bagels here suck, theres no doubt about it. Tough and just had no yummy factor whatsoever. We went here two days in a row because we could not find a local dunkin donuts even though our gps swore that it was right in front of our eyes. The second day I had a croissant which was good except the butter on it was chunky and not even really melted. It also tasted like garlic, someone else mentioned to me that their item also had a garlicy flavor even though there wasn't supposed to be any. So apparently cleaning their knives must be a hard thing to do. Bleh

I've been here quite often as it's right around the corner for breakfast usually on Saturday mornings. There's always such a long line and the service is very slow. I usually get a plain bagel with scallion cream cheese. Recently, I tried the Turkey Club Panini. It was quite good. It comes with turkey, bacon, sun dried tomatoes, cheese, and spinach. I don't think I've had spinach before in a panini and for me it didn't sit well. Once taken out, it was quite good.

Chicken Bagel was really great one. Calm atmosphere most of the things what they sell are healthy. Cashier was so nice and friendly. A+!

Always takes forever to get my bagel, and they never taste fresh, but hard and difficult to eat. There is always too much cream cheese or too little, and they are always out of most of the bagel flavors. The price for what you're paying for is not worth it.

I've gone here numerous times when I went to high school. It's located conveniently in the River Hill Village center which is within walk-able distance from RHHS, Giant, Subway, and the gym. This was always the place to go to for good conversations and average food. The bagels were average at best and pricy as is all things in Columbia. They have a specialty menu where you can order eclectic bagel varieties. I ordered a pizza bagel from this list once and it was a pretty awful experience. Since then, I have stuck with the ordinary everything bagel with light cream cheese.

2.5 I never get bagels at Bagel Bin. If you've ever had a bagel IN New York, even if it was at some nondescript shopping center, you know that nothing can compare. I'll admit that the bagels here are probably one of the best you'll find in Clarksville, but they still can't rock my socks off. Definitely not a fan of the inconsistency from bagel to bagel here. For the adventurers out there, Bagel Bin has a unique Bagel of the Month that you've probably never, ever heard of. For the bagel-elitists who refuse to lower themselves to a Maryland bagel, don't worry! Bagel Bin also sells large muffins, cookies, various breakfast/lunch specials, and misc beverages in the fridge (lining the store's right wall). The open atmosphere (reminiscent to that of a declassified cafe) makes Bagel Bin the perfect social hangout for older age groups, from college students to soccer moms. Its convenient location at the River Hill Village Center also makes it a congregation center for local too-cool-for-the-world tweens. Despite that downside, the location at least allows me to grab whatever I want at the Giant right down the corner (which conveniently includes a mini Starbucks) and then meet my friends in Bagel Bin, basking in the chill-out feel of the place.

Should have read the reviews first!! Horrible service all around. I ordered a Panini and a Chai from two teens that looked like they took that as their summer job and could have cared less about customer service...waited for 15mins the panini STILL wasn't done! While I waited, one of the teens proceeded to text on their cell phone and the other teen goes in front where all the drinks are, takes one, pops in a straw and helps himself! I then look toward the back where the kitchen is and am looking helplessly for my sandwich I see two women that look of Asian decent, sitting and chatting among themselves while my panini cooks in the panini press minute after minute...after minute..after minute. Then one of them with their food handling gloves still ON scratches the back of her head and continues to handle food!!!! At that point, I was disgusted at my whole experience thus far and decided this was NOT the place for my kids and I to be. I told one of the teens to forget it and walked out baby and toddler in tow. The 12$ I spent for the sandwich and chai was worth it for me just to get the heck out of there as soon as possible. The teen prob didn't even know how to process a refund. I threw away the chai which tasted like water with a touch of some type of chai flavoring. Next stop, Subway, which was a couple doors down. I ordered two sandwiches and was out within 5 mins. Can never go wrong with them even though it's a chain...not to mention the peace of mind knowing at least their gloves were CLEAN!!! Message to owner of this so called deli - you need a wake up call!! Read the reviews, they don't lie!!

The Bagel Bin chain is the best place for bagels in Howard County, but the River Hill store in Clarksville also bakes delicious challah on Fridays. Challah is a light, egg bread often baked for the Jewish Shabbat, which starts on Friday nights. I stumbled on the distinctive braided loaves when I went in for bagels on a late Saturday breakfast. They bake challah on Fridays, and they would be delicious with any dinner if you can pick them up before Bagel Bin closes at 5 pm. By Saturday afternoon, the $5 loves were a dollar off as "day old" bread, but they're equally delicious. The bread stays fresh several days in a plastic bag, and it can be the base for a weekend of projects. Saturday night -- bread pudding. I'm still working on a recipe, but you can't go wrong soaking torn up challah in a mix of milk, eggs and sugar. Scatter dried cherries and some pieces of a broken chocolate bar. Sunday morning -- French toast.

Enjoyed a cranberry-apple bagel today....good for a quick bagel, but certainly not the standards of New York.

The Bagel Bin has changed owners a number of times, and it's still the best place in Columbia to get Bagels. That being said, Columbia is not the best place in the world to get Bagels.

i cannot believe that an establishment like bagel bin would permit an employee to wear a sweatshirt with the offensive text that was displayed by one of their employees this morning!! this is a family restaurant and if the ownership, management and employees do not have any more respect for their customers than to allow this type of behavior - my family and i will not be returning!

I stopped by this deli with my mom. We were looking for a quick bite to eat. We were about to go to subway but noticed this deli right next door. So we decided to give it a try! And boy, do I not regret it. This place was worth the detour... It was melt in your mouth sandwiches. I went here at 1pm so it was not busy and there were only a handful of people. However, I can tell this place will be packed on the weekends and especially the morning time. So I would plan accordingly if I were to come here during their breakfast hours (Which I plan on doing). I ordered the Ruben. I love Rubens in general, so I loved the Ruben this place was serving. Their food is so clean and not muddled by extravagant sauces or flavors. Their bread is perfectly toasted and warm. It is clear they make their sandwiches to order. I am so glad I ran into this deli because I plan on eating here instead of subway!

I've stopped at this Bagel Bin quite a few times over the years. I especially enjoy their Reuben sandwich, which is about the best I've tasted. They also make a great chicken soup. Bagels and cookies are very good. I will continue to patronize this establishment.

The people that worked there were cordial and friendly but other than bagels the food is horrible. I got a meat omelet and almost vomited. I should have sticked to the bagels because these people can NOT cook. In my opinion if your eggs tastes like S. H. eye tee then everything in your restaurant is crap. It is the most basic breakfast food..how do you mess it up. If you must go here stick to bagels only!

Bagel Bin is always a good place to grab some brunch or meet with friends. Breakfast is inexpensive and delicious. The staff is always friendly. My only wish for them is that they had a bigger space to relax.
