Pretty noisy location. Standard service. Bathroom line was pretty long, so the mister gave up on that. Kinda far off the freeway exit for my taste, but it gave us an excuse to break the monotony of driving on the interstate. Ordered a chai. All good!

Service was deplorable. When I arrived at the counter, I was forced to wait for someone to take my order. This was so that they could stand behind the counter talking. It was very obvious that the woman who waited on me had a problem with me. She made comments to the other worker, then they both looked at me and laughed. Then she decided she could take my order and when she did, was very snotty. I will NEVER step foot in that Starbucks again. Being a Seattle native, I know that this is not what Starbucks is about or what they stand for. If corporate Starbucks knew how these "baristas" were representing the company, I'm sure they would no longer be employed.

Been a Starbucks daily regular for the past 12 years. This is by far the slowest service on a regular basis. FYI, the Starbucks in City Market is much much better.

Cramped, but a nice staff. Efficient considering that they are always packed (and often with picky people used to being treated a certain way). They keep a clean bathroom which is the most important thing because that is usually why I stop by a Starbucks.

The people who work here are really friendly, however the service is super slow! I always get a grande ice coffee with soy and the price varies every time. Whenever I ask the cashier why the price is different they seem confused. This is definitely not the spot for someone in a hurry, but you can't beat the friendly attitudes!

We stopped here at this location for the second time. The store was small with wooden chairs. No sofas. It was at the end of a little shopping center with another Starbucks in a grocery store across the parking lot. I asked if they were still honoring the BOGO Holiday Lattes and the Barista looked at his watch and said Yes. I did not see any advertisements on their chalkboard for the BOGO between 2-5pm this weekend like other Starbucks have. I just wonder if I hadn't asked, would I have gotten the BOGO price?

Stopped in this am for a cup of pike and especially for the cinnamon coffee cake. The coffee was fine, but the coffee cake was really dated. So old the much of the flavor was gone. I guess management was asleep at the check out counter.

A little out of the way but way worth it. This little shop is tucked away in the corner of a shopping center. It's a pain to get there since it is not right off the main street but it is easier to hit this palce up for some caffeine before an hour or 2 trek to Denver. There is one in the village but how are you supposed to carry your skis, poles and a grande soy latte?

I have been going to this Starbucks for 7 plus years. I have watched managers come and go. Living in a tourist community, I expect a higher than average turn over in staff. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I have two drinks I always order (depending on weather); Vento soy Chai light ice or Vento soy Chai no water no foam. I frequent other Starbucks in Denver, mostly in Cherry Creek area. The Starbucks in Summit are the most expensive. I go to the Dillon Starbucks because it is on my way to work or home. I do wish they had a drive thru, there are none in Summit. I refuse to go to the Starbucks in Safeway, City Market or the one at Dumont. None are corporate stores and do not follow same protocol or accept the rewards program. Admittedly on weekends the Dillon Starbucks is packed and depending who is on the register it can be a slow go. I personal thank you to the Barista's who always do a great job: Andrew, Heather, Eric, Molly and Kat. I look forward to getting my drink when any of them are working. I hope Starbucks gets the ball moving with a drive thru in Summit. I agree with another critic that there are no couches or comfortable chairs. It is all wood. There is a nice outdoor seating area which has breathtaking views. Parking is ALWAYS a nightmare on the weekends but those who LIVE in Summit know when to avoid it or deal with long lines. It is why most locals do not go grocery shopping on weekends. I look forward to getting my drink almost every morning but rarely stick around as the ambience is not that enjoyable. Perhaps that is something that Starbucks can work on.

This is my second favorite Starbucks in Colorado. The view from here is fantastic and it's a great 1/2 place to stop if you are trekking from Denver to the Western Slope. The staff is great, friendly, and it's open later than the other locations in the area which is important if you get stuck in traffic in Glenwood Canyon. Even the one at Safeway was closed early one night when we needed caffeine badly so now we always go a little out of our way and up the hill for this experience. It's worth it.

The woman working there was rude and I have received luke warm drinks from this location on two different occasions. Usually I understand a bit if this happens during a rush but we were the only customers in line both times. Go to a different place to get your coffee.

Must be one of the best views of any Starbucks in the world! Everything else is the same but when you go to the cream and sugar station you look out on the beautiful Rocky Mountains. Just stunning!

Extremely friendly baristas at this particular location... as I stopped in 3 other Starbucks locations on my visit to CO this past weekend, looking for a Colorado or Denver mug. The guy behind the counter apologized when he told me that the entire state of CO was on back order for the collector's mugs. I ordered my mocha latte anyway and went on my way. Dillon is now one of my favorite cities in CO too... beautiful!!
